Abstract

Abstract: Overview Of Health Service Coverage For Residents With Hypertension According To Standards At Taman Sari Community Health Center In 2025. Background: Hypertension is a serious health problem because of its high prevalence, its often asymptomatic nature, and its potential to cause various complications. Hypertension is one of the most frequently diagnosed diseases in public health services. This condition indicates the need to strengthen control efforts, education, and standard health services for patients with hypertension. Objective: To describe the coverage of standard health services for people with hypertension at Taman Sari Primary Health Center in 2025. Method: This study used a descriptive observational method with a cross-sectional design based on secondary data from 2024–2025. The study was conducted at Taman Sari Primary Health Center from March 11 to March 16, 2026. Results: The coverage of standard health services for people with hypertension at the Taman Sari District level in 2025 reached 10,758 services out of a target of 10,700, or 100.54%, indicating that the district target was achieved overall. However, disparities among urban villages remained. Four urban villages did not meet the target: Krukut (43.16%), Maphar (48.54%), Taman Sari (55.92%), and Keagungan (55.39%). Compared with 2024, the overall district coverage slightly decreased from 101.65% to 100.54%. Factors affecting this condition included limited patient knowledge, a health education system that was still limited, and ineffective recording media. Conclusion: Overall, the target coverage of hypertension services in Taman Sari District was achieved in 2024 and 2025, but equitable distribution of services across sub-districts remains suboptimal. Improvements can be made through the "SEHATI TAMAN SARI" program, monitoring and evaluation of hypertension outcomes through cross-sectoral engagement, and the provision of hypertension control books to support ongoing patient monitoring.

Abstract

Hypertension in pregnancy is one of the leading causes of maternal and neonatal morbidity and mortality. In the working area of Grogol Petamburan Public Health Center, the incidence of hypertension among pregnant women continues to rise annually, contributing to a high rate of pregnancy complications. This study aims to reduce complications associated with hypertension in pregnancy through the SI-PERI MALAM innovation using the 5 PERI CETAR SEHATI strategy, which integrates early detection, health education, family support, non-pharmacological therapy, and guided physical activity. This descriptive observational study applied a pre–post test design without a control group involving 12 hypertensive pregnant women. The 14-day intervention was carried out through five stages: Si-Peri Gece (blood pressure monitoring), Si-Peri Pintar (education via digital pocketbook and maternal classes), Si-Peri Siaga (family support), Si-Peri Sehat (daily cucumber juice consumption), and Si-Peri Aktif (prenatal yoga). The results showed a significant decrease in blood pressure among all participants, improved maternal knowledge, and a reduction in both maternal and neonatal complications. This program proved effective in improving the health status of hypertensive pregnant women through a holistic approach and holds potential as a national model for managing hypertension during pregnancy.

Abstract

Background: Low Birth Weight (LBW) (2,500 grams) is a primary contributor to neonatal mortality. In 2025, Cengkareng Primary Health Center recorded 52 LBW cases out of 12,527 live births. Methods: This descriptive observational study utilized a retrospective approach analyzing secondary LBW data at Cengkareng Health Center in 2025. Risk factors were examined using a fishbone diagram, followed by priority problem selection via the Urgency, Seriousness, Growth (USG) method, and intervention planning using Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling (POAC) framework. Results: Fishbone analysis revealed multifactorial determinants: low maternal nutritional knowledge, chronic energy deficiency, anemia, poor iron supplement compliance, irregular Antenatal Care (ANC) visits, inaccurate weighing scales, and lack of family support. USG prioritization identified inadequate nutritional intake, non-routine ANC visits, and micronutrient deficiencies as the primary issues. Recommended POAC interventions include enhanced health education, Pregnant Women’s Classes, Husband Classes, P4K empowerment, and digital monitoring via the "SIGAP BUNDA" WhatsApp group. Conclusion: Mitigating LBW requires a comprehensive approach integrating maternal nutrition education, strict ANC compliance, digital health monitoring, and strong family involvement supported by healthcare providers.

Abstract

Background: Stunting is a chronic growth and development disorder caused by long-term nutritional deficiencies, affecting children's cognitive and physical health. As a primary healthcare facility, the Palmerah District Health Center plays a strategic role in monitoring the nutritional status of toddlers through the nutrition polyclinic and the SKDN reporting system. Objective: To describe the prevalence of stunting based on age, gender, and trends in the working area of the Palmerah District Health Center from January 2024 to January 2026. Method: This study used a descriptive method with an observational approach based on secondary data from the Palmerah District Health Center from 2024 to January 2026. Results: All recorded toddlers were categorized as stunted, with cases increasing from 194 in 2024 to 228 in 2025, and slightly decreasing to 221 in 2026. The highest cases were found in the 1–4 years age group and were more dominant in males. Conclusion: The incidence of stunting remains high and is influenced by multifactorial causes such as inadequate nutritional intake, infections, and socioeconomic conditions; therefore, comprehensive and sustainable interventions are needed
