Abstract

The principle of freedom of contract can be interpreted as the freedom of the parties to make or not make an agreement, the freedom to choose or determine with whom the business partner will carry out the agreement, then the freedom to choose the content and form of the things you want to make an agreement with. However, the freedom granted in the principle of freedom of contract is not absolute or without restrictions at all. The existence of this principle must be given restrictions so that contracts made by business people do not harm one of the parties involved in the agreement. This study aims to find out how to limit the principle of freedom of contract in designing business contracts and to find out the structure of designing business contracts. The type of research used in this study uses a normative juridical approach, in obtaining several sources of law in this study derived from primary, secondary and tertiary legal sources. The data collection technique used was a literature review technique (study document). The results of this study found that the principle of freedom of contract contains restrictions that may not be violated in order to create justice and equality of the parties

Abstract

Challenge human resources management is creating various organizations' variety but demands efficient, effective, and also productive knowledge. This study discusses the creativity model in improving organizational performance at Hasanuddin University Hospital Makassar. This hospital has facilities and human resources consisting of medical and non-medical personnel to support all service activities. However, the application of the right model of creativity in work has not been fully implemented properly. there are still employees who do not have creativity at work, especially in solving problems when working. To be able to improve organizational performance at the Hasanuddin University Makassar Hospital, an appropriate creativity model is needed that can be applied in facing increasingly fierce competition in the Industrial Revolution era which features technological excellence. This study aims to determine the creativity model for improving organizational performance at Hasanuddin University Hospital Makassar. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research where this research describes in depth by examining all the problems that occur related to the research focus with a phenomenological approach. Data collection techniques in the form of Observation, Interview, and Documentation. Data analysis techniques include examining all available data that has been obtained from various sources, presenting data, and verifying it. The results of the study show that the creativity model in improving organizational performance has been implemented quite well, where most employees have enough creativity at work. For organizational performance to get better, the Hasanuddin University Makassar Hospital should always develop an appropriate and appropriate model of creativity.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana responsibility pelayanan sertifikat tanah pada Badan Pertanahan Nasional Kota Makassar. Pendekatan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan teknik observasi wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah pengumpulan data, kondensasi data, penyajian data dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa responsibility pelayanan sertifikat di Badan Pertanahan Nasional Kota Makassar dinilai terimplementasi dengan cukup baik. Hal ini berdasar dari ke empat aspek yang dijadikan sebagai indikator dalam penelitian ini, yaitu: 1) wujud nyata adanya ketersedianya sarana prasarana yang dapat dirasakan oleh masyarakat, seperti ruang tunggu, toilet, tempat Ibadah, koperasi, dan lainnya, 2) Ketanggapan dinilai belum berjalan baik karena rasa tanggung jawab yang masih kurang dari para pegawai khususnya pada bagian loket-loket dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat, 3) Kehandalan pegawai dari sisi tingkat pengetahuannya, keterampilan dalam menyelesaikan setiap pekerjaan dapat dikerjakan dengan cukup cepat dan tepat, 4) Empati dinilai sudah cukup baik dimana para pegawai memperlihatkan sikap yang penuh perhatian, ramah dan soluktif dari segala apa yang dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat.

Abstract

Mengoptimalkan digitalisasi sistem informasi akademik untuk menunjang layanan akademikdapat dilakukan dengan pemanfaatan sistem informasi. Salah satunya dengan cara membuat panduanpemanfaatan sistem informasi. Dalam rangka meningkatkan mutu pelayanan akademik prodi IlmuAdministrasi Bisnis yang lebih baik yang saat ini erat kaitannya dengan digitalisasi sistem informasiakademik maka diperlukan sistem informasi prodi Ilmu Administrasi Bisnis yang dapat dimanfaatkandengan optimal melalui panduan yang telah ada. Abstract

For every company that produces products, whether goods or services, it has a social goal and seeks profit and maintains the continuity of its business amidst competition. To achieve these company goals requires good coordination of all existing management functions. One thing that companies need to pay attention to in order to be able to compete amidst increasingly fierce business competition is good procedures in setting prices. Good and appropriate procedures for setting prices at PT Mirota KSM need to be carried out so that having appropriate pricing procedures can help the company to survive in the midst of market competition because price is a component that has a direct influence on the company's profit level. This research aims to determine the procedural steps in determining product prices at PT. Mirota KSM. The type of research used is qualitative research by describing phenomena and facts. Data was obtained from observations and interviews during industrial visit activities carried out. Based on research on procedures for determining product prices at PT. Mirota KSM can be concluded that there are six procedural steps for setting prices that can be taken into consideration by companies in developing policies in setting prices for their products, including: choosing a price target, determining demand, estimating costs, analyzing competitors' offers and prices, choosing a pricing method, and choose the final price.

Abstract

A series of company production activities to be able to produce quality products through the process of transforming input into output is important to receive good attention, handling and control from the company so that it can provide the best benefits and the resulting company profits can also be maximized so that it can benefit the company. This research aims to find out how to implement the transformation process in production activities to maximize profits at PT. Mirota KSM. The type of research used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques include semi-structured interviews and observations as well as visiting companies directly. The research results show that the process of transforming input into output in the manufacture of dairy products such as Lactona in principle goes through 3 stages, namely the preparation stage, the mixing stage and the packaging stage. The transformation process combines input or company resources to support the creation of production output. Good quality products produced from a series of production processes will increase product demand so that sales increase and company profits are maximized and can benefit the company.

Abstract

This activity aims to introduce beginner voters at SMA Negeri 3 Takalar to the importance of participating in the 2024 Presidential Election. The socialisation material included an explanation of the Indonesian political system, the importance of participating in elections, and the impact of political decisions. Resource persons were invited to provide students with an in-depth understanding of these political issues. The socialisation was conducted in an interactive manner, including question and answer sessions and discussions, to increase participants' understanding and engagement. The impact of this activity includes increased understanding and awareness of participants, especially SMA Negeri 3 Takalar students, about the importance of their voting rights in a democracy. In addition, this activity also succeeded in encouraging students' active participation in the political process by motivating them to take part in the 2024 Presidential Election and realising the influence of their votes on the political direction and policies of the country. Although there were some obstacles such as time and resource constraints, as well as the lack of motivation of participants in certain cases, careful planning efforts succeeded in overcoming these obstacles. Good cooperation between the service team and the school (SMA Negeri 3 Takalar) is the key to the success of this activity. Therefore, this service makes a positive contribution in preparing the younger generation to play an active role in the world of Indonesian politics and democracy. It is hoped that increasing political understanding among students will bring positive benefits in forming a smart, critical and responsible society.

Abstract

Semakin banyak pengguna internet di Indonesia mendorong lebih banyak bisnis online. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Dampak Online Customer Review Dalam Pengambilan Keputusan Pembelian pada pengguna Shopee. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, dimana penelitian ini akan mendeskripsikan secara mendalam dengan mengupas segala permasalahan yang terjadi terkait dengan fokus penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa Observasi, Wawancara dan Dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data berupa tahap pertama kondensasi data, yang merujuk pada proses pemilihan, penyederhaan, pengabstrakan dan transformasi data yang mendekati keseluruhan bagian dari catatan-catatan lapangan secara tertulis, instrumen wawancara, dokumen dan materi (temuan) empirik lainnya. Tahap kedua, Penyajian data, melalaui penyajian data, maka data akan terorganisasikan, tersusun dalam pola hubungan, sehingga mudah dipahami, dan tahap ketiga Verifikasi (penarikan kesimpulan). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Online Customer Review memberikan dampak positif dalam pengambilan keputusan pembelian pada pengguna Shopee. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari Intensity, Valence of Opinion, dan Content Marketing yang menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar informan mengambil keputusan terkait pembelian produk yaitu dengan melakukan pembelian produk pada aplikasi  belanja online Shopee setelah adanya dampak positif dari Online Customer Review pada pengguna Shopee.  Kata Kunci: Dampak, Online Customer Review, Pengambilan Keputusan, Pembelian, Pengguna

Abstract

. Pengaruh Brand Ambassador dan Kualitas Produk Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Produk Wardah Pada Masyarakat Kecamatan Parigi Kabupaten Gowa. Skripsi. Program Studi Ilmu Administrasi Bisnis. Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Hukum. Universitas Negeri Makassar. (Dibimbing Oleh Risma Niswaty dan Muh. Rizal S). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Pengaruh Brand Ambassador dan Kualitas Produk Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Produk Wardah Pada Masyarakat Kecamatan Parigi Baik secara Simultan maupun secara Parsial dimana produk Wardah menjadi fokus penelitian dan Kecamatan Parigi Kabupaten Gowa menjadi objek penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis Kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah melalui data primer (Observasi, Kuesioner, dan Dokumentasi). Sampel yang digunakan yaitu sampel yang dirumuskan menggunakan Rumus Slovin sebanyak 100 Responden. Data diperoleh dari hasil penelitian yang diolah dengan menggunakan analisis data dan menggunakan bantuan program perangkat lunak SPSS Statistik 25 yang terdiri dari uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas terhadap instrument penelitian serta Teknik analisis inferensial terhadap data yang diperoleh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Brand ambassador dan Kulitas produk berpengaruh secara parsial dan simultan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Produk Wardah Pada Masyarakat Kecamatan Parigi Kabupaten Gowa. Hal ini dibuktikan berdasarkan Uji Korelasi Uji t dan Uji F serta Uji Koefisien Determinasi terhadap data yang diperoleh.

Abstract

Pengaruh Harga dan Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan Perusahaan Umum Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Tirta Jeneberang Kabupaten Gowa. Skripsi, Program Studi Ilmu Administrasi Bisnis, Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Hukum, Universitas Negeri Makassar, dibimbing oleh (1) H.Muhammad Guntur (2) Siti Syarifah Wafiqah Wardah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh harga dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan perusahaan umum daerah air minum (PDAM) Tirta Jeneberang Kabupaten Gowa. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan PDAM Tirta Jeneberang Kabupaten Gowa khususnya yang berdomisili di kecamatan Somba opu dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik  simple random sampling dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Data yang diperoleh diolah menggunakan SPSS 25 yang terdiri dari analisis regresi berganda yang terlebih dahulu diuji menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, multikolinearitas,  dan uji heteroskedastisitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa indikator yang digunakan untuk setiap variabel menunjukkan bahwa Harga dan Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan PDAM Tirta Jeneberang Kabupaten Gowa. Hal ini dibuktikan berdasarkan Uji Korelasi serta Uji T dan Uji F serta Uji Koefisien Determinasi terhadap data yang diperoleh. Kata Kunci: Harga, Kualitas Pelayanan, Kepuasan Pelanggan.
