Sharing knowledge is one of important elements in academic libraries. The activity uses ICT to inform one another. Most academic libraries in Indonesia, supporting infrastructures and reward are the main factor to conduct the activity. The implementation of such activity, especially in academic libraries, has resulted some beneficial both for librarians and its users. Motivation is considered as one of important aspects in sharing knowledge. By having supporting facilities or infrastructures, the activity can run smoothly and properly.

Personal file record is very important for the students to support the activities. If the personal records can be organized properly, they can fill Sipresma (Sistem Informasi Prestasi Mahasiswa) or student achievement information system easily. The rules also require that students can manage a personal record in the form of a charter, certificate or other reference letter to get diploma supplement or Surat Keterangan Pendamping Ijazah (SKPI). In this study objectives are to determine the management of personal records related to student achievement information system (Sipresma) UI. This research method uses quantitative methods involving 358 respondents of the Vocational Education Program University of Indonesia students. The results obtained showed that the majority of students agreed that the personal file management still not maximal. The conclusion from this study also shows that the students are very aware of the certificate or reference of activity should be stored in a special storage area that's personal record can be well ordered

Background of the study: In villages, land documents, especially for land that has not been certified or commonly referred to as traditional land, often triggers problems. Customary land, which is often called girik, petok, rincik, ketitir, letter C or others, is not supported by adequate documents. Even if there is in the community, the condition is often problematic, whether it's torn, the paper is fragile, and damaged, or ink that has been difficult to read. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to explore the management of village-based land records through the digitization of land titles stored in villages or villages. Method: The methodology used in this research is through direct assistance to village officials to practice the digitalization and regulation of land records based on archival rules. Findings: The findings of this study are that the archives of the villagers' land are often stored just like that in the village, making them vulnerable to damage, loss and hard to find again. With the rules of archival science and digitizing land records, the process of meeting will be easier again. Conclusion: This research has a theoretical and practical impact. Theoretically provide insight into digitizing vital archives. Whereas practically, if the management of land records can be carried out well, then the potential for land conflicts can be reduced to a minimum.

This study aims to determine knowledge transfer for batik artisans in a tourist village Kliwonan Masaran Sragen, Central Java. The methodology was used qualitative research method and case study approach. The results of this study indicate that knowledge transfer was happened in research location despite huge obstacles, especially from the younger generation that would rather be factory worker than batik artisans. If these conditions cant be resolved, sustainability of rural tourism in Kliwonan will be threatened.

Pengawasan kearsipan di Indonesia sudah memiliki aturan hukum yang jelas. Semua aspek pengelolaan kearsipan yang baik sudah diberikan dalam aturan hukum itu. Tetapi, pelaksanaan di semua level memiliki tantangan tersendiri seperti untuk tingkat kabupaten/kota. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif untuk mengamati praktik pengawasan kearsipan di kabupaten Dairi Sumatera Utara. Hasilnya adalah pelaksanaannya sudah berjalan sesuai tetapi karena keterbatasan anggaran sejumlah poin tidak dapat terlaksana. Sebaiknya ada aturan tambahan tentang bagaimana solusi bagi pemerintah kabupaten/kota dapat tetap melaksanakan pengawasan dengan anggaran yang ada.

Tujuan artikel ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana tantangan menerapkan rekod dan arsip elektronik sesuai dengan kaidah dan persyaratan yang ada. Menggunakan model kualitatif dengan studi literatur tentang penerapan dan tantangan bagi sebuah organisasi dalam mengelola rekod dan arsip elektronik di negara lainnya. Dalam konteks Indonesia, penerapan rekod dan arsip elektronik khususnya dalam tahapan penciptaan arsip sangat bergantung kepada kesiapan dari organisasi itu sendiri baik kebijakan, anggaran, maupun kesiapan sumber daya manusia. Tujuan praktis dari artikel ini adalah memberi pemahaman secara komprehensif bagaimana penerapan rekod dan arsip elektronik serta tahapan dalam mengatasi tantangan yang ada. Tujuan artikel ini adalah untuk meninjaupelaksanaan Perka ANRI no.49 tahun 2015 tentangPedoman Program Arsip Vital. Menggunakan modelkualitatif dan studi kasus dengan membandingkanpenerapan program arsip vital dengan aturan negaramaupun badan lain seperti Perserikatan Bangsa-Bangsa. Ditemukan hasil bahwa tidak ada perbedaansignifikan dalam aturan program arsip vital hanyauntuk akses arsip vital harus dikategorisasi orangyang berhak mengakses arsip vital terutama setelahbencana. Tujuan praktis dari artikel ini adalahmenunjukkan bahwa program arsip vital harusdilakukan secara menyeluruh dengan langkah-langkah yang jelas agar dapat mengantisipasibencana yang datang tiba-tiba.Kata kunci : arsip vital, bencana, program arsipvital, banjir, kebakaran

ABSTRACTThe results of research on the perception of permanent lecturers vocational program UI for the sharing of knowledge through Communities of Practices (CoP). There are three research hypotheses were proved, namely (1) Perception of tenured faculty to sare knowledge is positive (2) The perception of permanent lecturers to positively CoP and (3) Perceptions of permanent lecturers of the document as a means of sharing knowledge through CoP. Results of the survey prove that the perception of permanent lecturers UI vocational program to three research hypothesis is positive. So that the CoP can be an alternative to teh creation of knowledge among tenured faculty vocational program UI. Limitations of the study is only for yhe organization and the results can be different if the study is an organization that has a different complexity.Keywords : Sharing knowledge, tenured faculty Vocational UI program, tacit knowledge, explicit knowledge

Managing records requires high skills and therefore requires the competence of record manager. The skill level can be proven through professional certification test. Professional certification is issued by LSP as an extension of BNSP (National Agency for Professional Certification). P1 certification can be held by educational institutions including the University by conducting a series of certification tests. This research objectives is to find out the benefits of professional P1 certification held by LSP UI for MID Study Program graduates. This study uses a quantitative method by conducting an online survey involving graduates from the 2014 and 2015 MID study programs who have graduated from the study program and have professional certification. Limitation of Research This study covers only MID students class of 2014 and 2015 so it couldn’t describe other courses. Research Findings The results of this study will show the benefits of professional certification. Another result is the possibility of the respondent continuing the certification test after the certificate expires (3 years) and must be updated.Mengelola arsip memerlukan keterampilan tinggi sehingga membutuhkan kompetensi pengelola arsip. Tingkat keterampilan tersebut dapat dibuktikan melalui uji sertifikasi profesi. Sertifikasi profesi dikeluarkan oleh LSP (Lembaga Sertifikasi Profesi) sebagai perpanjangan tangan dari BNSP (Badan Nasional Serfikasi Profesi). Sertifikasi P1 (pihak kesatu) dapat diadakan oleh lembaga pendidikan termasuk Universitas dengan melakukan serangkaian uji sertifikasi yang ketat. Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui manfaat sertifikasi profesi P1 yang diadakan oleh LSP UI bagi lulusan Prodi MID. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan melakukan survei online melibatkan responden lulusan program studi MID angkatan 2014 dan 2015 yang sudah sudah lulus dari program studi dan memiliki sertifikasi profesi. Batasan Penelitian Penelitian ini hanya mencakup mahasiswa MID angkatan 2015-2016 sehingga tidak dapat menggambarkan program studi lainnya. Temuan Penelitian Hasil studi ini akan memperlihatkan manfaat dari sertifikasi profesi. Hasil lainnya adalah kemungkinan responden melanjutkan uji sertifikasi di LSP P3 UI setelah masa berlaku sertifikat habis (3 tahun) dan harus diperbarui.

The process of knowledge sharing becomes important processes for an organization in creating new knowledge and innovation. Tacit and explicit knowledge can be moved through several processes to knowledge sharing. Culture an important part of the process, especially an appreciation of the sources of knowledge that is willing to share the knowledge. In educational organizations especially recently established such as Vocational Program UI should institutionalization of knowledge as a knowledge center will be beneficial in the process of knowledge sharing.
