Abstract

This study aims to determine the optimization of working capital in increasing the profitability of Limited Company Telkomsel. The research method used is descriptive with a quantitative approach using financial statement data sources for the three years 2017 to 2019. This research uses observation data collection techniques, questionnaires and documentation. Descriptive analysis method and inferential statistical analysis with financial ratio analysis by comparing the current ratio with the ratio in the previous year. From the analysis and discussion results indicate that Limited Company Telkomsel, experienced that the overall working capital management was not optimal from 2017 to 2019. Working capital management could not run optimally because of the working capital turnover that occurred at Limited Company Telkomsel only reached the highest number of 4.42 times, while looking at the lowest cash turnover in 2019 which reached 2.61 times. Turnover of working capital at Limited Company. Although it is considered that Telkomsel has a fairly optimal cash and receivable turnover rate, this has not been able to significantly increase the company's profitability compared to previous years.

Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is an investment for companies for the company's growth and sustainability (sustainability) and is no longer seen from the cost center but as a profit center. The purpose of this study was to determine the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in Timika Papua. This study uses a quantitative approach. Research data sources are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used were documentation, questionnaire and observation. The population and research sample used were 100 respondents. Analysis of the data used is by using multiple linear analysis. The results showed that Corporate Social Responsibility in the fields of education, health and social capital had a positive and significant effect on Timika Papua. In the field of education PTFI provides assistance such as scholarships, construction of educational facilities and infrastructure, teacher assistance and education campaigns. In the health sector PTFI provides health services for the community and conducts community health programs. In the field of social capital, PTFI conducts infrastructure development and provides facilities for places of worship.

Abstract

It is impossible to manage organizational members with different personalities, backgrounds, levels of willingness and abilities by using only a single leadership. Therefore, facing different situations or levels of employee maturity requires different leadership styles. This study aims to determine the Situational Leadership Style applied PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, Mattoangin Branch Office Makassar, in terms of the dimensions of Telling Style, Selling Style, Participating Style and Delegating Style. The research method used is a descriptive research method with quantitative approaches. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires / questionnaire, structured interviews, direct observation and documents. The sampling technique used nonprobability sampling with saturated sampling (census) as many as 42 employees. Respondents' answers were analyzed using descriptive analysis through frequency distribution and percentage. The results of this study indicate that the application of a Situational Leadership Style which consists of four dimensions, namely the Telling Style is quite good and has a percentage of 77.30 %. Selling Style is good and has a percentage of 84.32%. Participating Style is very good and has a percentage of 85, 95%. Meanwhile, Delegating Style is good and has a percentage of 80.00%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the new normal era on the level of visitor satisfaction in tourism on the white sand beach of Bira Bulukumba. This research uses quantitative methods. Data collection techniques used were observation and questionnaires. The population in this study was 64,191. The sampling method used is Isaac and Michael's table with a simple random sampling technique, as many as 346 people. The data obtained from the research results were processed using the SPSS 25 application which consists of validity and reliability tests, descriptive data analysis techniques and inferential analysis.          The results showed that the new normal was in the good category, the level of satisfaction was in the very good category. The results of inferential analysis show that there is a significant effect between the new normal on the level of visitor satisfaction at the White Sand Beach Tourism of Bira Bulukumba.
