The purpose of this paper is to describe the background of the birth of transformational leadership, its development and its implementation in the Islamic education institution. Discussing the research conducted by several people to look for a new paradigm of ideal leadership behavior after feeling some of the unsatisfactory leadership behaviors. The new paradigm is transformational leadership. The method used to achieve the objectives of writing is literature study. General conclusions show that transformational leadership behavior arises and is recognized as the most ideal leadership theory to date,when compared to the transactional leadership theory and situational leadership that existed before. Transformational leadership includes 4 i, namely Idealized Influence, Inspirational Motivation, Intellectual Stimulation, Individual Consideration.

The purpose of this study is to understand the Strategy Analysis and the Key to the Success of Islamic Education Institutions. This study discusses various types of strategy analysis that can be done in Islamic Education Institutions so that they become competitive, quality and successful Educational Institutions. The method used to achieve the objectives of writing is literature study and discussion with friends. Data was obtained from the results of the search and literature review of the strategies and keys to the success of Islamic Education Institutions. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded: (1) Definition of Strategy Analysis, namely careful action planning in achieving and evaluating the desired goals and common goals. (2) Strategy Analysis that can be done in Islamic Education Institutions, namely by way of External Environmental Analysis (ALE) and by analysis of Internal Environment (ALI). (3)One of the Strategic Analysis Models in Islamic Education Institutions is a SWOT analysis model, TOWS analysis or Ballance Scored Card.(4) For the success of Islamic education institutions it should be pursued by several layered strategies, from internal business, as well as external ones.

Pendidikan pranatal adalah pendidikan yang diberikan anak sebelum lahir atau sejak dalam kandungan sampai anak tersebut lahir. Jadi, apapun yang dilakukan oleh orang tua, itulah pendidikan yang diberikan pada anak dalam kandungan. Maka pendidikan pranatal merupakan usaha sadar yang dilakukan oleh orang dewasa (sebagai pendidik) dalam upaya mengembangkan potensi yang dimiliki oleh setiap manusia agar dapat berkembang secara maksimal sesuai dengan tujuan pendidikan, yang dimulai sejak masih dalam kandungan ibu (pranatal). Proses pendidikan anak pranatal melibatkan ibu sebagai orang yang mengandung anak tersebut dan keluarga sebagai pusat pendidikan pertama, tempat berinteraksi dan memperoleh kehidupan emosional, sehingga membuat keluarga mempunyai pengaruh yang dalam terhadap implementasi pendidikan anak pranatal. Keluarga merupakan lingkungan alami yang memberi perlindungan dan keamanan. Keluarga juga merupakan lingkungan pendidikan yang urgen, tempat memulai hubungan dengan dunia sekitar serta membentuk pengalaman-pengalaman yang membantu untuk berinteraksi dengan lingkungan fisik dan sosial. Dalam proses pendidikan anak pranatal, seorang ibu dituntut untuk dapat mendidik anak yang dikandungnya dan keluarga dituntut sebagai motivator atau pendukung yang baik. Peranan keluarga dalam pendidikan anak pranatal sangat ditentukan oleh dukungan sosial yang diberikan keluarga terhadapnya. Idealnya ibu hamil dapat mengimplementasikan pendidikan anak pranatal tanpa hambatan dengan dukungan sosial yang diberikan keluarga kepadanya, namun pada kenyataannya yang mana berdasarkan hasil pra observasi masih ada sebagian keluarga yang tidak memberikan dukungan sosialnya terhadap ibu hamil yang mengimplementasikan pendidikan anak yang dikandungnya, hal tersebut menjadikan sikap ibu terhadap anak yang dikandungnya menjadi berbeda sehingga mempengaruhi proses implementasi pendidikan anak pranatal.

Single parent family in increasing children’s achievement in the village of Jemparing in Pakel village, subdistrict bareng together with various ways, namely by giving raise and encouging the child to be enthusiastic in learning and also need guidance, facilities and motivation so that the child is more happy or active in learning. Mentoring when children learn provide the right to rest, rights in health services and child protection rights. The role of single parent families in increasing children’s academic and non academic achievement is also a variety of ways to do that is by providing guidance with advice, praise, motivation, and gifts if the child gets achievements, accompanying when they are studying, and giving facilities which are needed by the children.

Pondok Pesantren Attahdzib as one of the Islamic educational institutions seeks to open up global discourse that occurs in the community around Islamic boarding schools and the general public and various problems that arise among students after leaving the pesantren, such as the lack of creativity of students after graduation in the sense that students do not know what to do. This is done, so that it can be said that students are less capable in solving their life problems, for that the Attahdzib Islamic Boarding School integrates its education pattern through various levels and majors in formal schools and those outside formal schools, as well as various exercises and patterns of habituation to living independently attached to them. in the daily life of the students which leads to the provision of enterprenuers. Especially in businesses in the field of fisheries such as learning the hatchery period and then ready to stock up on large ponds. Even the Attahdzib Islamic Boarding School has several pond units ranging from hatcheries to enlargements as a vehicle for learning skills, besides that it is the only Islamic boarding school for the first time in East Java that is successful and successful in hatching pomfret so that it can encourage the enthusiasm of students to participate in the world. enterprenuership (enterprenuer). Through this activity, the enterprenuerial interest of the santri is raised, and then directed towards the development of the management of economic enterprises when the santri return to the community. With the aim of output not only mastering the field of religion or the hereafter, but how the output can also survive the life with the various skills it has.

Internalization of Islamic religious values through madrasah religious culture to learners aims so that students are knowledgeable, can imagine and apply according to Islamic teachings, so that it becomes a good personality later, Islamic values that include aqidah, shari’ah and morals. Madrasah religious culture is the way or mindest of behaving all members of the madrassa based on the values of Islamic religious values. Madrasah religious culture plays a very important role, namely internalizing the value of Islamic religious values of learners in developing the religious culture of mdrasah ibtidaiyah negeri (MIN) 4 Jombang. The concept of internalization of Islamic values in madrasah ibtidaiyah negeri 4 Jombang can create an alternative solutions to the internalization of Islamic values, in the form of madrasah religious culture. Contrasting Islamic values (ta’aruf, tolerance, please help, tasamuh, tawazun, family nature) and discipline in the form of outlook on life, behavior, attitude through uswatun hasanah or tauladan in religious culture in accordance with the vision and mission of madrasah ibtidaiyah negeri 4 Jombang. Internalization of Islamic values through the container of madrasah religious culture with the policy of madrasah leadership as a supportive factor and other supporters such as: places of worship, vast madrassa courtyards, loudspeakers.

Strategi pemasaran yang tepat akan memberikan arah yang jelas bagi perencanaan produk dan pemasaran produk pada umumnya. Dalam situasi di mana konsumen menghadapi banyak pilihan, maka kesuksesan pemasaran produk akan banyak ditentukan oleh kesesuaian produk dengan kebutuhan konsumen pada segmen tertentu. Dengan strategi pemasaran yang tepat, maka akan dapat menciptakan kesesuaian produk dengan kebutuhan konsumen pada segmen yang dituju. Penelitian ini membahas tentang Segmentasi, Targeting, Positioning, Lembaga Pendidikan Islam dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pendidikannya dalam bidang akademik dengan pengembangan brand “Madrasah para Juara” Segmentasi pasar merupakan hal pertama yang harus dilakukan oleh madrasah untuk mencapai hasil pemasaran yang optimal, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan positioning. Posisi atau gambar yang dibentuk oleh madrasah memiliki peran dominan dalam mempengaruhi sikap publik terhadap madrasah.

Abstract: This research examines the implementation of the pesantren-based curriculum at MIN 4 Jombang. The purpose of this study was to describe the implementation, evaluation, supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of the pesantren-based curriculum at MIN 4 Jombang. The application of the pesantren curriculum at MIN 4 Jombang is carried out using the SMART curriculum which is applied with habits that are carried out every day. This study uses a qualitative approach, while the type of research is a case study, as well as data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation which the researchers will later describe in the data analysis including data reduction, data display and drawing conclusions. the research uses several validity checking techniques that researchers examine, including: transferability, confirmability, depandability and confirmability. Research results include: 1). Implementation of a well-structured and effective pesantren-based curriculum using the SMART curriculum which is applied with daily habits. 2). The evaluation is carried out at MIN 4 Jombang by conducting written or oral tests every semester. 3). Factors supporting the implementation of the pesantren-based curriculum include the environment, parental support, the attitude of the teacher who cares. Inhibiting factors include lack of facilities and infrastructure, students with different abilities, lack of support from parents.

This research examines the implementation of ability grouping learning in developing student achievement both in terms of increasing academic and non-academic achievement at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Darussalam Ngoro Jombang. This research uses a qualitative approach, while the type of research is a case study, as well as data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation which the researcher will later explain in data analysis including data reduction, data display and drawing conclusions. The research used several validity checking techniques that the researchers examined, including: Credibility, transferability, confirmability and anteriority. The results of research related to ability grouping include: 1) the planning for ability grouping at MI Darussalan is based on previous teaching staff and the initiative of the madrasa head to develop student achievement by means of ability grouping; 2) the stage of implementing ability grouping at MI Darussalam Badang, namely that each class is divided into 2 groups, namely the superior Ar-Rahman class and the regular Ar-Rahim class. For superior classes there are various kinds of superior programs, and for Ar-Rahim classes it is focused on learning material; 3) the positive impact of ability grouping is that student achievement increases, and the negative impact is that there are still students who feel differentiated from superior classes; 4) The ability grouping evaluation is carried out every semester and at the beginning of the year before the start of the new school year.

Pesantren merupakan lembaga pendidikan Islam yang memiliki keunggulan baik dari aspek tradisi keilmuannya maupun sisi transmisi dan intensitas umat Islam. Derasnya arus globalisasi telah mengancam eksistensi, pesantren sehingga muncul gagasan modernisasi dilingkungan pesantren demi menjawab tantangan kebutuhan transformasi sosial. Akan tetapi banyak kalangan mengkhawatirkan tentang gagasan modernisasi pesantren yang berorientasi kekinian dapat mempengaruhi idenitas dan fungsi pokok pesantren.Adaptasi Sistem Pendidikan Pesantren Dalam Era Modernisasi pesantren yang masih perkembang yang dalam hal ini podok pesantren menerapkan metode atau sistem pendidikan yang baru agar sesuai dengan mata pelajaran dan menyesuaikan metode dengan kemampuan peserta didik, walaupun pesantren mengambil metode atau sistem pembelajaran yang baru, pondok pesantren tidak mudah dengan membuang budaya atau sitem metode pembelajaran yang lama seperti wetonan, bandongan dan lain sebagainya, pondok pesantren tetap mengambil metode yang lama yang masih digunakan dan baik untuk peserta didik, dan mengambil sistem atau metode yang baru yang baik yang juga sesuai dengan keadaan peserta didik dan sesuai dengan tempat, kondisi, sarana, dan fasilitas yang ada dipondok pesantren. Dari sinilah pondok pesantren dapat merelevansikan atau dapat menyesuaikan dengan kondisi dipesanteren. Sistem Pendidikan pondok pesantren menggunakan sistem konvensional dan madrasah di Pondok Pesantern Jawa pada umumnya, seluruh materi pembelajaran atau pengajaran menggunakan kitab kuning atau klasik (al-kutub al-qadimah) ala ahl al-Sunnah wa al-Jama’ah dan juga didalamnya terdapat metode atau sistem baru yang disesuaikan dengan kondisi dan peserta didik dengan cara menyesuaikanya. Dan dapat disimpulkan bahwasanya di dalam pesantren pondok pesanteren ada beberapa gabungan sistem metode tradisional yang masih dipergunakan dan juga memakai sistem pembelajaran baru seperti metode tanya jawab dengan pengajaran pendidik menggunakan Viwer. Dampak era modernisasi terhadap pendidikan pondok pesantren adalah Seperti halnya yang sudah peneliti paparkan diatas bahwasanya semua hal yang baik atau buruknya ada dampak positf dan negatifnya seperti sistem yang digunakan dalam pondok pesantren diatas, dapat dikatakan bahwa pondok pesantren telah menyesuaikan sitem metode pengajaranya sesuai dengan kemampuan peserta didik, dan semua kondisi fisik atau non fisik dipondok pesantren tersebut.
