Abstract

The majority of studies have found that aerobic exercise can reduce the increment of triglyceride postprandial in plasma. Therefore, the author is doing this research to know the difference of triglyceride concentration in plasma between-group who joint high impact exercise and group who joint body language exercise after given the same amount and dietary composition which had done high impact and body language exercise before. Twenty men (19-39 years old) did high impact or body language exercises for 1 hour. Two hours later, they were given dietary composition with carbohydrates 60% and fat 25%. Then the triglyceride postprandial concentrations were measured 3, 5, and 6 hours after the given dietary food. The result showed that the triglyceride concentration of high impact group was higher than body language group 3 hours after given dietary food (122.167 ± 17.11627 vs 111.67± 7.86554 mg/dL) and there was no difference between the high impact and body language group 5 hours (96.167 ± 7.25029 vs 94.0 ± 16.66133mg/dL) and 6 hours after given dietary food (77.5 ± 8.8261 vs 78.167 ± 14.27469 mg/dL).In conclusion, the triglyceride concentration of the high impact group was higher than the body language group 3 hours after given the same amount and dietary composition. But, there was no difference between triglycerides concentration of body language group and high impact group 5 and 6 hours after given the same amount and dietary composition which had done high impact and body language exercise before.

Fakultas Hukum Universitas Brawijaya Email: krniadewi333@gmail.com   Pada saat ini sudah banyak fenomena di dalam masyarakat yang berperan serta dalam kegiatan usaha niaga di bidang minyak dan gas bumi yang mempunyai kontribusi penting dalam perekonomian nasional sehingga pengelolaan dan penyelenggaraannya harus dapat secara maksimal memberikan kemakmuran serta kesejahteraan bagi rakyat, salah satunya adalah penjualan bensin eceran dengan label Pom Mini yang ada di Kabupaten Pacitan. Untuk dapat melakukan kegiatan usaha niaga tersebut harus memiliki Izin Usaha Niaga yang di atur dalam Pasal 23 Ayat (2) Huruf d Undang-Undang Nomor 22 Tahun 2001 tentang Minyak dan Gas Bumi. Berdasarkan hal tersebut  maka penulis tertarik untuk meneliti tentang Pelaksanaan Pasal 23 Ayat (2) Huruf d Undang-Undang Nomor 22 Tahun 2001 tentang Minyak dan Gas Bumi Terhadap Penjual Bensin Eceran (Pom Mini) di Kabupaten Pacitan serta kendala yang dialami Penjual Bensin Eceran (Pom Mini) di Kabupaten Pacitan dalam membuat Izin Usaha Niaga. Kata Kunci: Pom Mini, Kegiatan Usaha, Izin Usaha Niaga   ABSTRACT The number of people involved in commerce in oil and gas is increasing since its contribution is essential in the state economy. The management and implementation should also be optimised for the sake of the welfare of the societies. It is noticeable that more and more people retail gasoline commonly known as Pom Mini (mini service station) in Regency of Pacitan. This type of commercial activity should hold business permit as regulated in Article 23 Paragraph (2) letter d of Act Number 22 of 2001 concerning Oil and Gas. This growing business activity triggers the author to look deeper into the implementation of Article 23 Paragraph (2) letter d of Act Number 22 of 2001 concerning Oil and Gas to regulate those involved in retailing gasoline in the Regency of Pacitan. Moreover, the impeding factors in the issuance of the permits were also studied. Keywords: mini service station, business activities, business permits in commerce.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of Brand Image on Customer Satisfaction, determine the effect of Product Quality on Customer Satisfaction, determine the effect of Customer Satisfaction on Customer Loyalty, determine the effect of Brand Image on Customer Loyalty, determine the effect of Product Quality on Customer Loyalty. The type of research used is explanatory research with quantitative approach. The research conducted by Purposive techniques of 116 customer of KFC Kawi Branch Malang. Data were collected through questionare. Descriptive analysis and path analysis were used as data analysis techniques.The result of the study reveals that Brand Image has direct and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, Product Quality has direct and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, Customer Satisfaction has direct  and significant effect on Customer Loyalty, Brand Image has direct and not significant effect on Customer Loyalty, Product Quality has direct and significant effect on Customer Loyalty. Thus, the company should continue to improve the brand image and product quality of KFC Kawi Branch Malang, so that customer will continue to become a loyal customer. KFC Kawi Branch Malang should continue to deliver satisfaction to its customer. Key Words: Brand Image, Quality Product, Customer Satisfaction, Customer Loyalty Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Citra Merek terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan, pengaruh Kualitas Produk terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan, pengaruh Kepuasan Pelanggan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan, pengaruh Citra Merek terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan, dan Kualitas Produk terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan. Jenis Penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian penjelasan (explanatory research) dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel sebanyak 116 responden yang merupakan pelanggan KFC Cabang Kawi Malang dengan menggunakan teknik Purposive. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara langsung di KFC Cabang Kawi Malang. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis jalur (path analysis).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Citra Merek berpengaruh langsung dan signifikan terhadap variabel Kepuasan Pelanggan,variabel Kualitas Produk berpengaruh langsung dan signifikan terhadap variabel Kepuasan Pelanggan, variabel Kepuasan Pelanggan berpengaruh langsung dan signifikan terhadap variabel Loyalitas Pelanggan, variabel Citra Merek berpengaruh langsung dan tidak signifikan terhadap variabel Loyalitas Pelanggan, variabel Kualitas Produk berpengaruh langsung dan signifikan terhadap variabel Kepuasan Pelanggan. Dengan demikian, sebaiknya perusahaan KFC Cabang Kawi terus meningkatkan citra merek dan kualitas produknya agar pelanggan tetap percaya pada produk KFC dan terus menjadi pelanggan setia dan dapat terus memberikan kepuasan terhadap pelanggannya. Abstract

The aims of this to determine the implementation of PSAK 69 Agriculture in Perhutani KPH Surakarta and its obstacles, and provide solutions to resolve these obstacles. This research is a qualitative research with interviews, observation, and documentation as data collection methods. The results of this study show that the implementation of PSAK 69 Agriculture is appropriate, overall, but there were differences in groups, presentation, and disclosure. Obstacles faced are difficult to determine the value of soil fertility, there is no policy regarding the liability of plat assets and non-technical costs, doubtful accuracy in the calculation of increamental growth, and lack of staff competence regarding financial accounting especially PSAK 69 Agriculture. The solution is that collaboration with universities to measure the level of soil fertility, grouping of non-technical costs, routine socialization followed by joint discussion activities and financial accounting based training. For the further research is expected to confirm with experts so that more comprehensive knowledge is obtained. Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui implementasi PSAK 69 Agrikultur pada Perhutani KPH Surakarta dan kendalanya, serta memberikan solusi untuk mengatasinya. Penelitian merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara keseluruhan implementasi PSAK 69 Agrikultur telah sesuai, tetapi terdapat perbedaan pengelompokkan, penyajian, dan pengungkapan. Kendala yang dihadapi yaitu sulit menentukan nilai kesuburan tanah, belum ada kebijakan mengenai pertanggungjawaban aset tanaman dan biaya nonteknis, diragukannya keakurasian perhitungan pertumbuhan riap, dan kurangnya kompetensi staf mengenai akuntansi keuangan terutama PSAK 69 Agrikultur. Solusi yang diusulkan adalah perlu kerjasama dengan perguruan tinggi untuk mengukur tingkat kesuburan tanah, pengelompokkan biaya-biaya nonteknis, sosialisasi rutin diikuti kegiatan diskusi bersama dan pelatihan berbasis akuntansi keuangan. Penelitian selanjutnya diharap melakukan konfirmasi dengan ahli sehingga didapatkan pengetahuan yang lebih komprehensif.

Abstract

The makeup artist is an artist who has the ability to make makeup in other people’s body parts, including the face. These skills and abilities are derived from a beauty class or the privates of a makeup professional. As a hobby of profession, make up artist in the Pekanbaru City of fair is now deeply concerned by various students, because this activity doesn’t take much time and is running at any time. This phenomenon about activity in the world of makeup is what research is all about. The main focus on this writing leads to social networks. There are forms of tissue, an interest network, a sentimental network, and a power network, ini which all three networks are formed of mutually beneficial relationships. Data retrieval is made by observation following the student activities of the Pekanbaru City that run activities as make up artist and interviews in depth and documenting. Interviews conducted where reseachers verbally and direcly question the subject in full effect. It’s inconceivable that being a make up artist is not an easy ting to do, because it takes a desire to continue learning to sharpen the skills of make up, a lot of money to buy makeup, and mentally strong to take criticism from a client. Keywords : Make Up Artist (MUA), Activity and Social Network.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aimed to determine the influence of the entrepreneurial practice and the family environment on the entrepreneurial interests of students in SMK Negeri 1 Pekanbaru. The total population in this study were all of the students of class XI SMK Negeri 1 Pekanbaru which is 470 students. This study used the Slovin formula to determine the number of samples which was used from the entire population with an overall level of 10%, so the sample is taken at least, 83 students. Testing the data by using questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis used is multiple linear regressions. The results showed that the entrepreneurial practice and the family environment had a significant influence on the entrepreneurial interests at students in SMK Negeri 1 Pekanbaru, in the amount of 0.178 and 0.065 with the regression equation Y = (-15.993) + 0.178 X1 + 0.065 X2 and contributed 29.4% to the entrepreneurial interests.Key words: The Entrepreneurial Practice, The Family Environment, The Entrepreneurial Interests

Abstract

Latar belakang: Karsinoma nasofaring (KNF) berpengaruh terhadap kualitas hidup penderita, baik dari kankernya sendiri, maupun pengobatan serta efek sampingnya. Penilaian kualitas hidup penderita KNF dapat secara unidimensional menggunakan parameter status tampilan Karnofsky Performance Scale (Karnofsky PS) atau multidimensional memakai parameter European Organization For Research and Treatment of Cancer Quality of Life Questionnaire C30 (EORTC QLQ-C30) dan European Organization For Research And Treatment Of Cancer Head and Neck Cancer Quality of Life Questionnaire (EORTC QLQ-H&N35).Tujuan: Menilai kesesuaian hasil skor Karnofsky PS, EORTC QLQ-C30 dan EORTC QLQ-H&N35 dalam menilai kualitas hidup penderita KNF dengan menentukan korelasi antar parameter dan menentukan estimasi skor Karnofsky PS menggunakan skor EORTC QLQ-C30 dan skor EORTC QLQ-H&N35. Menganalisis hubungan antar parameter menurut stadium.Metode: Penelitian adalah observasional analitik dengan pedekatan cross sectional. Populasinya semua kasus KNF yang berobat ke Bagian THT-KL, Rumah Sakit Wahidin Sudirohusodo, Makassar. Sampel sebanyak 48 orang dipilih secara purposive. Penilaian kualitas hidup menggunakan parameter Karnofsky PS, EORTC QLQ-C30 dan EORTC QLQ-H&N35. Hasil: Didapati kesesuaian hasil skor dari ketiga parameter, ditandai adanya korelasi bermakna antara skor Karnofsky PS, skor EORTC QLQ-C30 dan skor EORTC QLQ-H&N35. Semakin tinggi skor Karnofsky PS, akan semakin rendah skor EORTC QLQ-C30 dan skor EORTC QLQ-H&N35 maka kualitas hidup penderita KNF semakin baik. Skor EORTC QLQ-C30 dan skor EORTC QLQ-H&N35 dapat mengestimasi skor Karnofsky PS. Terdapat hubungan bermakna antara Karnofsky PS, EORTC QLQ-C30 dan EORTC QLQ-H&N35 menurut stadium (p<0,05). Kesimpulan: DEORTC QLQ-C30 dan EORTC QLQ-H&N35 dapat melengkapi Karnofsky PS dalam penilaian kualitas hidup penderita kanker kepala leher terutama KNF. Kata kunci: Kualitas hidup, KNF, Karnofsky PS, EORTC QLQ-C30, EORTC QLQ-H&N3.

Abstract

The title of this study is the communication strategies of public Relations in Class I Immigration Office Special for TPI Medan ini complaint management. The objectives of this study are first, to analyze the communication strategies of immigration information and communication division in complain managemenyt; third to analyze the effort expended in overcoming the challenges in the complaint management. The study carried out in TPI Medan Class I Immigration Office employs and interpretive descriptive qualitative method with three informants from Immigration Public Reltions and four additional triangulations informants. The findings show the communication strategies of Immigration Public Relations implement a complaint counter facility and social media to communicate with the public regarding complaint management. The obstacles in complaint management encountered by the Public Relations include a lack of coordinations among divisions and the public’s minimum knowledge about the immigrations rule. Therefore, Immigration Public Relations is trying to overcome the obstacles by holding monthly evaltuation meetings and disseminating immigration rules through infographics on social media.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di kompeks Perumahan Gang Masjid Jami AL BAROKAH Ciherang, Ciputih  Bogor dengan tujuan untuk 1) menganalisis tentang tingkat kedinamisan  dengan pendekatan psikososial kelompok pengajian Ibu-ibu Jamaah Masjid Jami AL BAROKAH Ciputih Bogor dan 2) untuk mendapatkan gambaran dinamika kelompok dengan pendekatan psikososial pada kelompok pengajian Ibu-ibu Jamaah Masjid Jami AL BAROKAH Ciputih Bogor. Berdasarkan analisis yang dilakukan dihasilkan bahwa  : 1) Kelompok pengajian tergolong dinamis karena rata-rata skor penilaian semua variable menunjukkan baik. Jadi semakin baik kedinamisan kelompok maka perubahan perilaku semakin baik, misalnya anggota yang dahulu ikut hanya ikut-ikutan maka sekarang ikut kelompok tersebut atas  kesadaran anggota sendiri. 2) Perubahan tingkah laku dapat meningkatkan produktivitas anggota kelompok. Jadi semakin tinggi produktivitas maka semakin baik pula perubahan perilaku.

Abstract

Employees are a mover of company’s operating system. Work safety and work healthy factors are affect in giving a sense of security and comfort to our employees in doing their jobs. This research was conducted on employees of theProduction PTPN XI PG Asembagus Situbondo. In this research, the variables used are Work Safety (X1), Work Healthy (X2) and the Work Productivity (Y). The purpose of this research was to analyze the influence of the independent variables simultaneously and partially to the Work Productivity of employees. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression including the coefficient of determination, F test and t test. The results of this study show that: 1) Variable Work Safety (X1) and Work Healthy (X2) effect simultaneously to the Work Productivity (Y) production employees of PTPN XI PG Asembagus, 2) Variable Work Safety (X1) had no significant effect the Work productivity (Y) production employees of PTPN XI PG Asembagus, 3) Variable Work Healthy (X2) has a significant influence on the Work Productivity (Y) production employees of PTPN XI PG Asembagus.
