Abstract

Background of the study: This study discusses the archival publication virtual services through exhibitions, published by ANRI (National Archives of the Republic of Indonesia). This study will analyze publication of content displayed through the virtual archival exhibition.Purpose: The aim is to look at aspects of the publication of archives, selecting and uploading information or document to the web or the site, repackaging information, and using technology. Archived publication is the dissemination of information about archives for the community, one kind of activities that are by holding a virtual exhibition. The virtual exhibition Allows visitors in the number of simultaneous accesses to one collection entity and Provides information quickly intervening and mainly via the web.Method: This study uses qualitative methods of content analysis. Methods of collecting the data through observation on ANRI Virtual Exhibition and literature studies.Findings: The discussion was further reviewed restaurants by using perspectives on aspects of archival publications, archival exhibitions, and archive exhibition virtualization. The results that can be obtained are ANRI roommates virtual conducts archival exhibitions through the JIKN at https://jikn.go.id. Displaying two themes, the history of the President of the Republic of Indonesia and the Treasury of the UNESCO Certificate of Archives. The virtual archival exhibition is an excellent publication from ANRI to present information from the archive so that it can be easily accessed by the public. But at this virtual archival exhibition, there are still several menus and features are still empty.Conclusion: The advice that can be given is to add back the content, features and media information offered to visitors through the virtual archival exhibition. The addition of content managers, is also competencies needed to the make virtual archival exhibitions more interactive

Abstract

This study discusses the digitizing process of certified competency test paperwork at the University of Indonesia Profession Certification Bodies ((Lembaga Sertifikasi Profesi) LSP UI). The process was conducted online using a web-based application system. The administrative digitization process produces born-digital recordss as evidence of the implementation of the test process. This study aims to see how the process of digitizing the administration of this competency test is carried out. The process of digitizing the competency test activities identified what digital records were created and how they affected archive management and business processes at LSP UI. This research method uses a qualitative approach with a narrative description of the data analysis. Data were collected through observations of LSP certification test activities, interviews of the personnel involved, analysis of LSP documents, and literature studies. The results that can be reviewed are the process of digitization competency certification activities at LSP UI carried outs by creating a web-based administration system. From this web system, participants register, administer exams, to announce test results by online system and also create several digital records, including personal records of participants, assessors files, registration files, test implementation files and exam results. The conclusion obtained is that the digitalization of competency certification tests is much needed, especially amid the Covid-19 pandemic. Digitization simplifies business processes and LSP supervision. The next issue is how each of these digitization system can be integrated with digital records management in LSP in particular and the organization in general. In addition, the issue of duplication, authenticity, filing and indexing of digital records is also a homework for organizations to do.

Abstract

With the growing trend of the community regarding the need for a healthy minimum, encouraging beverage producers to answer this trend by issuing new products, which in the launch of new products in addition to introducing new products of the producers also at the same time want to create strong brand equity. Therefore, manufacturers use brand extensions. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of brand extension on brand image. This research is a quantitative approach research with explanatory analysis and multiple linear regression, the instrument that the researcher uses is a questionnaire. Based on the results of the study stated that one of the five dimensions, namely: perceived quality, significantly affects the brand image, while the other four dimensions do not significantly influence. The results of the analysis show that brand expansion affects the brand image by 59.7%, while the remaining 40.3% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

BULOG Public Company (Perum BULOG) is a State-Owned Enterprise which operates in the food logistics sector and is responsible for the supply and distribution of basic commodities in Indonesia. In carrying out its activities, Perum BULOG produces various important documents and records such as agreements, accommodation, insurance, moving costs and logistics orders. Therefore, efficient records management is a must. One of the key elements in records management is retentention and disposition by destroying records that are no longer needed for efficient records storage. Before carrying out destruction, the organization must create a list of records proposed for destruction so that the recordss to be destroyed can have news metadata recorded and become a reference for vital recordss for the destruction event. This article discusses the process of creating a list of records proposed for destruction which is carried out at Perum Bulog with the aim of ensuring that records are stored properly according to their retention period, as well as maintaining the quality of records management so that they can support the organization's tasks more effectively.

Abstract

This study discusses the process of making guidelines for the creation of letter records, such as audience application letters, participation offer letters and sponsorship letters at Merdeka Export UMKM events organized by PT Cybers Global Indonesia (CGI). The purpose of this study is to create records creation guidelines that can assist in ensuring that records creation is carried out efficiently, effectively, and systematically in accordance with applicable records management regulations and can be implemented at PT CGI. The research method used is a qualitative method by conducting a case study at PT. CGI. Data collection was conducted through observation, literature studies, and interviews. The results showed that the records creation guidelines are made based on regulations both from within and outside the organization and look at the tasks and functions of the organization. These guidelines consist of provisions such as the type, structure and form of letters records; letter creation; security letters; officials signing letters; and letter control. In this case, the guidelines for creating records letter that are created can help PT CGI in ensuring that the resulting letter records can be authentic and accessed easily and quickly when needed.
