Abstract

This research aims to find out the problems that occur in the implementation of online learning in the midst of the covid-19 pandemic. The object of the study was a student of State High School 1 Pasuruan. Research with descriptive qualitative approach design is used in this research. It is expected that by using this approach the problems that occur on the ground can be interpreted and described very clearly and easily understood. The results of this study are known that the most widely used application in online learning is google classroom, followed by the use of google form, whattshap, and youtube applications. In its implementation the use of these various applications has obstacles including 1) difficulty in operating a laptop or mobile phone; 2) lack of internet data packets and does not have wifi network; and 3) Weak internet signal. These obstacles can be overcome with several solutions including the addition of internet quotas for students and training in the operation of online learning media that can be done with the help of local governments. The conclusion obtained from the results of this study is the importance of the role of the government in overcoming online learning obstacles in the field. In addition, the facilitation provided by the central government must also be seen its effectiveness whether it can be fulfilled or vice versa. Abstract

One of the compulsory courses of Real Work From Home in increasing community participation in universities, which is implemented by PGRI Wiranegara University as an obligation of community service and service to the community is also one of the government programs. This form of devotion is an effort to reach the wider community amid the limitations and ferocity of the covid-19 pandemic. In addition, the purpose and purpose of this devotion is done to provide knowledge and insight to high school students who will graduate and want to continue to the level of higher education. Not only that this devotion also has another goal that is to support government programs in preventing the spread of the crona virus which to this day has not disappeared. The support is manifested in the socialization of health protocols to high school students as equals. This devotion is done with an online system or commonly called the internet network so that it can meet virtually.

Abstract

Selfreward merupakan kegiatan memuaskan diri sendiri setelah melalui beberapa proses pekerjaan, menyelesaikan tugas dengan baik serta melakukan beberapa hal yang menurutnya sesuai dengan apa yang diharapkan. Kegiatan yang dimaksudkan ini berupa pembelian suatu barang yang sudah lama diinginkan ataupun dengan berkunjung ke suatu tempat gunauntuk Refreshing diri setelah penatnya pikiran yang datang bertubi-tubi. Sehingga terkadang apabila kita telusuri, banyak dari mereka yang rela mengeluarkan biaya sangat banyak guna amewujudkan keinginan tersebut, misalnya dengan membeli suatu barang yang sedang Trend masa kini, namun di sisi lain barang tersebut jauh dari apa yang mereka butuhkan. Sehingga apabila hal ini sering dilakukan dan terjadi secara berulang, pasti akan menjadi kebiasaan yang buruk.  buruk dalam hal ini adalah mereka akan cenderung menjadi manusia yang kurang bersyukur dan memungkinkan tumbuh dengan jiwa yang konsumtif. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji keabsahan dengan melalui triangulasi sumber. Triangulasi sumber Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Self reward tersebut memiliki tujuan untuk menyenangkan diri setelah seseorang tersebut telah melalui progress kerja ataupun menyelesaikan sebuah tugasnya

Abstract

Internet service providers (APJII) conducted a survey on the increase and types of internet content that are often accessed by the public in 2020 which showed as many as 61% of the Indonesian population prefers to access social media than online games and the like. Excessive use of social media results in neglect of the surrounding environment. It can even commit acts outside the boundaries such as suicide due to cyberbullying. This was also felt by students at SMK Kesehatan Sakinah Pasuruan, who were affected by the influence of social media. The purpose of this study is to describe the behavior of students of SMK Kesehatan Sakinah, the influence of social media that has an impact on the behavior of students of SMK Kesehatan Sakinah, teacher strategies in overcoming shifts in generation Z behavior in students, as well as supporting factors and obstacles for teachers in overcoming the influence of social media on changes in behavior of students of SMK Kesehatan Sakinah. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods.

Abstract

This study uses qualitative research methods using respondents who come from university teaching participants. One of the learning activity programs in the Independent Learning Independent Campus (MBKM) is the Teaching Campus Program. This program has a target of primary and secondary schools. This program can be used as a means of instilling the values ??of the Indonesian nation's character to students in teaching campus placement schools. The instilled character values ??include 18 points. In addition, this program is considered quite effective as a forum for instilling student character values ??in schools assisted by students.

Abstract

The MBKM Program Policy provides ample space for students to acquire knowledge at tertiary institutions in a flexible manner. It not only requires them to attend lectures in a classroom setting but also allows them to gain knowledge and skills based on their competencies through the developed programs. The Merdeka Campus (MBKM) was officially launched in early 2020 by the Minister of Education and Culture through several regulations. Uniwara, as a tertiary institution, has been actively involved in MBKM activities since 2020. The implementation of MBKM at Uniwara began with the formulation of policies and the issuance of regulatory decrees by the Chancellor of Uniwara. The implementation process of MBKM involves authorized academic officials, namely the Chancellor, Deputy Chancellor for Academic Affairs, the Dean, and the Head of Study Program, all aiming for the successful implementation of the MBKM policy at Uniwara. This research utilizes a qualitative method with a descriptive approach to provide a comprehensive understanding of the Implementation of the Independent Learning Campus policy of kemendikbudristek at Uniwara. In conducting the research, the authors gather various kinds of information relevant to the discussed topics
