Abstract

Go-food is a service feature provided in the Go-jek application that serves food delivery service. Go-food comes as a solution for city communities that have high mobility, time constraints, and high need for food is now able to be resolved with the existence of Go-food.The purpose of this study is to find out how strong factors in influencing and knowing from several factors which are most dominant in decision making using the Go-jek go-food feature application in students majoring in business administration of the faculty of social sciences. The type of method used is descriptive quantitative. The data source is primary data, data processing using SPSS 25. Samples from this study were taken by 100 respondents. Sampling techniques are purposive sampling. Data retrieval techniques are carried out by coesioner and observation. Data analysis techniques used with descriptive statistical analysis and inferential analysis. The results of this study show factors: distribution, promotion and culture have a significant effect / very strong. The most dominant factor in influencing the decision to use the Go-jek go-food feature is the promotion factor which has a value percentage of 0.441.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) Cabang Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah melalui abservasi dan kuisioner. Dalam penelitian ini sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah seluruh jumlah populasi yaitu 83 karyawan. Hasil penelitian yang didapat menunjukkan bahwa hasil analisis deskriptif variabel lingkungan kerja berada pada kategori baik dengan indikator yang mendukung yakni penerangan, suhu udara, suara bising, penggunaan warna, ruang gerak, keamanan dan juga hubungan antar karyawan. Kemudian pada kinerja karyawan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) Cabang Makassar, hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil analisis korelasi yang masuk dalam posisi sangat/tinggi.

Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Hukum. Universitas Negeri Makassar. (dibimbing oleh M.Rizal Suyuti dan Andi Muhammad Rivai). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran dan pengaruh budaya kerja dan lingkungan kerja baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Kalla Toyota Makassar. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut maka peneliti menggunakan indikator-indikator untuk mengukur variabel tersebut. Adapun indikator variabel budaya kerja meliputi integritas, proffesionalisme, kepuasan, dan keteladanan. Indikator variabel lingkungan kerja meliputi hubungan karyawan, tingkat kebisingan lingkungan kerja, peraturan kerja, penerangan, sirkulasi udara, dan keamanan. Adapun pada variabel kinerja karyawan meliputi pemahaman atau tupoksi, inovasi, kecepatan kerja, keakuratan kerja dan kerjasama. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan yaitu sampel yang dirumuskan oleh Slovin yakni sebanyak 55 responden, dengan teknik pengumpulan data yakni studi observasi dan kuesioner yang diuji validitas dan reliabilitas. Data yang diperoleh diolah dengan menggunakan analisis data dan bantuan program SPSS versi 25 yang terdiri dari uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji F dan koefisien determinan r. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel budaya kerja tidak berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan sedangkan variabel lingkungan kerja berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel budaya kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan baik secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Kalla Toyota Makassar, hal ini dibuktikan berdasarkan uji t dan uji F. Adapun hasil uji koefisien determinan menunjukkan budaya kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan perusahaan PT. Kalla Toyota Makassar.

Abstract

Marketing communication is one of the techniques used by a company to inform, promote and introduce their products to the public and get customers (customers) so that people can be loyal to the products offered. This study discusses the marketing communication strategy on customer loyalty at PT. Bank Bri Unit Wholesale Raya Makassar. This type of research is descriptive research using a quantitative research design. In this study, the researcher tried to ascertain the high level of correlation of the marketing communication strategy variables on customer loyalty. This study used a descriptive method, data collection was carried out by observation, questionnaires, and documentation and analyzed using statistical formulas which were calculated using SPSS assistance. From the results of data processing for the marketing communication strategy variable obtained a value of 81.16 percent so it can be concluded that the marketing communication strategy at PT. Bank Bri Unit Borong Raya Makassar is in the very good category. The results of data processing for the customer loyalty variable obtained a value of 78.68 percent, it can be concluded that customer loyalty at PT. Bank Bri Unit Borong Raya Makassar is in the good category. From the results of the correlation coefficient analysis, it is obtained that the correlation coefficient is = 0.563, so it can be concluded that the marketing communication strategy is correlated with a moderate level of customer loyalty at PT. Bank Bri Unit Wholesale Raya Makassar.

Abstract

Policy evaluation plays a crucial role in improving the quality of government programs. Through these evaluations, the government can identify and prevent programs that could potentially harm the public, while also assessing whether such programs are worth continuing or expanding in the future. One of the programs that will be discussed in this study is the government policy in providing scholarships to outstanding students for underprivileged students to continue their education in higher education. This program is widely disbursed by the government through the provision of educational assistance both at the provincial, city, to district level. One of them, including in Pinrang Regency, has implemented a policy in the field of education regarding the provision of educational scholarships to outstanding students. However, based on the author's observations, it was found that this policy has shortcomings, namely there are still scholarships that are not on target, especially for scholarships for underprivileged communities and the lack of firmness of the implementing committee in collecting administrative requirements, there are problems that occur in the process of determining scholarship recipients, There are recipients who have the lowest GPA below 3.50, found in C Accredited Institute or College campuses.This research has a very important urgency for academics and government agencies as policy makers to conduct analytical studies onEvaluation of the Education Scholarship Program Policy for High-Achieving Students in Pinrang Regencyand as material for consideration in making decisions in the future. The aim of this research isto analyze how the form of the Evaluation of the Education Scholarship Program Policy for Outstanding Students in Pinrang Regency. This research is a type of qualitative research with a descriptive approach with the aim of describing all problems related to the government's program policies on the Evaluation of the Education Scholarship Program Policy for Outstanding Students in Pinrang Regency. The research results show that the effectiveness of the scholarship program in Pinrang Regency is influenced by several key factors, namely the number of implementing human resources, budget allocation, and the functionality of SOPs in program management. In terms of human resources (HR), the scholarship program management involves approximately 84 staff members spread across administrative units, supervisors, supervisors, and other technical teams.
