Abstract

Kreativitas sebagai sebuah bentuk pembelajaran, merupakan bagian vital dari pengembangan kognisi, yang dapat membantu menjelaskan dan menginterpretasikan konsep-konsep abstrak dengan melibatkan keterampilan keingintahuan juga kemampuan menemukan, eksplorasi, pencarian kepastian dan antusiasme, yang semuanya merupakan kualitas-kualitas yang sangat besar yang terdapat pada anak. Aspek-aspek ini dapat diperkuat dengan memberikan penguasaan teknis dan visi yang lebih luas kepada anak, sehingga kretivitas dapat menginformasikan berbagai pembelajaran lainnya. Kegiatan pengabdian ini berbentuk workshop, berupa pelatihan guru dalam merancang pembelajaran kreatif. tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah meningkatkan kratifitas guru dalam proses pembelajaran daring untuk membuat pembelajaran yang kreatif. Metode yang di gunakan dalam workshop ini yaitu; metode ceramah digunakan untuk memberikan penjelasan tentang materi yang akan disampaikan, metode tanya jawab digunakan untuk menggali pemahaman peserta kegiatan dan metode simulasi digunakan untuk mempraktikan proses penilaian hasil pembelajaran kreatif. Khalayak sasaran pada kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini yaitu guru SD  di Kecamatan Seberang Ulu Dua sebanyak 50 Orang.  Creativity as a form of learning, is a part of cognitive development, which can help explain and interpret abstract concepts by involving the skills of curiosity as well as the ability to find, explore, seek certainty and enthusiasm, all of which are very large qualities contained in child. These aspects could be strengthened by giving children technical mastery and a broader vision,thus creativity can inform various other learnings. This activity was in the form of a workshop, in the form of teacher training in designing creative learning. the purpose of this service activity is to increase teacher creativity in the online learning process to create creative learning. The methods used in this workshop are;is used to provide an explanation of the material to be delivered, the question and answer method were used to explore the understanding of the activity participants and the simulation method is used to practice the process of assessing creative learning outcomes. The target audience for this community service activity was 50 elementary school teachers in Seberang Ulu II District.Keywords: Community Service, Creative Learning Workshop

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk: 1) mengetahui bagaimana kreativitas siswa pada pembelajaran SBdP sebelum diberikan perlakuan menggunakan model pembelajaran experiential learning di, 2) mengetahui bagaimana kreativitas siswa pada pembelajaran SBdP setelah diberikan perlakuan menggunakan model pembelajaran experiential learning, 3) mengetahui Apakah model pembelajaran experiential learning efektif terhadap kreativitas siswa pada pembelajaran SBdP. Metode dalam penelitian yang digunakan Quasi Experimen dengan desain penelitian One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Populasi dan sampel penelitian, yaitu seluruh siswa SD Negeri 10 Sembawa dengan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah kelas IV dengan jumlah laki-laki 21 orang dan perempuan berjumlah 22 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Kreativitas siswa pada pembelajaran SBdP sebelum diberikan perlakuan menggunakan model pembelajaran experiential learning rata-rata adalah 29,74 dengan kriteria Cukup Kreatif sebanyak 24 siswa (55,8%); dengan kriteria Tidak Kreatif sebanyak 19 siswa (44,2%); serta tidak ada siswa dengan kriteria Sangat Kreatif dan Kreatif, 2) Kreativitas siswa pada pembelajaran SBdP setelah diberikan perlakuan menggunakan model pembelajaran experiential learning rata-rata adalah 70,14 kriteria Sangat Kreatif sebanyak 2 siswa (4,7%); dengan kriteria Kreatif sebanyak 37 siswa (86,0%); dengan kriteria Cukup Kreatif sebanyak 4 siswa (9,3%); serta tidak ada siswa dengan kriteria Tidak Kreatif, 3) Model pembelajaran expriential learning efektif terhadap kreativitas siswa dalam pembelajaran materi SBdP dengan nilai thitung sebesar 7,418 dan nilai ttabel sebesar 2.017, maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Abstract

Penelitian didasarkan oleh masalah siswa yang kesulitan dalam pemilihan kata untuk menuangkan ide ketika menulis karangan sehingga cenderung tidak bisa menulis karangan dalam jumlah banyak. Siswa juga belum pernah diberikan tes penguasaan kosakata. Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh antara penguasaan kosakata bahasa Indonesia pasif-reseptif dan kemampuan menulis karangan narasi siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 88 Palembang. Jenis penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian korelasi. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan terdiri dari tes dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji prasyarat dan analisis pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: terdapat pengaruh penguasaan kosakata terhadap kemampuan menulis karangan narasi. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dari hasil analisis statistik yang telah dilakukan. Didapatkan nilai koefesien korelasi sebesar 0,627. Yang dapat diartikan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara penguasaan kosakata dengan kemampuan menulis karangan narasi. Nilai koefesien determinasi sebesar 39,3% variabel kemampuan menulis karangan narasi dipengaruhi oleh penguasaan kosakata. Dengan persamaan regresi Y = 31,44+0,591X. Kemudian berdasarkan hasil uji-t, diperoleh nilai t hitung sebesar 5,630 dan signifikansi 0,000 serta nilai t tabel sebesar 2,007. Karena nilai dan nilai signifikansi <0,05, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis yang telah dirumuskan diterima yaitu terdapat pengaruh penguasaan kosakata terhadap kemampuan menulis karangan narasi.

Abstract

In this study, researchers developed augmented reality-based learning media for science subjects. This is research development. The results of the development have been validated by nine experts, including material experts, media experts, learning experts, linguists, and education practitioners. Based on the experts' validation, the media developed was declared valid with an Aiken value of 0.9528. Teacher and student assessments obtained 92.71 percent from the teacher and 88.07 from students. In conclusion, the media developed was categorized as very good and feasible to apply in learning. Besides, the trial testing results also showed that the developed media optimally improved students' learning outcomes in science subjects.

Abstract

Abstract: Based on observations at SD Negeri 185 Palembang, students are less interested in social studies material, especially in the material of Indonesian Geographical characteristics. This is evidenced by the average score in Theme 1 of 64.16 where the completeness score is 65. In accordance with the 2013 curriculum, teachers must be more creative in developing materials. One of the materials that will be developed is the material on Indonesian Geographical characteristics in class V using Adobe Flash-based learning media. So the purpose of this study is to determine the stages, validity, and development of learning media based on Adobe Flash on the material of Indonesia's geographical characteristics. The method in this study is a research and development method using the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The results of this study, development of learning media based on Adobe Flash on the material of Indonesia's geographical characteristics obtained the "very valid" and "very feasible" criteria. Keywords: development, Adobe Flash, Indonesia’s geographical Abstrak: Berdasarkan observasi di SD Negeri 185 Palembang, para siswa kurang tertarik dengan materi IPS, khususnya pada Karakteristik Geografis Indonesia. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai rata-rata pada Tema 1 sebesar 64,16, dimana nilai ketuntasannya adalah 65. Sesuai dengan kurikulum 2013, guru harus lebih kreatif dalam mengembangkan materi pembelajaran. Salah satu materi yang akan dikembangkan adalah materi Karakteristik Geografis Indonesia di kelas V dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran berbasis Adobe Flash. Maka dari itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tahapan, validitas, dan pengembangan media pembelajaran berbasis Adobe Flash pada materi Karakteristik Geografis Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian dan metode pengembangan dengan menggunakan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation). Abstract

This study aims to develop a flood disaster management module as a means of enriching elementary school learning. This development research aims to develop a flood disaster management module and the feasibility of the flood disaster management module media as a means of enriching elementary school learning. The method in this study was carried out using the Borg and Gall Research & Development model which has been modified by Sugiyono covering 7 stages, namely: 1) potentials and problems, 2) collecting data, 3) product design, 4) design validation, 5) design revision, 6) product trials, 7) product revisions. The results of this study indicate that the results obtained from the validation of material experts obtained an average of 81% with the "Easy" criteria. validation of linguists in the flood disaster management module obtained an average percentage of 85% with very decent criteria. The average percentage of student responses to the flood disaster management module is positive. Students respond that the module is easy to understand, gives a feeling of pleasure, is presented in an orderly and systematic manner, illustrations support imagination, and can increase knowledge about flood prevention. This shows that the flood disaster management module as a means of enriching elementary school learning produced in this study is considered appropriate for use as learning enrichment material in elementary schools

Abstract

This research is to be able to describe the employment system in Indonesia along with the various inhibiting factors and challenges in the employment system in Indonesia in creating a fair system. The condition of the Islamic and national legal systems in the context of optimizing the role of law is appropriate for both Islamic and national laws to support each other so that local wisdom values ​​are able to provide driving force in efforts to create justice. This research uses a socio-legal research approach, or empirical research (sociological juridical) which is oriented towards formal and substantial findings on the study of the justice system for workers in Indonesia on the process by which law occurs and the operation of law in society. This approach is a combination of legal and social methods. Data analysis was carried out after examining and evaluating the data to determine its validity. After that, the data is grouped into categories or issues/themes according to the research objectives. The results in this study are that the Labor Law Number 13 of 2003 and Law Number 2 of 2004. Apart from still being dominated by the adoption of the Western legal system, the implementation of these rules is also still thick with feudalistic nuances, unequal relations, in where labor is often used as a mere "means of production". In fact, in many cases power relations are still dominant in practice. So that workers feel positioned as a weak party. This is indicated by the relatively high demands of workers regarding guarantees for their life and welfare. Keywords: Justice System; Indonesian workers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze how the employment system in Indonesia is from the perspective of Islamic law. This research uses a socio-legal research approach, or empirical research (sociological juridical) which is oriented towards formal and substantial findings on the study of the labor system in Indonesia from the perspective of Islamic law. This approach is a combination of legal and social methods. Data analysis was carried out after examining and evaluating the data to determine its validity. After that, the data is grouped into categories or issues/themes according to the research objectives. As for the results of this study that in Islam, work is not only a personal relationship, workers or laborers with employers or entrepreneurs. Melain building social relations between humans in meeting the needs of family life, the surrounding community and as well as the ideal form of self-dedication of a servant to Allah Subhanahu Wata'ala. Therefore, there are four (4) principles in working in an Islamic perspective including; 1) independence, 2) nobility, 3) justice, and 4) clarity. Keywords: Employment System; Islamic law.
