Abstract

Koperasi Simpan Pinjam yang merupakan salah satu Lembaga Keuangan/Pembiayaan yang bergerak di sektor jasa keuangan secara de facto telah tumbuh dan berkembang pesat di seluruh wilayah nusantara dan mempunyai kedudukan sentral dan strategis dalam menopang seluruh kegiatan ekonomi produktif sektor riel. Mengingat kegiatan usaha KSP/USP-Koperasi salah satunya adalah menghimpun dana masyarakat, tentunya membawa konsekuensi bahwa pengelolaan KSP/USP-Koperasi harus ditangani secara sehat dengan memperhatikan prinsip kehati-hatian (prudent). Untuk menjaga dan melindungi tingkat kepercayaan publik kepada KSP/USP-Koperasi dari salah urus atau kemungkinan terjadinya penyimpangan yang mungkin terjadi, maka dalam anggaran dasar KSP/USP-Koperasi atau Pemerintah Kabupaten/Kota berkewajiban melakukan pemantauan dengan menerapkan suatu Sistem Pengendalian Intern (SPI) yang harus dilaksanakan oleh KSP/USP-Koperasi sendiri secara teratur. Kesehatan koperasi akan sangat mempengaruhi value of firm koperasi dan manfaat yang akan diterima anggota. Kajian ini merupakan tahap awal untuk pelaksanaan penelitian kinerja usaha koperasi melalui pendekatan tingkat kesehatan kaitannya dengan penciptaan value of firm dan share holder equity yang dibiayai oleh Kemenristek Dikti tahun anggaran 2018.

Tujuan_Penerapan Good Corporate Governance mendorong pengurus KSPPS dalam menjalankan kegiatan usaha simpan pinjam yang secara efektif dan efisien dengan memperhatikan prinsip koperasi dan prinsip kehati- hatian sehingga penilaian koperasi transparan,akuntabel dan responsive.Desain/Metode_ Pada penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskripsiTemuan_ Prinsip Good Corporate Governance dibutuhkan koperasi agar tercapainya kesinambungan usaha dengan memperhatikan stakeholder Implikasi_Pengelolaan koperasi dapat dilakukan secara efektif dan efisien dan tidak menyebabkan kerugian pada pihak manapun,diharapkan dengan diterapkannya Good Corporate Governance maka kesehatan koperasi dapat meningkat sehingga dapat meningkatkan pelayanan kepada anggota Originalitas_Beberapa dari variable penelitian terdapat kesamaan dengan peneliti sebelumnya,namun variable good corporate governance disesuaikan dengan kondisi koperasi di Indonesia dan objek penelitian good corporate governance yang merupakan Koperasi Simpan Pinjam dan Pembiayaan Syariah sejauh ini belum dilakukan penelitian sebelumnyaTipe Penelitian_Studi EmpirisKata Kunci : Good Corporate Governance,Koperasi,Kesehatan koperasi, transparan, akuntabel, responsive.

Abstract

Abstract

Collection of zakat, infaq and social funds is one of the social functions that exist in sharia cooperatives. Efforts that can be made to implement social functions in sharia cooperatives must of course have a good collection, so that they are distributed in accordance with what is prescribed by Islam and all people in need can feel the maximum benefits from sharia cooperatives. In addition, the surrounding community can entrust or set aside some of their more opinion for zakat, infaq and social funds which will be redistributed by sharia cooperatives to people who are entitled to receive them with full trust. With that, the purpose of this study is to find out the description of the collection strategy and the opportunities and challenges in collecting zakat, infaq, and social funds in KBMT Dana Akhirat Arjasari Banjaran Bandung. The research method used is a case study with descriptive data analysis with a qualitative approach which can be obtained through informants and documents with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and literature studies to be able to describe the collection and opportunities as well as challenges in collecting zakat, infaq and social funds. The results of the research on the analysis of strategies for collecting zakat, infaq and social funds that were carried out were in accordance with Islamic law but still optimized from internal parties and still did not have a special division of baitul maal in the management of zakat, infaq and social funds. Furthermore, in facing challenges in collecting zakat, infaq and social funds, the BMT Dana Akhirat Arjasari Cooperative must maximize its opportunities and strengths, such as having many members with various professions, establishing good relations with village officials, mosque and pesantren administrators, the amount of funds Zakat, infaq and social funds are quite large every year, there are educational scholarships for children of members who excel, establish good relations with DISKOP and UKM Kab. Bandung by DEKOPINDA.

Abstract

BMW is currently the leader in selling premium class cars in Indonesia. This illustrates that BMW cars can be an indicator that they are still a secondary choice desired by consumers in buying premium cars. The focus of this paper is to analyze the influence of brand image, brand hate and brand love on the decision to buy a car. The respondents of this research will be direct buyers and users of BMW in West Java, with age criteria above 21 years. To measure the decision to buy a BMW car analysis variable including product quality, perceived value, fairness of price and brand image, where brand image is suspected variable with the most dominant variable influencing customer buying decisions. Methods of data analysis to be carried out using reliability tests and validity tests. This paper is the basis of research that will be carried out related to purchasing decisions and brand image where this will help the implementation of research to be more planned and structured.

Abstract

The movement of stock prices during the COVID-19 pandemic crisis has shown significant changes, this can be seen from the decline in the Composite Stock Price Index (JCI). This condition encouraged research in the field of macroeconomics to be able to understand this phenomenon. This research aims at examining the effect of macroeconomics on stock prices by using the manufacturing sector as the object of research. This research used the 2020 period, where in that period the JCI fell. The results showed that only the exchange rate had an effect on stock prices in the manufacturing sector, while inflation and interest rates had no effect on stock prices in the manufacturing sector. Inflation which is used as a moderating variable can moderate the effect of exchange rates and interest rates on stock prices in the manufacturing sector.

Abstract

Al-Qardh is a type of loan given to parties who need assistance in urgent circumstances for a certain period of time without having to pay interest or profit. The loan of al-Qardh's contract is adjusted to the perspective of DSN-MUI Fatwa No: 19/DSN-MUI/IV/2001 concerning Al-Qardh. Therefore, this study aims to determine the application of the Al-Qardh contract, conformity to the perspective of DSN-MUI Fatwa No: 19/DSN-MUI/IV/2001, and to know the efforts made by the Koperasi Pojok Syariah to be in accordance with the fatwa perspective. The research method used is descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach through observation and also interviews with informants to be able to describe the mechanism for implementing the Al-Qardh contract. The results showed that the Koperasi Pojok Syariah generally implemented the Al-Qardh agreement in accordance with DSN-MUI Fatwa No: 19/DSN-MUI/IV/ 2001. However, there needs to be a stage that must be recommended in the contractual mechanism in the Al-Qardh contract loan.

Pertumbuhan yang berkelanjutan harus selalu dimaksimalkan oleh para pengelola koperasi karena hal ini menjadi dasar atas perluasan pangsa pasar dan profitabilitas yang diharapkan semakin meningkat. Namun demikian para ahli keuangan berpendapat bahwa tingkat pertumbuhan tidak selalu memberikan keuntungan yang nyata.Tingkat pertumbuhan harus diatur sedemikian rupa agar tidak terlalu cepat yang akan berakibat pada penurunan aset likuid di masa yang akan datang,tetapi jangan pula terlalu lambat agar tidak merugikan pihak-pihak yang berkepentingan yang memiliki harapan tinggi atas keuntungan yang diperoleh. Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of digital competence and employee performance on the quality of electronic services at the Unpad FISIP Library by students as service users. This research uses a quantitative approach and descriptive analysis methods. The population in this research is all FISIP Unpad students who use the electronic services of the FISIP Unpad Library in 2022-2023 with a population of 1,355 people and a sample of 100 people. The sample size sampling technique in this study used a nonprobability sampling technique with quota sampling rules. The data collection technique in this research uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale measurement. The analysis in this research uses classical assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and partial or simultaneous hypothesis testing. The results of the research show that the digital competence and performance of the Unpad FISIP Library librarian employees are rated as very high or very qualified, while the quality of the Unpad FISIP Library's electronic services is rated as high/qualified. The results of partial hypothesis testing show that digital competence and employee performance have a positive and significant effect on the quality of electronic services. The results of simultaneous hypothesis testing show that digital competence and employee performance have a positive and significant effect on the quality of electronic services
