Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui citra perempuan yang ada di dalam novel Gadis Pantai karya Pramoedya Ananta Toer. Ananta Toer membingkis novel ini sangat berlawanan dengan nilai-nilai feminisme. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yang mana metode yang digunakan dalam melakukan penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif analitik. Subjek penelitian ini adalah novel Gadis Pantai karya Pramoedya Ananta Toer. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hasil bahwa novel ini citra perempuan sangat jelas. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan teknik baca dan catat.  Kemudian, analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik deskriptif kualitatif. Ketidakberdayaan seorang Gadis Pantai yang hidup dengan penuh tekanan dari Bendoro. Di sisi lain, Gadis Pantai dianggap terpandang di kampungnya sendiri.

Abstract

The problem of waste has often been discussed in various fields, which is a complicated problem for people who are less concerned and less sensitive to environmental pollution. A clean and healthy environment is very important for welfare, especially for the people of Lembah Sari Village, West Lombok Regency. Like in many other places, the issue of environmental cleanliness is often a major concern. This is the background for the author to carry out Real Work Lecture service in one of the villages in the Batu Layar sub-district, West Lombok Regency, namely Lembah Sari Village. The method for implementing this activity program is: preparation stage, implementation stage, final stage. This community service activity in Lembah Sari Village is where the community is very happy with the provision of making rubbish bins in their village environment and it is very helpful in changing their mindset about the importance of keeping the environment clean. It is hoped that in the future this community service will continue to pay attention to maintaining environmental cleanliness, the habit of throwing rubbish away and leaving it there needs to be changed.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji Impelementasi Proyek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) Dalam Pengembangan Kreativitas Siswa di SMA Negeri 9 Bulukumba, dengan fokus pada Implementasi P5 serta faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan sumber data dari Kepala Sekolah, Wakil Kepala Sekolah Bidang Kurikulum, Guru dan Siswa. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan akhir. Keabsahan data diperiksa menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Hasil penelitian yang membahas tentang Implementasi P5 dalam pengembangan kreativitas siswa di SMA Negeri 9 Bulukumba menunjukkan bahwa. 1) Tahap perencanaan dilakukan secara terstruktur dan kolaboratif, dimulai dari pemilihan tema yang relevan hingga penyusunan modul proyek yang mencakup alur tujuan pembelajaran, strategi, dan capaian kompetensi dengan mempertimbangkan karakteristik, minat, dan potensi siswa guna merancang aktivitas yang mendorong kreativitas secara optimal. 2) Tahap pelaksanaan secara nyata mendorong pengembangan kreativitas siswa khususnya dalam kemampuan menghasilkan ide dan gagasan yang orisinal, serta tindakan nyata yang sesuai dengan tema proyek. Melalui pembelajaran berbasis proyek, siswa diberi ruang untuk berpikir mandiri, berdiskusi aktif dalam kelompok, dan mengeksplorasi solusi atas permasalahan yang mereka hadapi. 3) Monitoring dan Evaluasi tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai kontrol pelaksanaan, tetapi juga menjadi sarana reflektif yang mendukung perkembangan kreativitas siswa. Evaluasi menekankan proses, bukan hanya hasil akhir, dengan memperhatikan keterlibatan aktif, kemandirian berpikir, dan perubahan perilaku siswa selama proyek berlangsung. Pelaksanaan Proyek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) di SMA Negeri 9 Bulukumba sangat diperoleh kombinasi antara faktor internal dan eksternal, meskipun masih menghadapi kendala seperti keterbatan waktu dan tingkat partisipasi siswa. Secara keseluruhan, proyek P5 berkontribusi positif dalam mendorong kreativitas siswa melalui pembelajaran yang kontekstual dan kolaboratif.

Abstract

Social services for neglected elderly at the Harapan Ibu Social Institution for the Elderly (Panti Sosial Tresna Werdha Harapan Ibu) include decent shelter, health care and guidance, livelihood security, development of potential and skills, creative activities, and spiritual guidance. The purpose of this study is to examine: 1) the characteristics of the informants, and 2) the identification of the types of social services for neglected elderly at the Harapan Ibu Social Institution for the Elderly. The method used is qualitative research. The data sources consist of primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques include in-depth interviews with four informants, participatory observation, and documentation study. The research results were then analyzed using qualitative analysis techniques. The techniques for testing data validity include credibility, dependability, and confirmability tests. The aspects of social services examined include social security, housing, health, education, and personal social services. The findings of this study illustrate that the services provided at the Harapan Ibu Social Institution for the Elderly in Semarang City have fulfilled the aspects of social services for the elderly.Keywords : Social Services, Social Welfare, Neglected Elderly and Tresna Werdha Social Institution

Abstract

All organizations face a dynamic and changing environment. The demands of being a competitive organization mean that companies must respond more quickly to customer needs, and this can change over time. It can be said that the external environment of an organization tends to be the force that drives change. On the other hand, organizations internally feel the need for change, thus every organization will face the choice between changing or dying, suppressed by the forces of change. This research aims to determine the effect of change management on company performance, determine the effect of organizational culture on performance, to determine the effect of human resource management on company performance, and together to determine the effect of change management, organizational culture and resource management. Human Resources on Company Performance. This research uses quantitative methods and uses several theories as indicators. This research took data from the population of all PT Recapital Asset Management employees who were the object of the research, by distributing questionnaires. The results of this research show that there is an effect between management changes on company performance which can be determined by management change indicators at 18.4%, while company performance is still determined by other factors at 81.6%. Meanwhile, the strength of the relationship between the two is positive but at a low or weak level. There is an effect between organizational culture on company performance which can be determined by organizational culture indicators at 43.2%, while company performance is still determined by other factors at 56.8%, meanwhile the strength of the relationship between the two is positive but at a moderate level. There is an effect between HR management on company performance which can be determined by HR management indicators at 20.9%, while company performance is still determined by other factors at 79.1%, while the strength of the relationship between the two is positive but at a low or weak level. There is an effect between management changes, organizational culture, HR management together on company performance of 44.3%, while company performance is still determined by other factors at 55.7%. The strength of the relationship between the two is positive but at a moderate level.

Abstract

Afterward, the tourism sector contributes to environmental impact. Accelerating the tourism sector’s role to achieve net zero carbon tourism activities for a higher quality experience is indispensable. Instead, there is a change in tourism trends that focus on developing sustainable tourism and implementing low carbon tourism within sustainable development, resulting in green job opportunities that positively impact economics, socio cultural, environment, and communities. Based on several previous studies, not much research has been found on the implications of the role of green jobs in developing the tourism sector in Indonesia. Qualitative literature methods such as journals, books, study reports, statistical reports, policy and regulations, and the acquisition of data and information are analyzed using the VRIO (value, rarity, imitability, and organization) approach. This will be done by identifying the issues related to low-carbon tourism and their impact on the value creation of green jobs as an enabler to support sustainable tourism, resource capacity, and competitiveness, as well as the results of the VRIO analysis to obtain strategic implications. Indonesia's low-carbon tourism sector has four key elements that can provide a sustainable competitive advantage: environmental innovation, investment in an environmentally friendly tourism industry, human resource capacity, and green skills.

Abstract

Effective curriculum development must consider students' psychological and sociological aspects so that learning runs optimally. The psychological aspect focuses on understanding stages of cognitive development, learning theories, and motivation, as well as student-centered learning approaches. On the other hand, the sociological aspect highlights the importance of social and cultural values, socialization, and social justice and inclusion. The integration of these two aspects can be realized through strategies such as collaborative learning, differentiated learning, character education, and the use of technology. This approach not only increases academic achievement, but also shapes students' social skills and character, so that they are ready to face social challenges in life. Thus, a holistic curriculum can support the creation of a generation that is knowledgeable, has character and is responsive to the social environment.

Abstract

Digital transformation has driven significant changes in the delivery of public services. In the era of e-government, service digitalization is aimed at creating a bureaucracy that is more transparent, efficient, and responsive. One of the most complex stages in e-government is transact, namely the phase of data exchange and electronic transactions between citizens and the government. The high sensitivity of data at this stage makes security a crucial factor. This study aims to analyze electronic transaction security strategies in e-government comprehensively. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with a literature study (library research) method. The findings show that electronic transaction security in e-government is supported by the use of various technologies, including encryption, digital signatures, Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), firewalls, biometric authentication, and blockchain to ensure data confidentiality and reliability, as well as strong regulations such as the Electronic Information and Transactions Law (UU ITE) and the Personal Data Protection Law. In addition, the readiness of human resources, both from the government and the public, is also a determining factor for success, particularly in the areas of digital literacy, information security training, and a risk-aware work culture. These three aspects complement one another in building a reliable security system.
