The purpose of this study was to find out and understand (1) the process of improving scientific essay writing skills through a heutagogical approach to online learning and (2) the effectiveness of applying the heutagogical approach to improving students' scientific essay writing skills. The method used is action research. The research was conducted on students at a university in Jakarta, Indonesia. This research is participatory and collaborative and takes place in two cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. Data were collected through writing tests and observations. The writing test results were assessed using the speech writing assessment guidelines. The results showed that applying the heutagogical approach in online learning could improve students' scientific essay writing skills. The mean score on the initial test was 67.88, with only 37.2% getting a score of 75. In the first cycle, the average value increased to 74.49 with a success percentage of 60.5, and in the second cycle, the average value increased to 78.95 with a success percentage of 81.4%. From the research results, it can be concluded that the heutagogical approach can improve students' scientific writing skills.

Leksikostatistik Bahasa Indonesia dengan Bahasa Minang Dialek Bukittinggi (Kajian Linguistik Historis Komparatif) Hafizah Hafizah

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1) kekerabatan antara bahasa Indonesia dengan bahasa Minang dialek Bukittinggi dan 2) waktu pisah antara bahasa Indonesia dengan bahasa Minang dialek Bukittinggi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif menggunakan teknik leksikostatistik. Data dikumpukan dengan melakukan wawancara kepada penutur bahasa Minang dialek Bukittinggi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik leksikostasistik melalui beberapa tahap, yaitu 1) mengumpulkan 200 kosakata dasar yang disusun Morris Swadesh, 2) menetapkan pasangan kata-kata yang berkerabat (cognate), 3) menghitung usia dan waktu pisah kedua bahasa, dan 4) menghitung jangka kesalahan untuk menetapkan persentase kekerabatan baru. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diperoleh 164 kata yang berkerabat, 43 kata tidak berkerabat, dan 2 kata ditolak dengan persentase kekerabatan 82,8%. Bahasa Minang dialek Bukittinggi dengan bahasa Indonesia berpisah 448 tahun yang lalu atau sekitar tahun 1570 M. Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa bahasa Minang berada pada tingkatan kekerabatan bahasa sebesar 82,8%. Kata Kunci: kekerabatan bahasa, leksikostatistik, bahasa Minang

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of smartphone product quality on purchasing decisions during the Covid 19 pandemic. This study is a quantitative study using a questionnaire method. The population used in this study is the people in South Bekasi. The sampling technique used in this study was incidental sampling. In this research the dependent variable (dependent) Purchase Decision (Y), while the independent variable (independent) is Product Quality (X1). The results of the validity test used on product quality and purchase, decisions are valid, while the results of the reliability test in this study show that they are reliable. The result of this research is that the quality of Xiaomi Smartphone products has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions during the COVID-19 pandemic. Keywords: Product Quality, Purchase Decision, Smartphone Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk Smartphone terhadap keputusan pembelian di masa pandemic Covid 19. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode kuesioner. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat yang ada di Bekasi Selatan. Teknik sampling yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah sampling insidential. Dalam peneletian ini variabel terikat (dependen) Keputusan Pembelian (Y), sedangkan variabel bebas (independen) adalah Kualitas Produk (X1). Untuk hasil uji validitas yang digunakan pada kualitas produk dan keputusan pembelian adalah valid, sedangkan hasil uji realibitas pada penelitian ini menunjukkan reliable. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah kualitas produk Smartphone Xiaomi berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian di masa pandemic Covid 19. Kata Kunci: Kualitas Produk, Keputusan Pembelian, dan Smartphone

This study aims to determine the didactic value and cultural value of the expression of prohibition used by the Minangkabau community in Nagari Biaro Gadang, Agam Regency, West Sumatra. This research method used descriptive qualitative method and was carried out in three stages, such as data collection, data classification, and data analysis stages. The data was collected by observing, interviewing, recording, and taking notes on the utterances conveyed by the informants. Classification of data was done by collecting forbidden expressions. Prohibition expressions are analyzed by using a hermeneutic approach to find out the meaning of the existing prohibition expressions. Analyzing data by transcribing the results of interviews, translating into Indonesian, grouping prohibition expressions based on didactic values consisting of religious education values, moral education values, and social education values and cultural values in forbidden expressions. The result of the research shows didactic values, which consist of religious education, moral education, and social education. In addition, in the expression of the prohibition of the Minangkabau people of Nagari Biaro Gadang, cultural values are also found. The conclusion of this research is that each prohibition expression had its own didactic and cultural values.Keywords: Prohibition Phrases, Didactic and Cultural Values, Minangkabau Cultures.

Kemajuan teknologi informasi seperti sekarang ini memberi kemudahan kepada setiap orang untuk saling berbagi informasi melalui sosial media termasuk Podcast Youtube. Namun, fenomena tersebut bukan tanpa masalah karena banyak informasi yang disebarkan mengandung kata-kata kasar diujarkan dengan berbagai gaya sehingga menimbulkan berbagai macam interpretasi di masyarakat baik hanya sekedar stilistika atau sudah termasuk ujaran kebencian. Penelitian linguistik forensik ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bahasa kasar Rocky Gerung yang diungkapkan dengan cara diralat dalam Podcastnya. Dua ahli bahasa dan dua ahli hukum diwawancarai untuk mendapatkan interpretasi dari ujaran bahasa kasar tersebut. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa menurut ahli hukum bahasa kasar yang diujarkan untuk pihak lain pada sosial media memiliki potensi masuk kedalam ujaran kebencian daripada hanya sekedar stilistika karena dapat merendahkan atau menghina pihak tertentu. Hal senada diungkapkan oleh ahli bahasa bahwa perlukusi dari ujaran tersebut memiliki tendensi untuk menyerang pihak lain daripada hanya gaya ujaran. Namun, keempat ahli tersebut sepakat bahwa untuk membuktikan lebih lanjut bahasa kasar yang telah diralat tersebut termasuk stilistika atau ujaran kebencian, maka harus dibuktikan di pengadilan.

Students' basic movements begins to develop in the elementary school phase, which must be developed to support the learning of physical education. This dedication discusses several approaches that teachers can use to teach basic movement skills to their students, as well as long-term benefits. Action research methods can be done in a community of sports teachers who will form collaboration with other teachers to find problems and find solutions. Thus, through such methods, participants can receive and implement learning management in support of the identification of sustainable student talents. The results of dedication are: 1) The range of activities carried out, 2) Continuous support, 3) Evaluation and Feedback, 4) Use of Help Tools, 5) Programme Action to Solve Problems. Identifying challenges in the accompaniment process, the leader and the dedication team will identify problems or obstacles encountered by participants in learning basic movement skills. Once the identification is obtained the problem will be formulated in the form of learning reflection for the next meeting. The community service activities, in the implementation of the activities, use playing learning methods and use the learning media that have been modified to have a positive effect on physical, cognitive, and social development. Games and media modified can motivate and attract the interest of children to be willing to train their activity and muscle development, reduce saturation, and improve the child's skills in a fun way.

Perkembangan teknologi informasi website khususnya teknologi internet, banyak sekali potensi dan juga sumber daya yang dapat dimanfaatkan. Saat ini, pentingnya website bagi sekolah tidak hanya sekedar sebagai fasilitas untuk dunia pendidikan dan mendapatkan informasi terbaru terkait pendidikan terutama di negara Indonesia. Namun juga bisa memberi kesan baik dan juga profesionalisme untuk sekolah tersebut. Disamping itu, pentingnya sebuah website untuk pendidikan adalah agar memudahkan siswa dalam proses belajar, berkreasi, mengakses nilai, mengerjakan tugas dan lain sebagainya sebagai bentuk menumbuhkembangkan pendidikan karakter dan juga pengenalan teknologi informasi pada anak didik semenjak dini. SMK Galajuara merupakan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Swasta terletak di Kota Bekasi yang menjadi mitra dalam program pengabdian masyarakat ini. Pelatihan pembuatan website ini dilakukan secara daring diikuti oleh 30 orang siswa dan telah terlaksana dengan baik dan lancar.

The development of technological progress is currently very rapid because most human activities cannot be separated from information technology. Especially during the current Covid-19 pandemic, almost all community activities have shifted from offline to online, forcing people to be technology literate, one of which is the website. The increasing number of people's needs for information systems, and database processing, causing the creation of websites is increasingly needed. Therefore, the Faculty of Computer Science, University of Bhayangkara Jabodetabek supports SMK Global Persada Mandiri Bekasi to provide training to its students to increase competitiveness in the community and students are expected to have expertise in making website designs so that they can generate income by creating websites.
