Abstract

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence planning and supervision had on the performance of employees at the Bogor City Health Office, either partially or simultaneously. The research method used is a survey. Ary, Yacobs and Razavich stated that the survey method was designed to obtain information about the status of symptoms at the time the research was conducted with the aim of describing what variables or conditions or conditions existed in a situation. The data needed in this study is data regarding employee perceptions of the influence of Planning and Supervision that have an impact on employee performance. The sampling technique used is based on the provisions of random sampling, where a sample of 50 people is taken from a population of 124 people. The result of this research is that planning and monitoring both partially and simultaneously have a significant positive effect on the performance of the Bogor City Health Office employees.

Abstract

Human resources (HR) is one of the important things in supporting the achievement of a maximum goal. The company as a profit-oriented organization really expects targets in terms of sales, production, delivery, performance and other goals within the company to be achieved immediately. This study used a qualitative method of collecting data sourced from documents, books, journals, articles / other online media, using grounded research theory aimed at developing theory (theory building) inductively based on data. The result of this study is that human resource management can improve sales force performance. Through the results of Suparman's research that human resource management is able to improve sales force performance in the case example here is PT. Perdana Mitra Abadi Cianjur which develops the potential of its employees through the development of human resource management, namely providing in-service training to its employees regarding product knowledge and soft skills.

Abstract

Globalization of management is a fact of life. Global management is the performance of management activities that cross national boundaries. Global management helps to solve problems that cannot be solved alone in international cooperation. The growth and development of multinational companies requires quality management. The complexity in handling companies across countries spurs the resources in it to continue to be creative and innovative. The method used in this study is descriptive analytics, by conducting a literature search related to performance management challenges in the context of multinational companies, with a conceptual approach and a historical approach. The results of this study show that management challenges always exist in building a multinational organization, performance management is needed in building a change mentality. To face performance challenges in miltnational organizations there are several steps or strategies that can anticipate them, including: Creating the availability of skilled personnel, Improving the company's ability to adopt and use progress, Building a more effective, efficient, and highly motivated team, which is able to improve the company's competitive position, Ensuring adequate human resources for expansion into new programs. Training, Increased productivity. Reduce employee turnover. Increased efficiency.
