Abstract

Abstract: Aggression is a form of behavior that can cause harm to both the individual himself and other parties. This form of behavior is called aggressiveness. Intentional behavior must be controlled, therefore an effort is needed to handle it. In general, this behavior often appears at the adolescent stage of development. Through this research, we will discuss the forms of aggressive behavior in adolescents through studies or research results, as well as other scientific references that have been studied previously. The method used in this research is a literature search via Google Scholar and Research Gate. The keywords used in English are "Aggressiveness and Adolescents", while in Indonesian they use "Aggressiveness and Adolescence". The research results show that there are three types of aggression experienced by adolescents, namely physical, verbal and relational aggression. Apart from that, factors that cause aggressive behavior were found. There are differences in aggression based on residence and gender. In relation to treatment, the results of the study show that peace counseling and coping psychoeducation strategies can be used as an approach to dealing with aggressive behavior. Therefore, it can be recommended for future researchers to examine in more depth aggressive behavior in adolescents from various other aspects.

Abstract

Motivasi Sembuh adalah dorongan dalam diri individu untuk menjalani suatu penyembuhan terkhusus dalam menjalani rehabilitasi. Motivasi sembuh memiliki peran penting dalam menjalani rehabilitasi, karena akan berpengaruh pada efektifitas program rehabilitasi tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui motivasi sembuh residen  melalui konseling individu dengan teknik behavior contract. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan bimbingan konseling (PTBK). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan motivasi sembuh pada siklus 1 yaitu kedua residen termasuk dalam kategori baik dengan persentase 78% dan 70%. Kemudian pada siklus 2 residen mengalami peningkatan motivasi sembuh menjadi kategori sangat baik dengan persentase 89% dan 96%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa konseling individu dengan teknik behavior contract dapat meningkatkan motivasi sembuh menjalani rehabilitasi di Rumah Adiksi Indonesia

Abstract

Generation Z readiness of students to be an important thing that must be considered in order to be able to compete and survive during the demographic bonus period and participate in assisting Indonesia in achieving the goal of sustainable development in the form of poverty in 2030. Proper storage method is one of the aspects that must be owned so that later will have the appropriate reserve funds as desired. To find the dominant factors of investment in generation z students in Bandung, the authors use a factor analysis method that will reduce and rank the dominant factors raised in this study by collecting quantitative data on 207 respondents. The results of this study found five new factors with dominant factors in the form of investment finance issues. So this research can provide input to the government in increasing investment interest for generation Z students. Keywords: Investment, Finance, Generation Z Students Kesiapan mahasiswa generasi z terhadap keuangan menjadi hal penting yang harus diperhatikan agar dapat bersaing dan bertahan hidup pada masa bonus demografi dan berpartisipasi membantu Indonesia dalam mencapai tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan berupa tidak adanya kemiskinan di tahun 2030. Metode penyimpanan yang tepat adalah salah satu aspek yang wajib dimiliki agar nantinya akan memiliki cadangan dana yang sesuai dengan yang diinginkan. Untuk menemukan faktor dominan dari investasi pada mahasiswa generasi z di Bandung, penulis menggunakan metode analisis faktor yang akan mereduksi dan mengurutkan faktor-faktor dominan yang diangkat pada penelitian ini dengan mengumpulkan data secara kuantitatif terhadap 207 responden. Hasil penelitian ini ditemukan lima faktor baru dengan faktor dominan berupa isu keuangan investasi. Sehingga penelitian ini dapat memberikan masukan kepada pemerintah dalam meningkatkan minat berinvestasi bagi mahasiswa generasi Z. Kata kunci : Investasi, Keuangan, Mahasiswa Generasi Z.

Abstract

Kopi merupakan salah satu jenis tanaman perkebunan yang ada di Indonesia khususnya di Toraja yang banyak diminati oleh masyarakat lokal maupun mancanegara. Pemetikan buah kopi masih dilakukan secara tradisional baik secara racutan atau rampasan dengan cara memanen semua buah kopi, baik yang berwarna merah maupun yang masih berwarna hijau sehingga semua buah kopi yang dipanen masih bercampur. Petani kopi masih cenderung melakukan proses sortasi secara manual dengan mengandalkan penglihatan secara subjektif. Akan tetapi, proses sortasi secara manual membutuhkan tenaga, waktu serta tidak konsistennya tingkat kematangan buah kopi. Oleh karena itu, untuk membantu pekerjaan para petani dalam memisahkan buah kopi berdasarkan tingkat kematangannya diperlukan pemodelan yang dapat digunakan untuk mengklasifikasikan tingkat kematangannya. Metode convolutional SVM adalah salah satu metode yang digunakan untuk melakukan klasifikasi karena memiliki kinerja yang baik. Adapun model yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu MobileNetv3, VGG19, Inceptionv3 yang digunakan untuk mengatasi kebutuhan akan computing resource berlebih yang dimulai dari proses preprocessing, pembangunan model, pelatihan model, training model serta pengujian.. Pengujian model pada penelitian ini menggunakan confusion matrix yang menghasilkan akurasi 98% dari total dataset.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Bimbingan Konseling (PTBK). Sumber data penelitian ini terdiri dari sumber primer dan sumber sekunder, yaitu: 1) sumber primer adalah anak di TPQ Al- Muttahdiin; 2) sumber sekunder adalah tenaga pegajar/guru di TPQ Al- Muttahidiin. Teknik yang digunakan untuki mengumpulkan data adalah skala motivasi (angket), refleksi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data peneliti menganalisis data kualitatif dan angket. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah 1) Gambaran motivasi anak sebelum mendapatkan konseling kelompok dengan teknik modeling simbolis yaitu 1 anak berada dalam kategori cukup, 3 anak berada dalam kategori kurang dan 4 anak berada dalam kategori sangat kurang; 2) Langkah-langkah konseling kelompok ini yaitu perencanaan waktu dan tempat, menentukan observer, dan menyiapkan kelengkapan administrasi pendukung. Pada kegiatan terdapat empat tahapan antara lain tahap awal, tahap peralihan, tahap kegiatan, tahap pencerahan, dan tahap pengakhiran. Selanjutnya pengamatan dan terakhir refleksi; 3) Terdapat peningkatan motivasi belajar membaca Al-Qur’an pada anak setelah diberikan layanan konseling kelompok dengan teknik modeling simbolis dari tahap pra-tindakan dengan presentase 61% hingga pada siklus 2 dengan presentase 79%.

Abstract

This research focuses on the development and validation of a scale to measure the social skills of junior high school students in Indonesia. The study involved 420 students from various regions, utilizing a quantitative approach with a Likert rating questionnaire of four choices. The Rasch model was employed for analysis using Winsteps software. The item reliability index yielded a robust value of 0.80. Evaluation of item polarity across all aspects fell within the range of 0.12 to 0.78, while outfit-MNSQ values ranged from 0.12 to 1.90. Fourteen items were identified as unfit, failing to meet criteria due to Outfit MNSQ values > 1.5 and Pt Measure Correlation < 0.4, leading to their elimination. Additionally, two items with Outfit MNSQ > 1.5 were earmarked for editorial revision. The analysis revealed four items with nearly identical logit values, indicating redundancy in measurement. Consequently, one item from each pair was retained, simplifying the instrument. The study affirms the validity and reliability of the measurement instrument, indicating its suitability for assessing junior high school students' social skills.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is market overreaction on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the research period from 2017 to 2020. The population in this study are LQ45 index component companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample in this study was obtained by purposive sampling method, namely as many as 30 companies. Market overreaction is measured by abnormal returns and is shown by the Average Cumulative Abnormal Return (ACAR) portfolio of losers outperforming the Average CAR portfolio of winners. The results showed that the loser portfolio's Average CAR could not outperform the winner's portfolio. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that there is no market overreaction to the LQ45 index company shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

The main capital for vocational high school students to apply theoretical and practical knowledge according to the needs of the world of work is critical thinking skills. Critical thinking is included in the product of psychological-dimensional activities that can be improved through guidance and counseling services. This study aims to describe the effectiveness of the cognitive behavioral therapy model of the Socratic dialogue technique to improve the critical thinking skills of vocational high school students. The approach to this research is quantitative with a quasi-experimental one group pre-test post-test method. The subjects of the study were 103 students. The sampling technique used was purposive random sampling. The data analysis technique used non-parametric statistical tests with the Wilcoxon Signed-rank test analysis method. The results of the Wilcoxon Signed rank test analysis showed a score of 0.000 <0.005, which means that the application of the cognitive behavioral therapy model of the Socratic dialogue technique is effective in improving the critical thinking skills of vocational high school students. The results of the study recommend research on gender differences in students' critical thinking skills

Abstract

Extreme thoughts about moderate Islam are often the beginning of divisions. A shallow understanding of religious moderation makes it easier for someone to be indicated by radical views. Counselors have an essential role in increasing students' understanding of religious moderation. This study aims to improve students' understanding of religious moderation in public schools through group guidance using bibliotherapy techniques. This study used a quasi-experimental method with a Non-equivalent control group design. The sample of this research was 20 students, consisting of 10 students for each experimental and control group, per Gazda's (1969) recommendations regarding the adequate number of group guidance participants, ranging from 8 to 10 participants. The sample has filled out the Religious Moderation Scale (RMS) developed by Monalisa (2022) and is indicated to be in a low category. Data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon signed rank test to determine the effect before and after the intervention was given. Then, to find out the average difference between the experimental group and the control group, it was analyzed using the Mann-Whitney test. The study's results showed a difference in understanding of religious moderation before and after the intervention, with a significance of .005. The research results showed that the group guidance intervention using bibliotherapy techniques was effective in increasing students' understanding of religious moderation with a Z score of -3.885 and a significance value of .000.
