Abstract

The purpose of this study was to improve students' ability to find the subject matter of a paragraph. This research is a classroom action research (PTK) which is conducted in two cycles, each cycle consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. The subjects of this study were the fifth grade students of SD Negeri Buniwah 01, Sirampog District, Brebes Regency in the academic year 2020/2021, totaling 17 students. Data collection techniques using observation and tests. Data analysis includes data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Research shows that the application of the CIRC (Cooperative Integrated Reading And Composition) learning model can improve learning outcomes in finding the main thoughts of a paragraph in grade V SD Negeri Buniwah 01 in the 2020/2021 academic year as evidenced by the percentage of completeness of learning outcomes in cycle I of 64, 7% to 88.2% in cycle II.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan mendeskripsikan kesalahan siswa dalam penyelesaian masalah matematika berdasarkan Newman’s Error Analysis (NEA) ditinjau dari kemampuan koneksi matematis tinggi, sedang dan rendah. Pelaksanaan penelitian dilakukan di SMA Negeri 1 Binangun. Subjek pada penelitian ini 6 siswa, 2 siswa dengan kemampuan koneksi matematis tinggi, 2 siswa dengan kemampuan koneksi matematis sedang dan 2 siswa dengan kemampuan koneksi matematis rendah yang diambil dari kelas X MIPA 1 SMA Negeri 1 Binangun. Teknik pengambilan data yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Untuk memperoleh data dilakukan tes kemampuan koneksi matematis dan tes penyelesaian masalah matematika dengan tahapan Newman berupa soal uraian materi eksponensial kemudian dilakuakn wawancara terhadap subjek. Identifikasi kesalahan siswa berdasarkan Newman diklasifikasikan kedalam 5 jenis yaitu kesalahan membaca (decoding), kesalahan memahami masalah (comprehension), kesalahan transformasi (transformation), kesalahan kemampuan memproses (process skill), kesalahan penulisan jawaban (encoding). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa dengan kemampuan koneksi matematis tinggi melakukan kesalahan membaca dan kesalahan penulisan jawaban. Siswa dengan kemampuan koneksi matematis sedang melakukan kesalahan kemampuan memproses dan kesalahan penulisan jawaban. Sementara untuk siswa dengan kemampuan koneksi matematis rendah melakukan kesalahan membaca, kesalahan kemampuan memproses dan kesalahan penulisan jawaban.

Abstract

Background: Menopause is a natural phase in a woman's life which is marked by the permanent cessation of menstruation. During menopause, significant hormonal changes occur in a woman's body, which can cause certain symptoms and health effects. In an effort to reduce symptoms and maintain health holistically, many women seek alternative treatments such as yoga and the use of herbal medicine. Purpose: To determine the effect of yoga and herbal medicine on menopausal hypertension. Method: used in writing this article is a literature review. Namely a literature search both international and national which was carried out using the Google Scholar database, National Library of Indonesia, Mendeley, PubMed. In the early stages of journal articles, 354 articles were obtained from 2018 to 2022 using the keywords "Complementary Services in menopause" and "Yoga for Menopause" identified which have not yet explored the relevance of the articles to be compiled. Results: In terms of the effectiveness of yoga can reduce complaints of manopausal syndrome in menopausal women which can improve the quality of life of menopause then in the aspect of herbal medicine for menopause it is more towards treating diseases in menopause, such as giving celery juice a combination of carrots and honey which is proven to reduce hypertension in menopausal women and there is a recommendation to give avocado smoothie. Those with hypertension Manopausal symptoms and the quality of life of women during menopause are inseparable concepts. Therefore, women's quality of life greatly affects the severity of symptoms at the time of menopause. Conclusion: By consuming herbal medicine and yoga which can be a positive hobby, it will increase women's productivity and reduce diseases and symptoms that arise during menopause.

Abstract

Career independence is important for learners to determine the future for their lives. Self-reliance efforts are carried out both in the family, school, and community. If students have mature independence will be ready to plunge into society and ready to compete both in the world of work, the business world and when students continue. The goal in this learning is the effectiveness of the use of problem-based learning methods in increasing the career independence of students of class X DPIB 1 SMK Negeri 1 Adiwerna. in shaping the independence of learners' careers, using direct learning methods and contextual learning. Both methods are well implemented, but for more depth with goal-oriented then, problem-based learning methods are more effectively implemented, because learners can openly understand about careers more broadly. Can analyze about the type of career type, and learners can understand about the potential they have and can take decisions about the career so that learners can be more independent in determining their lives.

Abstract

Tujuan dari perhitungan ini adalah untuk mendapatkan hasil penulangan pada Gedung Kuliah Jurusan Teknik Sipil dan mendapatkan hasil kapasitas dukung tiang pancang dengan menggunakan data Cone Penetration Test (CPT). Perhitungan struktur beton dimulai dengan menghitung pembebanan lalu di input kedalam SAP 2000 versi 14 dan didapatkan gaya-gaya dalam berupa momen (M), gaya lintang (D) dan gaya normal (N). Kemudian hasil analisa gaya dihitung menggunakan metode SNI- 2847-2013 dan mengacu pada PPIUG 1983. Pada perhitungan struktur gedung Jurusan Teknik Sipil Politeknik Negeri Samarinda diperoleh perhitungan kapasitas dukung tiang pancang tunggal sebesar 46926,84 kg, kapasitas dukung kelompok tiang pancang sebesar 187707,38 kg, tulangan pelat 2 arah (kode B 3,60m x 4,50m) dengan Ø10–100 mm tulangan lapangan arah x, Ø10–125mm tulangan lapangan arah y, Ø10–100 mm tulangan tumpuan arah x, dan Ø10–125 mm tulangan tumpuan arah y. Pada balok (250 x 400) diperoleh 2D19 tulangan tumpuan, 2D19 tulangan lapangan, Ø10–100 tulangan geser tumpuan, dan Ø10–200 tulangan geser lapangan. Selanjutnya pada kolom (400 x 400) diperoleh 8D19 dengan tulangan geser tumpuan Ø10–100 mm dan tulangan geser lapangan Ø10–200 mm.

Abstract

This systematic review analyzes the impact of bullying on victims and perpetrators among elementary school students. This study used inclusion and exclusion criteria to filter relevant articles published between 2022 and 2024. Articles were obtained from two databases, Taylor & Francis and ScienceDirect, with the help of Boolean operators according to keywords. The study selection process followed the PRISMA method which involved four stages: identification, screening, eligibility, and inclusion. Of the total 6,527 articles identified, five articles met the inclusion criteria. Data synthesis was carried out qualitatively through thematic analysis. This review included five studies with a total sample of more than 97,000 participants from Spain, China, the United States, South Korea, and the Netherlands. The main results showed that bullying behavior significantly increased the risk of anxiety, depression, and suicidal ideation. In addition, bullies also experience long-term impacts, including behavioral and academic problems and the risk of criminality in adulthood. Limitations of this study include the use of a cross-sectional design, potential reporting bias, and lack of representation in cultural and long-term contexts. Future research should focus on longitudinal studies, more diverse instruments, and populations. These findings underscore the importance of comprehensive bullying prevention programs and targeted psychological interventions to address both the immediate and long-term impacts of bullying._____________________________________________________________Tinjauan sistematis ini menganalisis dampak bullying terhadap korban dan pelaku di kalangan siswa Sekolah Dasar. Artikel diperoleh dari dua data base, Taylor & Francis dan ScienceDirect, dengan bantuan operator Boolean sesuai kata kunci. Proses seleksi studi mengikuti metode PRISMA yang melibatkan empat tahap: identifikasi, penyaringan, kelayakan, dan inklusi. Dari total 6.527 artikel yang diidentifikasi, lima artikel memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Sintesis data dilakukan secara kualitatif melalui analisis tematik. Tinjauan ini mencakup lima studi dengan total sampel lebih dari 97.000 partisipan dari Spanyol, Tiongkok, Amerika Serikat, Korea Selatan, dan Belanda. Hasil utama menunjukkan bahwa perilaku bullying secara signifikan meningkatkan risiko kecemasan, depresi, dan ide bunuh diri. Selain itu, pelaku bullying juga mengalami dampak jangka panjang, termasuk masalah perilaku dan akademik serta risiko kriminalitas di usia dewasa. Keterbatasan penelitian ini mencakup penggunaan desain cross-sectional, potensi laporan yang bias, dan kurangnya representasi dalam konteks budaya serta jangka panjang. Penelitian di masa depan diharapkan berfokus pada studi longitudinal, instrumen dan populasi yang lebih beragam. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya program pencegahan bullying yang komprehensif dan intervensi psikologis yang terarah untuk mengatasi dampak langsung maupun jangka panjang dari bullying.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the problems of teachers in dealing with children with special needs regarding the implementation of inclusive education. The method used in this research is a literature review study. Literature study is a research design used to collect data sources related to a topic found in the field. Data collection for literature studies was carried out using the Google Scholar search tool. The appropriate and required screening results contained 5 National Journal articles based on the articles found and analyzed. The results of this research are that teachers have problems dealing with children with special needs, namely teachers have difficulty in designing lesson plans, teachers have difficulty developing the learning methods used, children with special needs are difficult to manage and infrastructure needs to be considered in order to increase the convenience for teachers in dealing with children with special needs.

Abstract

Wilayah Kabupaten Tegal merupakan salah satu daerah dengan tingkat kerawanan bencana tinggi di Jawa Tengah. Minimnya pemahaman siswa sekolah dasar terhadap risiko bencana menimbulkan urgensi untuk dilakukan intervensi edukatif yang sistematis. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesiapsiagaan siswa melalui program psikoedukasi kebencanaan dalam kemitraan antara UNNES dan BPBD Kabupaten Tegal. Metode yang digunakan meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan, pendampingan, evaluasi, dan keberlanjutan dengan pendekatan partisipatif. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di SD Negeri Karangjambu 01 Balapulang, Tegal, dan diikuti oleh 59 siswa serta 14 pendidik. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pengukuran pretest dan posttest. Hasil uji paired sample t-test menunjukkan adanya peningkatan skor signifikan dari pretest (M=7,71) ke posttest (M=22,71), dengan t(58) = -33,459 dan p < 0,001. Nilai Cohen’s d = 4,36 menunjukkan efek yang sangat besar. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa pendekatan psikoedukatif berbasis kemitraan strategis efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesiapsiagaan siswa serta mendukung terwujudnya Sekolah Tangguh Bencana (SEKTANA).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of self-efficacy on career decision-making among vocational high school (SMK) students and identify the factors that influence it. The method used is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) with the PRISMA approach, which includes the identification, screening, evaluation, and interpretation of articles from the Taylor & Francis and Sage Journal databases. Of the 5,533 articles found, four relevant articles were analyzed. The results show that self-efficacy plays a significant role in building students' confidence in choosing a career that suits their interests and potential. Factors such as social support, academic experience, family environment, work experience, and active decision-making strategies contribute significantly to increasing self-efficacy. In addition, interventions such as career guidance, self-exploration training, job simulations, and career workshops have proven effective in helping vocational high school students face the challenges of an increasingly complex working world. This study concludes that strong self-efficacy can help vocational high school students achieve optimal career readiness. It is necessary to develop innovative and integrated career guidance programs, involving schools, parents, and industry, to support students in making informed career decisions. This study provides valuable insights for guidance and counseling teachers in improving more effective career guidance services.
