Abstract

Education represent process humanize human being which is plan and is continual. In Islam, education become system sub owning separate urgency in supporting intelectuality dimension and of spiritualitas Islam people. But reality that happened these days, frequently show education face which do not in line with principle of humanization. Education system which have there is and establish during the time can be pledged by as a "bank" (educational of concept banking) where student given by science to be thereof is later expected by an multiple result. Become protege is invesment obyek and source of deposit potential, teacher become active subyek, protege is malleable passive obyek. As strategic step, education world have to reconstruct idea of education. One of them is Paulo Freire which intensively keen criticism to education reality, Freire is famous figure with critical education concept of him, he tread on at principle of humanization the which critical approach represent step early in developing critical natural existence in education as reference think objective and offer one of the method alternative and strategy conception study. By tread on at critical education paradigm, education expected can awaken critical natural existence, creative ability, freedom in apresiation, and critical awareness of educative participant. For that, pattern of paedagogi becoming especial patron used in course of learning to teach at education system during the time have to change with pattern education of more opening andragogi of opportunity to educative participant to participate actively is, critical, and creative in course of learning to teach. Relate at concept education of Islam, basically education of Islam very is emphasizing of liberation and humanization as education orientation, and also place educative participant and educator both of the same as subjek in course of learning to teach. Because, Paradigm education of Islam base entire/all idea, target of, and education process at basis for sturdy belief in God and spiritualitas to Allah and of Rasul-Nya. Or equally education of Islam all vertical aspect (and spiritualitas) of horizontal (sosial) as education orientation. And one of the critical education idea that is creating situation learn democratic, and also create the condition of participant of education shall no longger embrace absolute understanding, normative, which is very kill to educative participant natural existence energy.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to understand the Strategy Analysis and the Key to the Success of Islamic Education Institutions. This study discusses various types of strategy analysis that can be done in Islamic Education Institutions so that they become competitive, quality and successful Educational Institutions. The method used to achieve the objectives of writing is literature study and discussion with friends. Data was obtained from the results of the search and literature review of the strategies and keys to the success of Islamic Education Institutions. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded: (1) Definition of Strategy Analysis, namely careful action planning in achieving and evaluating the desired goals and common goals. (2) Strategy Analysis that can be done in Islamic Education Institutions, namely by way of External Environmental Analysis (ALE) and by analysis of Internal Environment (ALI). (3)One of the Strategic Analysis Models in Islamic Education Institutions is a SWOT analysis model, TOWS analysis or Ballance Scored Card.(4) For the success of Islamic education institutions it should be pursued by several layered strategies, from internal business, as well as external ones.

Abstract

Islamic Boarding School is an Islamic institution which has the advantage both from the aspect scientific tradition or transmission side and intensity of Muslims. The swift currents of globalization push present of ideas modernization for the challenges needs of social transformation. However, not a little worrying ideas can affect identity and function of the principal. The modernisation of Boarding Schools involves three aspects; curriculum; learning model; and institutional structures. From the three models, refer to the intent and purpose of which is to maintain the balance of theoretical aspects and scientific aspects (practice), but it also meets stock to the students both temporal and hereafter in all fields, so that the students can have the achievements of science in the science of religion and also general science.

Abstract

Leader merupakan salah satu intisari, sumber daya pokok dan titik sentral dari setiap aktivitas yang terjadi dalam suatu organisasi ataupun perusahaan. Kreativitas dan dinamikanya seorang leader dalam menjalankan wewenangnya akan sangat menentukan apakah tujuan organisasi atau perusahaan tersebut dapat tercapai atau tidak. Hal yang perlu di tekankan adalah bahwa tidak selamanya manajer buruk dan leader adalah baik. Metode penelitiannya adalah studi kepustakaan (Library Research) yaitu studi kepustakaan. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam kajian ini adalah metode dokumentasi. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan content analysis adalah metodologi penelitian dari sebuah dokumen. Kajian isi adalah teknik penelitian yang dimanfaatkan untuk menarik kesimpulan yang replikatif dan sahih dari data atas dasar konteksnya. Hasil Penelitiannya adalah Kepemimpinan didefinisikan secara luas sebagai proses mempengaruhi, yang mempengaruhi interpretasi mengenai peristiwa-peristiwa para pengikut, pilihan dari sasaran-sasaran bagi kelompok atau organisasi, pengorganisasian dari aktivitas-aktivitas tersebut, motivasi dari para pengikut, untuk mencapai sasaran, pemeliharaan hubungan kerja sama dan teamwork serta perolehan dukungan dan kerjasama dari orang-orang yang berada di luar kelompok atau organisasi. Gaya kepemimpinan merupakan hasil interaksi antara pemimpin dan orang-orang yang dipimpinnya dalam berbagai keadaan yang mempengaruhinya. Gaya kepemimpinan yang menggambarkan perilaku dalam interaksi tersebut, bila dihimpun berdasarkan kesamaannya yang dominan, akan menghasilkan berbagai tipe kepemimpinan yang tetap terlihat meskipun kondisi yang mempengaruhinya berubah-ubah, karena bersifat insedental. Adapun gaya kepemimpinan yang pokok atau dapat juga disebut ekstrem ada tiga macam yaitu: 1) Kepemimpinan yang otokrasi . Tipe ini menempatkan atau menunjukkan kekuasaan pada satu orang. 2) Kepemimpinan Demokratis. Kepemimpinan gaya ini lebih berorientasi pada manusia dan memberikan bimbingan yang efisien pada bawahan. 3) Kepemimpinan Laissez Faire (bebas). Pada gaya kepemimpinan ini pemimpin tidak memimpin, dia hanya membiarkan kelompoknya berbuat semaunya sendiri.

Abstract

Lingkungan Lembaga Pendidikan Islam (LPI) adalah seluruh elemen yang terdapat di luar organisasi yang mempunyai potensi untuk mempengaruhi LPI. Lingkungan menjadi bagian tak terpisahkan dari LPI, yang keberadaannya akan turut memiliki andil besar bagi keberlangsungan hidup LPI tersebut. Dengan demikian, sebuah LPI, sebagai sub bagian tak terpisahkan dari kehidupan sosial bermasyarakat, berbangsa dan bernegara, mutlak memiliki kesadaran akan lingkungannya. Mereka harus menyadari dan mampu menganalisis factor faktor di sekitarnya yang dapat ikut membantu atau sebaliknya menghambat keberlangsungan hidupnya. Jenis lingkungan yang perlu dianalisis LPI ada dua: internal dan eksternal.Internal environtment dibentuk oleh seluruh kelompok internal sekolah, seperti tim manajemen puncak (kepala sekolah dan ketua yayasan), manajemen tingkat menengah (seperti kepala bidang, staf pengajar, staf administrasi seperti sekretaris, staf domestik seperti bagian pelayanan, dapur serta cleaning service), dan peserta didik. Lingkungan eksternal terdiri dari lingkungan mikro dan lingkungan makro. Lingkungan mikro (micro environtment) akan terdiri dari individu individu atau organisasi organisasi yang memiliki dampak potensial langsung terhadap sekolah, yaitu: kompetitor, pelanggan, suplier, intermediaris dan publik lainnya. Sedangkan lingkungan makro ( macro environtment) terdiri atas sejumlah kekuatan yang memiliki dampak tidak hanya pada sekolah, tetapi juga seluruh factor faktor yang berada di dalam lingkungan mikro, meliputi: demografi, ekonomi, politik, hukum, sosio-kultural, ekologi dan teknologi.

Abstract

Islamic education ideology is a systemic concept based on the Koran, al-Hadith, and ijtihad which aims for the happiness of human life in this world and the hereafter. The curriculum includes material from religious studies (aqidah, syari’ah, and morals) as well as general subjects such as mathematics. The methods used are classical and modern methods. Meanwhile, conservative educational ideology places more emphasis on conventional teachings which assume that everything humans do is God's will. The curriculum places more emphasis on moral aspects and the methods used also tend to be conventional, such as lectures. This is different from the ideology of liberal education which prioritizes individual freedom to develop educational concepts. The curriculum places more emphasis on practical matters and the teaching methods are free to suit individual wishes

Abstract

Single parent family in increasing children’s achievement in the village of Jemparing in Pakel village, subdistrict bareng together with various ways, namely by giving raise and encouging the child to be enthusiastic in learning and also need guidance, facilities and motivation so that the child is more happy or active in learning. Mentoring when children learn provide the right to rest, rights in health services and child protection rights. The role of single parent families in increasing children’s academic and non academic achievement is also a variety of ways to do that is by providing guidance with advice, praise, motivation, and gifts if the child gets achievements, accompanying when they are studying, and giving facilities which are needed by the children.

Abstract

Indonesia is entering the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 which requires its people to be more creative, skilled, and able to solve problems in everyday life. Therefore, it is very necessary for Human Resources who have the ability in the realm of atttudes, knowledge and skills. One of the efforts made through education is the development of reading literacy to became literat citizens, development is carried out on the educational curriculum and starting from elementary school level. The purpose of this study was to describe the development in reading literacy in the core competencies of attitudes, to describe the development of reading literacy in the core cognitive competencies and to describe the development in reading literacy in the core psychomotor competencies. the research method uses qualitative research approach with data collection methods in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. Sources of data used are primary data sources obtained directly from the field or research location, and secondary data sources that support and strengthen research results. Analysis technique with reduction of data collected according t the aspect of the problem so that it becomes data that is ready to be presented and verified and write conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the development of reading literacy can change attitudes in students, foster curiosity so that they are motivated to read in order to gain knowledge and be more creative in their work by following the development of science and technology in this era.

Abstract

Internalization of Islamic religious values through madrasah religious culture to learners aims so that students are knowledgeable, can imagine and apply according to Islamic teachings, so that it becomes a good personality later, Islamic values that include aqidah, shari’ah and morals. Madrasah religious culture is the way or mindest of behaving all members of the madrassa based on the values of Islamic religious values. Madrasah religious culture plays a very important role, namely internalizing the value of Islamic religious values of learners in developing the religious culture of mdrasah ibtidaiyah negeri (MIN) 4 Jombang. The concept of internalization of Islamic values in madrasah ibtidaiyah negeri 4 Jombang can create an alternative solutions to the internalization of Islamic values, in the form of madrasah religious culture. Contrasting Islamic values (ta’aruf, tolerance, please help, tasamuh, tawazun, family nature) and discipline in the form of outlook on life, behavior, attitude through uswatun hasanah or tauladan in religious culture in accordance with the vision and mission of madrasah ibtidaiyah negeri 4 Jombang. Internalization of Islamic values through the container of madrasah religious culture with the policy of madrasah leadership as a supportive factor and other supporters such as: places of worship, vast madrassa courtyards, loudspeakers.
