Abstract

The Gereja Kristus Tuhan (GKT) Antiokhia is one of the churches in Malang that has an uncomputerized data processing system, especially in the financial section which is still written on the financial cash book. This does not close the possibility of errors either in writing or misacalculations. Therefore, a web based cash flow management system is proposed for churches to process financial data and make financial reports more effective and efficient. This study used observation and interview methods for data collection and systems designed using the PHP programming language with the CodeIgniter 3.0 Framework, and Android Studio with Mysql as the database. At the implementation stage, application testing will be carried out using the black box method, and the results of this financial information system produce a financial dashboard for processing financial cash data consisting of income and expenses as well as financial statements of monthly income and expenses. This application is accessed online through the Website and is equipped with an android application to display financial dashboards and financial reports.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the user experience (UX) of an Augmented Reality (AR) application designed as a tutorial medium for introducing components of the Yamaha R15 VVA motorcycle. The evaluation was conducted using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) method, covering six aspects: attractiveness, perspicuity, efficiency, dependability, stimulation, and novelty. The research sample consisted of 30 students who have taken or are currently taking the Human-Computer Interaction course at Universitas Bhineka Nusantara. The analysis results showed that the pragmatic quality had an average value of -0.092 and the hedonic quality 0.108, with an overall score of 0.008, categorized as neutral. The average standard deviation of 0.666 indicates a high level of agreement among respondents. Although the application met some visual and interactive aspects, weaknesses were found in navigation features, usage guidance, and audiovisual support. Reliability testing showed that the UEQ instrument is appropriate for use, with a Cronbach’s alpha value of 0.88 (pragmatic) and 0.77 (hedonic). These results recommend further development in usability aspects and supporting features to enhance the effectiveness of the AR-based technical learning application.

Abstract

Website is one of the supporting tools as a medium of information and promotion on the internet. With a website, everyone from all over Indonesia and the world can easily get information about the company or agency. Social service agency has a special task to carry out some of the government's general tasks and development in the field of Social Welfare. From social problems that occur, it is difficult for the community to convey problems that occur around the community environment. The many social problems that occur in the community are known from public complaints which are usually done via telephone or DM Instagram. The impact of social problems include juvenile delinquency, poverty, unemployment, missing people, homeless people, and people with mental disorders. The purpose of this study was to build a Social Handling Information System in Malang City Social Service. To create a website / information system, you can use CodeIgniter (CI), CodeIgniter is an application development framework (Application Development Framework) using PHP, is a framework for working or making programs using PHP that is more systematic. Malang City Social Service has many tasks, one of which is handling several complaints from the people of Malang City. The author proposes to raise a theme "Information Systems for Social Assistance for Web-Based Communities to Facilitate the Receipt of Social Service Reports in Malang". In this information system there are 3 main menus, namely: complaints, survey reports, and data results. In the complaints menu the user can input the complaint data which will later be processed by the social service staff themselves. On the survey report page the staff section can check the data and make changes to the system status. On the data results page the staff can make changes to the data. Before making a complaint to the system, the community must first register by entering the NIK. Complaints submitted by the public will automatically be entered into the system. With this information system, it is hoped that it can help the performance of the Malang city social services and also help report complaints from the people of Malang.

Abstract

The large number of students applying for Achievement scholarships and BKSM (Special Assistance for Poor Students) at SMAS Empat Lima 1 Babat makes the performance of schools still not optimal. That is because all the inputting processes for receiving scholarships are still manual. Decision support systems are useful for expanding decision makers' ability to process data or information and can help solve problems, especially in a variety of very complex and unstructured issues. One method in a decision support system is SAW (Simple Additive Weighting), the method is able to process the scholarship selection results automatically through a system that has been created so that the results are faster and more accurate. The results showed that the Decision Support System in the Scholarship Acceptance Process that used the SAW method succeeded in determining the order (priority) of students who were eligible and eligible to receive scholarships using the SAW method. The highest final grades processed by Decision Support System are students who are recommended and are eligible to receive scholarships, while students with the lowest final grades are students who are not recommended or are not eligible to receive scholarships. In addition, the use of a data input web program is more effective and efficient when compared to using Microsoft Excel because the data entered has been processed by the system.

Abstract

In today's digital era, the development of people's lives is increasingly broad and unlimited with the presence of the internet, including the GMIT Ebenhaezer Church in Larantuka which currently still uses the manual method in carrying out its financial administration. Problems that occur today include difficulties in data processing, and the process of calculating the income and expenditure of Church cash and reports for assemblies and Servants of God. In research and making administrative applications made with PHP and MYSQL, it is intended to overcome the problems that occur at this time, namely processing administrative data, calculating cash income and expenditure and financial reports needed by the Assembly and Pastor for decision making to facilitate the making of church financial reports so that transparent in financial management as well as accountability to church members who have provided funds to this church

Abstract

The city of Malang as a city of education and tourism has seen an increase in the number of vehicles that can cause, among others, road congestion, air pollution, waste of fuel and road damage. The road that is often jammed if left unchecked will have an impact on the smooth journey and satisfaction of road users. Along with the development of information technology, this can be overcome with applications based on Geographic Information Systems and crowdsourcing, where road users can see road congestion through their mobile devices in real time. Research related to the Design of a Geographic Information System to Monitor Road Conditions Utilizing Twitter Social Media has been carried out but is limited to Twitter users[5]. To overcome the road congestion, a crowdsourcing-based application solution is needed. Based on this problem, a crowdsourcing-based application with Java and PHP languages is needed and uses a MySQL database. The advantage of this application is that it can display information on road congestion, alternative routes in Malang City to the Malang City Transportation and Traffic Police Office and road users directly at the point of congestion through their devices.

Abstract

In this study writers will design a safer and more efficient membership information system at alto myshouse fitness center. At present alto myshouse still use a manual membership system in which their members fill out membership forms using paper media that is then stored. This system has many flaws like member data can easily disappear or malfunction. Therefore, compl erasing web-based membership information systems that will assist security and efficiency in locating member data and also to simplify the application process, a system that can systematize registration systems for members, instructors and schedules is included in the database. So that system users get their desired information quickly and accurately. Therefore, the membership information system design based on the website is made accessible to members. To design this website based membership information system collecting the necessary data through direct observation and interview with admin of alto myshouse. The program is then made to use PHP as programming language and mysql for database storage. The major stage of system design includes analysis of the requirements of software, system design, coding, testing, implementation and maintenance of programs created. This web-based information system will be able to improve current system weaknesses.
