Abstract

Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesesuaian antara laporan keuangan HMJ PIPS dan HIMMAT FKIP Untan periode 2014/2015 dengan Pernyataan Standar Akuntnsi (PSAK) Nomor 45. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif, dan bentuk penelitian adalah survey. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah ketua dan bendahara HMJ PIPS dan HIMMAT FKIP Untan periode 2014/2015. Data dalam penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan HMJ PIPS dan HIMMAT FKIP Untan periode 2014/2015. Adapun hasil penelitian yaitu kesesuaian laporan keuangan yang dibuat oleh HMJ PIPS FKIP Untan dengan persentase 90,57 % dan dikategorikan sangat sesuai. Sedangkan laporan keuangan HIMMAT FKIP Untan periode 2014/2015 dengan persentase 77,78 % dan dikategorikan sesuai dengan Pernyataan Standar Akuntansi (PSAK) Nomor 45. Kata Kunci : Analisis, Laporan Keuangan, Organisasi Nirlaba Abstract: This study aims to know compatibility a financial statement of HMJ PIPS and HIMMAT FKIP Untan period 2014/2015. The  method  used  is  descriptive  and research  form is survey studies.  This research data source is head and treasurer of college students association FKIP Untan period 2014/2015. This research data source financial statement of HMJ PIPS and HIMMAT FKIP Untan period 2014/2015. The results showed financial statement of HMJ PIPS and HIMMAT FKIP Untan period 2014/2015 has fulfilled all of components required for non profit organizations based on PSAK 45. The result of resarch is compality financial statement HMJ PIPS FKIP Untan period 2014/2015 is 90,57% in category very compatible. While, financial statement HIMMAT FKIP Untan is  77,78 % in category suitable based on PSAK 45.   Keywords: Analysis, Financial Statement, Non Profit Organization

Abstract

This study seeks to examine students’ perceptions towards the characteristics of female lecturers at State Universities in the city of Pontianak and identify the position of the ideology of gender segregation in the realm of the lecturer as an occupation. This quantitative survey research employed a closed-ended questionnaire as the primary data collection instrument. The questionnaire was administered to 286 students of faculty of education at the state Universities in the city of Pontianak. Pearson product-moment was used to test the validity of the items in the questionnaire by taking those of r0.3 as the valid question items. The reliability test using SPSS Statistics version 23.0 showed the Cronbach alpha value of 0.75. Descriptive statistics as a data analysis method was carried out using SPSS Statistics version 23.0. The results of this study highlighted female lecturers’ characteristics and position in the ideology of gender segregation from the students’ point of view. First, students’ perception revealed (1) the characteristics of female lecturer namely sanguine personality type (33.98%), (2) the communication readiness dominated by the power factor (37.14%), and (3) personal-social characteristics at the negative extreme of easily offended (33.19%), at the central point of tolerance (14.13%), and at the positive extreme of attention (26.13%). Second, the lecturer, as an occupation in the public sector is suitable for women with a percentage of positive responses of 91.47% with the determinant factors for successful classroom teaching and learning comprising the quality cognitive, social, and personal characters of lecturers without gender segregation.

Abstract

Addiction to gadgets in children is one of the main concerns of the government in Indonesia today. Children belonging to the Alfa generation (born in 2010 and above) are also called digital native communities who have been born face to face with the digital world that has so developed. The application of the rules on limiting the use of smartphone  should continue to be promoted since the elementary school level. The method used in this research is qualitative with the type of case study research. The study was conducted in the Al Madinah Integrated Islamic Elementary School (SDIT), which is located on Jalan Danau Sentarum, Pontianak Kota District, Pontianak City, West Kalimantan in the 2019/2020 school year. The selection of research subjects using purposive sampling techniques. Data collection techniques through interviews and documentation using semi-structured interview guidelines and supporting documents according to research needs. In-depth interviews were conducted with 3 (three) speakers. Data analysis techniques collected through various techniques and instruments used were analyzed descriptively using the Miles and Huberman models. The impact caused by the implementation of the rules for limiting the use of smartphone  at SDIT Al Madinah tends to have a very dominant positive effect, namely (1) increasing the productivity of students' time while at school, and (2) increasing the learning activities of students in the classroom. It greatly affects the learning process in the classroom, and students appear to be more active when there is discussion and make the learning atmosphere better.

Abstract

This study aims at describing the distribution conditions of teachers and principals in underdeveloped regions, examine the impact of distribution conditions to the students partisipation number in education, and identifying the root causes of inequitable distribution to attaining the equitable distribution of teachers. The researchers used  the data collected for junior high school students in underdeveloped regions at West Kalimantan Province. The data obtained from Data Center of Education and Culture Statistics, Ministry of Education and Culture Republic of Indonesia in 2016. The findings proved that inequitable distribution of teachers in underdeveloped regions is still happen. It can considered has negative impact to students partisipation number of education. Therefore, requires synergy of roles of principals, district leaders and state leaders to solve it. Overall, this study provides critiques and suggestions to complete the strategic actions in attaining the equitable distributions of teachers in underdeveloped regions at West Kalimantan Province, Indonesia.

Abstract

Kajian penelitian relevan dalam skripsi seharusnya mampu memaparkan unsur novelty atau kebaharuan, namun faktanya seringkali hanya menjadi daftar penelitian relevan saja. Miskonsepsi unsur novelty ini perlu perhatian serius di tengah maraknya plagiarisme. Meskipun, terhindar dari plagiarisme belum tentu menunjukkan adanya novelty dalam penelitian. Untuk itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk, (1) mengkaji unsur novelty berdasarkan tahapan literature review, dan (2) menyajikan rekomendasi perbaikan dari miskonsepsi unsur novelty dalam skripsi. Pendekatan kuantitatif dalam penelitian ini menggunaan telaah observasi dokumen sebagai pengumpulan data utamanya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa FTIK IAIN Pontianak yang menerbitkan skripsi tahun 2020-2021. Melalui teknik random sampling diperoleh sampel sejumlah 40 dokumen skripsi. Teknik dokumentasi dengan instrumen dokumen skripsi mahasiswa dianalisis dengan statistic descriptive untuk melihat rerata pada setiap indikator yang diukur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, (1) unsur novelty berdasarkan tahapan literature review pada skripsi mahasiswa FTIK IAIN Pontianak hanya sampai pada tahap pertama: compare (92,50%) dan tahap kedua: contrast (85%). Sedangkan tahap ketiga: criticize, tahap keempat: synthesize dan tahap kelima: summarize tidak dipaparkan dengan persentase 0%, dan (2) rekomendasi perbaikan dari miskonsepsi unsur novelty skripsi, sebaiknya dalam sub-bab kajian penelitian relevan dilakukan penyusunan untuk menemukan novelty dengan cara, membuat kuadran novelty, dan tabel cross check summarize.

Abstract

Perkuliahan Metodologi Penelitian Kuantitatif diharapkan mampu menghasilkan output berupa produk proposal penelitian yang berkualitas sesuai kaidah ilmiah. Namun seringkali, masih terjadi miskonsepsi jika perkuliahan hanya didominasi oleh materi yang bersifat teoritis. Sehingga, lahir sebuah gagasan pemberian layanan khusus berupa Konsultasi Tatap Muka (KTM) bagi mahasiswa oleh dosen pengampu perkuliahan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada tahun 2022 dengan tujuan mengukur efektivitas pemberian layanan khusus KTM dalam perkuliahan Metodologi Penelitian Kuantitatif pada mahasiswa Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) FTIK IAIN Pontianak. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif jenis quasi eksperimen dengan rancangan Randomized Solomon 4 Group Design. Dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 152 orang (5 kelas), dipih 4 kelas sebagai sampel penelitian melalui teknik cluster sampling. Teknik tes dengan instrument ruubrik penilaian digunakan sebagai pengumpulan data utama yang selanjutnya dianalisis dengan teknik analisis statistic descriptive. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemberian layanan khusus KTM dikategorikan efektif. Berdasarkan rerata hasil pre-test E1 (68,50) dan post-test E1 (75,20) dengan selisih pada kelompok eksperimen 1 sebesar 6,70. Sedangkan rerata hasil pre-test C1 (75,08) dan rerata hasil post-test C1 (76,50) dengan selisih kelompok kontrol 1 sebesar 1,42. Selanjutnya, nilai selisih antar kelompok pada kelompok eksperimen 2 E2 (80,10) dengan kelompok kontrol 2 C2 (73,85) menunjukkan selisih sebesar 6,25

Abstract

Kabupaten Landak merupakan salah satu daerah tergolong Terdepan, Terluar dan Tertinggal (3T) di Provinsi Kalimantan Barat yang mengalami permasalahan kekurangan guru hingga saat ini. Pemenuhan kebutuhan guru di daerah 3T merupakan upaya strategis yang harus direncanakan oleh Pemerintah Daerah (Pemda) setempat. Langkah strategis tersebut dimulai dengan mengetahui seberapa besar kondisi kebutuhan guru yang dibutuhkan di setiap kecamatan dengan melakukan analisis perhitungan kebutuhan guru. Penelitian dilakukan di 4 (empat) sekolah pada kecamatan yang berbeda di wilayah Kabupaten Landak, yaitu (1) SMAN 1 Menjalin, (2) SMAN 2 Mandor, (3) SMKN 1 Ngabang dan (4) SMKN 1 Mempawah Hulu. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi kesenjangan antara kebutuhan dan ketersediaan guru SMA/SMK di Kabupaten Landak Provinsi Kalimantan Barat berdasarkan analisis perhitungan jumlah kebutuhan guru. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah studi dokumen yang diperoleh dari masing-masing sekolah pada tahun 2018. Analisis perhitungan kebutuhan guru mengacu pada rumus perhitungan kebutuhan guru berdasarkan prinsip-prinsip yang diatur oleh Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Republik Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi kesenjangan antara ketersediaan dan kebutuhan guru SMA/SMK di Kabupaten Landak sebesar 32%. Analisis perhitungan kekurangan guru ini diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar bagi pemerintah setempat untuk melakukan pemetaan sebaran guru yang proporsional dan mengatasi permasalahan kekurangan guru di Kabupaten Landak

Abstract

Relevant research studies in a thesis should be able to describe elements of novelty, but the fact is that it is often only a list of relevant research. This misconception of novelty elements needs serious attention in the midst of rampant plagiarism. However, avoiding plagiarism does not necessarily indicate novelty in research. For this reason, this study aims to, (1) examine the novelty element based on the literature review stage, and (2) present recommendations for improvement of the misconceptions of the novelty element in the thesis. The quantitative approach in this study uses document observation as the main data collection. The population in this study were all FTIK IAIN Pontianak students who published theses for the year 2020-2021. Through random sampling technique, a sample of 40 thesis documents was obtained. The documentation technique with the student thesis document instrument was analyzed with descriptive statistics to see the average of each measured indicator. The results showed, (1) the novelty element based on the literature review stage in the thesis of FTIK IAIN Pontianak students only reached the first stage: compare (92.50%) and the second stage: contrast (85%). While the third stage: criticizing, the fourth stage: synthesize and the fifth stage: summarizes not presented with a percentage of 0%, and (2) recommendations for improvement of misconceptions about the novelty of the thesis, preferably in the sub-chapter of relevant research studies, preparation is made to find novelty by: create a novelty quadrant, and a cross check summarize table.

Abstract

Literasi dalam perkembangannya tidak hanya kemampuan membaca dan menulis, namun semakin diperluas jenisnya dengan pengukuran literasi statistis yang ditunjukkan dengan kemampuan critical-mathematical. Kemampuan ini perlu dibangun dalam proses perkuliahan khususnya Metodologi Penelitian Kuantitatif. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengidentifikasi, (1) kemampuan critical-mathematical mahasiswa Tadris Matematika FTIK IAIN Pontianak dalam perkuliahan metodologi penelitian kuantitatif, dan (2) upaya dalam membangun kemampuan critical-mathematical pada perkuliahan metodologi penelitian kuantitatif, Quantitative approach digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi kemampuan critical-mathematical. Melalui teknik population sampling, maka seluruh mahasiswa Tadris Matematika FTIK IAIN Pontianak diambil menjadi sampel sejumlah 21 orang. Teknik observasi kuantitatif digunakan sebagai pengumpul data utama dengan instrumen berupa lembar check list yang telah melalui uji validasi oleh expert judgment. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah teknik statistik deskriptif berbantuan microsoft excel. Adapun penelitian ini menghasilkan 2 hal. Pertama, nilai rerata kemampuan critical-mathematical mahasiswa Tadris Matematika FTIK IAIN Pontianak dalam perkuliahan metodologi penelitian kuantitatif pada aspek keterlibatan kritis (73,96), penalaran (72,17), dan mempertanyakan kebenaran konteks (71,05) dengan rata-rata keseluruhan sebesar 72,39. Kedua, upaya dalam membangun kemampuan critical-mathematical pada perkuliahan metodologi penelitian dapat dilakukan dengan strategi yang indikatornya disesuaikan dengan aspek critical-mathematical diantara yaitu, (1) telaah/ review skripsi kuantitatif secara individu untuk melatih keterlibatan kritis, (2) mengidentifikasi, menganalisis dan membuat cross check untuk melatih penalaran, dan (3) membuat kelompok diskusi kecil dan mempresentasikannya di depan kelas atau melakukan penilaian silang untuk mempertanyakan kebenaran konteks.

Abstract

The rampant plagiarism that occurs, especially in the preparation of scientific work in Higher Education, is a common problem that must be addressed immediately. This research tries to overcome this problem starting with the preparation of student scientific work during lectures, namely Classroom Action Research (CAR) proposals which are the output of CAR courses at PAI Study Program FTIK IAIN Pontianak in 2022. A quantitative approach is used to process research data using descriptive statistical analysis techniques based on the results of the study documents totaling 63 proposals from research subjects in PTK-A and PTK-B classes. Documents were analyzed using Turnitin software, and 3 (three) conclusions were obtained. First, there was a reduction in the level of plagiarism using the repetitive method based on the results of the similiarity index as follows, (a) PTK-A class showed the average similiarity index results in stage I (42.70%), stage II (30.73%) and stage III ( 17.88%), (b) PTK-B class stage I (69.10%), stage II (30.53%) and stage III (23.07%). Second, the repetitive method is carried out in a measurable and planned manner through the three stages starting from planning, implementation and closing. Third, the results of the grading report analysis show that search sources in student documents that are entangled in plagiarism are mostly internet sources (57.29%), student papers (23.59%) and publications (19.12%)
