Abstract

This research tries to analyze about effect of competition and incentive on employee performance. The object of research at PT. Pundi Masberjaya. The population in this study were employees of PT. Pundi Masberjaya, totaling 51 people. The sampling method of this study used saturated sampling. So, the sample in this study was 51 people. The method of data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression using partial test (t). The results show that competition and incentive have positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Pundi Masberjaya.

Abstract

Taxes play an important role in the life of the state, especially in the implementation of development because the revenue in the tax sector can finance the development expenditure of a country. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of gross domestic product and interest rate on tax revenue in Indonesia. In this study, data from 1990 to 2020 were used which were obtained from various sources. This study uses a multiple linear regression model with the least squares method with the Eviews 7 application. The results show that gross domestic product has significant effect on tax revenue in Indonesia. Interest rate has significant effect on tax revenue in Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk menguji pengaruh Hubungan Kerja dan Beban Kerja Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Pegawai pada Badan Pertanahan Nasional (BPN) Kota Cilegon. Metode yang digunakan adalah Metode Kuantitatif berjenis Deskriptif dan Asosiatif. Populasi sebanyak 90 pegawai dan sampel sebanyak 90 pegawai. Sampel yang digunakan teknik sampel jenuh (tidak sampai 100). Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara. Untuk menguji model dan hipotesis, digunakan program SPSS Versi 22. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis linier berganda dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data yang telah memenuhi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas dan uji asumsi klasik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: Hubungan Kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Pegawai, hasil uji t menunjukan bahwa thitung 6,449 > 1,662 ttabel dengan tingkat signifikansinya sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Beban Kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan kerja Pegawai, hasil uji t menunjukan bahwa thitung 9,663 > 1,662 ttabel dengan tingkat signifikansinya sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Hasil uji F menunjukan bawah Fhitung 112,897 > 3,10 Ftabel dengan tingkat signifikansinya sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel Hubungan Kerja dan Beban Kerja secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of digital marketing and online customer reviews on purchasing decisions at Toko Oleh2in Cilegon. The primary focus of this research is to analyze the partial effects of digital marketing on purchasing decisions, the effect of online customer reviews on purchasing decisions, and the simultaneous impact of both variables on purchasing decisions. The respondents in this study consisted of 130 people, selected using a non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling, meaning the sample was chosen based on specific criteria relevant to the research objectives. Data collection was carried out through the distribution of questionnaires to respondents, which were then analyzed using a quantitative approach. The data were analyzed using linear regression to determine how each independent variable influences purchasing decisions. The results of the study indicate that digital marketing has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. This suggests that the more effective the digital marketing strategy, the higher the likelihood of customers making a purchase. Additionally, online customer reviews also have a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions. This finding shows that online reviews play a crucial role in helping potential buyers make informed decisions by providing clearer and more reliable information about products or services. Overall, both independent variables—digital marketing and online customer reviews—were found to have a significant impact on purchasing decisions, both partially and simultaneously. These findings provide valuable insights for Toko Oleh2in Cilegon to enhance their digital marketing efforts and facilitate customer reviews, ultimately leading to improved purchasing decisions and stronger business competitiveness.
