Abstract

This research was conducted at “X” Hospital Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on employee turnover intention of the medical department of “X” Hospital Pekanbaru, either partially or simultaneously. The population in this study were employees of the medical section of “X” Hospital Pekanbaru as many as 108 employees and the sample used in this study amounted to 85 people. The method of determining the sample in this study used the method of proportionate stratified random sampling. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis method and quantitative analysis method. The results showed that job satisfaction partially affected the employee turnover intention of the medical department of “X” Hospital Pekanbaru. Organizational commitment partially affects the turnover intention of employees in the medical department of “X” Hospital Pekanbaru. Simultaneously, job satisfaction and organizational commitment have an influence on employee turnover intention in the medical department of “X” Hospital Pekanbaru, while the magnitude of the effect is 67.7%, while the rest (32.3%) is influenced by other variables not examined in this study

Abstract

This research was conducted at the “X” Hospital Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of burnout and workload on the performance of inpatient nurses at the “X” Hospital Pekanbaru, either partially or simultaneously. The population in this study were all Inpatient Nurses at the “X” Hospital, totaling 88 nurses and the sample used in this study was 88 people. The method of determining the sample in this study uses a saturated sampling method (census). The data used are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis method and quantitative analysis method. The results showed that partially burnout had an effect on the performance of inpatient nurses at the “X” Hospital Pekanbaru. Workload partially affects the performance of  inpatient nurses at the “X” Hospital Pekanbaru. Simultaneously burnout and workload have an influence on the performance of inpatient nurses at the “X” Hospital Pekanbaru, while the magnitude of the effect is 61.9%, while the rest (38.1%) is influenced by other variables not examined in this study

Abstract

This community service aims to improve public speaking skills for mosque youth in the Tuahmadani Village, Tuah Madani District, Pekanbaru City. Public speaking is an important skill for teenagers, because it can help them convey ideas, communicate effectively, and build self-confidence. The method used in this service is an intensive training approach. The service team will work with mosque administrators and young people to organize a series of public speaking trainings. The training materials will cover public speaking techniques, managing anxiety when speaking in front of a crowd, using the right body language, and how to compose and deliver a persuasive speech. The expected result of this service is an increase in public speaking skills for mosque youth in the Tuahmadani Village. With these skills, it is hoped that youth will be able to speak more confidently and effectively, and be able to convey positive messages to their peers and the surrounding community..
