Abstract

The Regional Representative Council of the Republic of Indonesia is one of the state institutions established on the basis of reform. This institution is formed so that regional aspirations and interests within the state can be realized in advancing the state based on Pancasila. But in the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia the regulation governing the authority of this legislative body is very limited, so far we understand one of the most important functions is the legislative function of this institution, but what happens if the arrangement in the country's own basis does not explain Functions against this institution. As in Article 22D Paragraphs (1) and (2) of the Regional Representative Council does not participate in the ratification of a draft Law, this is where the role of regional representatives is to preserve the aspirations of the region, even though Decision Number 92 / PUU-X / 2012 has been issued by The Supreme Court on the return of legislative function of DPD, still DPD does not arrive at approval stage in a decision making.Research methods in this research, first, the type of research is normative law and descriptive analysis. Both data sources are supported by primary, secondary and tertiary data sources. Third, the data collection technique used is literature study. After the collected data are analyzed in a qualitative way and draw conclusions with the method of thinking dedukti that is analyzing the problems of the general form of special form.From the results of this study there are two things that can be concluded, firstly, that the existence of the Regional Representative Council of the Republic of Indonesia in performing the function of limited legislation by the arrangement in the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia on mutual agreement on the draft Law. Although there has been a decision of the Constitutional Court Number 92 / PUU-X / 2012 but it has not been able to fulfill the DPD legislation function against mutual agreement in the draft Law, because the judge only gives interpretation of the Law and not changes to the constitution. Secondly, it is understood that DPD is a representative institution of regions in Indonesia which have different interests at the national level and if not fulfilled the worst possibility of division, in this case it is expected to return the legislative function that is real to the Regional Representative Council by changing The articles contained in the body of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia in other words the strengthening of functions by way of Amendment of the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia.Keywords: Strengthening Functions, Legislation, Regional Representative Council, Amendments, Laws.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the influence of advertising (advertising messages, advertising copy, advertising design, advertising model, color and music advertising) and brand image (brand association superiority, brand association strength and uniqueness of brand association) to consumer buying interest , favorite, choice, confidence and purchase) Honda brand products at dealers CV. Cempaka Motor in Sijunjung District. The population in this study were consumers who bought Honda brand motorcycles at dealers CV. Cempaka Motor in Sijunjung District. Sampling in this research that is amounted 93 sample using slovin formula. The data collection of this research is primary data with dissemination of research instrument and secondary data in the form of company archives, data analysis in this research using multiple regression, partial test (t test), test of determination (r test) and simultaneous test (f test) with SPSS program help . The results showed that the variables of advertising and brand image partially (t test) significantly influence consumer buying interest in Honda brand products on the CV. Cempaka Motor in Sijunjung District. Results simultaneously (f test) showed a significant influence of advertising variables and brand image on consumer buying interest in Honda brand products on CV. Abstract

On the study area there are three types of structure, those are fault, fold and joint. Types of fault were found  in the study area, reverse fault with the strike/dip is N215oE/75o, normal fault has a fault directions N22oE and N200oE with pitch 35o, and dextral fault with pitch 10o and strike N219oE. Fold and joint structures used to determine the direction of the main stress on the study area. Further, an analysis used stereonet for data folds and joints. So that from the data got three directions of main stress, those are Northeast – Southwest (T1), North – South (T2) and Southeast – Northwest (T3). On the Northeast – Southwest (T1) stress there are four geological structures, anticline fold at ST.3 , syncline folds at ST. 13a, ST. 13b, ST. 13c and ST. 33, chevron fold at ST. 44 and joint at ST. 2. On the North – South (T2) stress there are three geological structures, those are syncline fold at ST. 35, anticline fold at ST. 54 and joints at ST. 41, ST. 46 and ST. 47. On the Southeast – Northwest (T3) stress were also three geological structures, those are chevron fold at ST 42a, overturned fold at ST. 42b, syncline fold at ST. 42c and joints at ST. 5 and ST. 34.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the Influence of IntellectualCapital on the Financial Performance, Growth Company, and Market Value onCompany Property and Real Estate listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Thestudy population was companies the Property and Real Estate listed in IndonesiaStock Exchange from 2011 until 2015, samples were selected using methodpurposive sampling and obtained a sample of 27 company. The data analysistechnique used is Partial Least Square (PLS). Results from the study showed thatthe of Intellectual Capital effect on Financial Performance, Growth Company,and Market Value. Financial Performance effect on Market value and IntellectualCapital affect the Market Value via Financial Performance in the companyProperty and Real Estate listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. GrowthCompany does not affect the Market Value and of Intellectual Capital does notaffect the Market Value through Growth Company in Company Property and RealEstate listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of institutional ownership and profitability to the value of company. The financial work is measured by Return On Asset (ROA), the institutional ownership is measured by ratio of institutional ownership, and the value of company is measured by Tobins’Q. The object of this research is property company and real estate which are registered in Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2009 to 2012. Following this, this research uses multiple linear regression. Then the result shows that there is a positive influence of profitability to the value of company. It means that the higher number of Return On Asset (ROA) will increase the value of company. Meanwhile, the institutional ownership has a negative influence to the value of company. It means that the lower value of institutional ownership will increase the value of company.

Abstract

Internal communication is a communication that occurs within the office or organization. Communication is one important aspect to realize the company's goals. A communication occurs because there is a structure within an organization and this is supported by various internal corporate communication media. PT RAPP is a subsidiary of APRIL Group which already has a special division to handle internal communications company that is Internal Communications Officer. This division belongs to the Corporate Communications Department. According to the theory of information organization by Wick, the purpose of this study is to find out how much the level of effectiveness of communications internal corporate communications PT RAPP in providing information to employees.The method used in this study is mix method which means quantitative method supported by qualitative method. Data collection by distributing questionnaires to 100 of PT RAPP employes from 4500 all populations and using proportional random sampling technique. For data analysis in this research use descriptive statistic technique.Based on the concept of communication effectiveness according to Hardjana indicator in this research that is message source, message content, media, receiver or user, format and timing. The results of this study indicate the level of effectiveness of corporate communications internal communications PT RAPP in providing information to employees classified as very effective in range 3,26. Abstract

Generation Z readiness of students to be an important thing that must be considered in order to be able to compete and survive during the demographic bonus period and participate in assisting Indonesia in achieving the goal of sustainable development in the form of poverty in 2030. Proper storage method is one of the aspects that must be owned so that later will have the appropriate reserve funds as desired. To find the dominant factors of investment in generation z students in Bandung, the authors use a factor analysis method that will reduce and rank the dominant factors raised in this study by collecting quantitative data on 207 respondents. The results of this study found five new factors with dominant factors in the form of investment finance issues. So this research can provide input to the government in increasing investment interest for generation Z students. Keywords: Investment, Finance, Generation Z Students Kesiapan mahasiswa generasi z terhadap keuangan menjadi hal penting yang harus diperhatikan agar dapat bersaing dan bertahan hidup pada masa bonus demografi dan berpartisipasi membantu Indonesia dalam mencapai tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan berupa tidak adanya kemiskinan di tahun 2030. Metode penyimpanan yang tepat adalah salah satu aspek yang wajib dimiliki agar nantinya akan memiliki cadangan dana yang sesuai dengan yang diinginkan. Untuk menemukan faktor dominan dari investasi pada mahasiswa generasi z di Bandung, penulis menggunakan metode analisis faktor yang akan mereduksi dan mengurutkan faktor-faktor dominan yang diangkat pada penelitian ini dengan mengumpulkan data secara kuantitatif terhadap 207 responden. Hasil penelitian ini ditemukan lima faktor baru dengan faktor dominan berupa isu keuangan investasi. Sehingga penelitian ini dapat memberikan masukan kepada pemerintah dalam meningkatkan minat berinvestasi bagi mahasiswa generasi Z. Kata kunci : Investasi, Keuangan, Mahasiswa Generasi Z.

Abstract

Kopi merupakan salah satu jenis tanaman perkebunan yang ada di Indonesia khususnya di Toraja yang banyak diminati oleh masyarakat lokal maupun mancanegara. Pemetikan buah kopi masih dilakukan secara tradisional baik secara racutan atau rampasan dengan cara memanen semua buah kopi, baik yang berwarna merah maupun yang masih berwarna hijau sehingga semua buah kopi yang dipanen masih bercampur. Petani kopi masih cenderung melakukan proses sortasi secara manual dengan mengandalkan penglihatan secara subjektif. Akan tetapi, proses sortasi secara manual membutuhkan tenaga, waktu serta tidak konsistennya tingkat kematangan buah kopi. Oleh karena itu, untuk membantu pekerjaan para petani dalam memisahkan buah kopi berdasarkan tingkat kematangannya diperlukan pemodelan yang dapat digunakan untuk mengklasifikasikan tingkat kematangannya. Metode convolutional SVM adalah salah satu metode yang digunakan untuk melakukan klasifikasi karena memiliki kinerja yang baik. Adapun model yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu MobileNetv3, VGG19, Inceptionv3 yang digunakan untuk mengatasi kebutuhan akan computing resource berlebih yang dimulai dari proses preprocessing, pembangunan model, pelatihan model, training model serta pengujian.. Pengujian model pada penelitian ini menggunakan confusion matrix yang menghasilkan akurasi 98% dari total dataset.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is market overreaction on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the research period from 2017 to 2020. The population in this study are LQ45 index component companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample in this study was obtained by purposive sampling method, namely as many as 30 companies. Market overreaction is measured by abnormal returns and is shown by the Average Cumulative Abnormal Return (ACAR) portfolio of losers outperforming the Average CAR portfolio of winners. The results showed that the loser portfolio's Average CAR could not outperform the winner's portfolio. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that there is no market overreaction to the LQ45 index company shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

Instagram is a social media that is widely used by the public, especially among Millennials and Gen Z. One of the user terms is called Food Curator which is a reviewer about culinary tourism that is starting to bloom in the city of Balikpapan, Dapurbalikpapan is one of the Food Curators in the city of Balikpapan which has a large number of followers, this research is to find out the application of Social Information Processing in maintaining the relationship between Dapurbalikpapan with followers. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method, the types of data presented are observations and interviews using primary data through data sources from key informant and informants, secondary data through document sources, e-journals, books, and articles. The analysis technique used is qualitative data analysis with an interactive model developed by Miles & Huberman with a research focus on 3 stages of social information processing, namely interpersonal information, impression formation, relationship development. Based on the results of the research, the data analysis that the researchers have done found that, Dapurbalikpapan implements these three stages and Dapur balikpapan as a Food Curator is able to develop relationships with their followers, and create a relationship that is called hyperpersonal. Hyperpersonal is a relationship that occurs in computer-mediated interactions and is more interesting than facet-to-face interactions in the same position. Abstrak Instagram merupakan media sosial yang ramai digunakan oleh masyarakat, terutama pada golongan Milenial dan Gen Z. Salah satu istilah penggunanya disebut Food Curator yang merupakan pengulas tentang wisata kuliner mulai marak di kota Balikpapan, Dapurbalikpapan merupakan salah satu Food Curator yang ada di kota Balikpapan yang memiliki jumlah pengikut yang banyak, penelitian ini untuk mengetahui penerapan Social Information Processing dalam mempertahankan hubungan Dapurbalikpapan dengan pengikutnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, jenis data yang disajikan yaitu observasi dan wawancara menggunakan data primer melalui sumber data key informan dan informan, data sekunder melalui sumber dokumen, e-journal, buku-buku, dan artikel. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis data kualitatif model interaktif yang dikembangkan oleh Miles & Huberman dengan fokus penelitian 3 tahap social information processing yaitu interpersonal information, impression formation, relationship development. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, analisis data yang telah dilakukan, menemukan bahwa, Dapurbalikpapan menerapkan ketiga tahapan tersebut dan Dapurbalikpapan sebagai Food Curator mampu mengembangkan hubungannya dengan para pengikutnya, dan menciptakan suatu hubungan yang disebut hyperpersonal. Hyperpersonal merupakan hubungan yang terjadi dalam interaksi bermediasi komputer dan lebih menarik dibandingkan dengan interaksi face-to-face dalam posisi yang sama.
