Abstract

Abstract: Wonokarto Village Government in coordinating and implementing governance, and social development requires the availability of funds through the Village Budget (budget). One of the revenue earned from the leasing of land is the village treasury. Cash ground Wonokarto village is land owned by the village government revenue source which results into the village. To the village treasury lands should be managed and utilized to the best village to village head Wonokarto Regulation No. 11 Year 2010 concerning the management of the land that the village treasury cash land use Wonokarto village can be implemented through the rental, lease, cooperative utilization. Rural Land Management Cash Wonokarto still using the conventional way, ie leasing land record data into a bookkeeping cash. Based on the observation of the writer at the Village Government Wonokarto to ask questions directly to the secretary of the village, have difficulty in processing such data when looking for rental records in the books, in addition to the officers also difficulty in processing financial data leasing land village treasury. The purpose of this study is the creation of information systems that can be used for data processing cash ground lease transactions Wonokato village. Methods adopted by the authors, namely observation, library research, system design followed by the development of information systems, information systems followed by building and testing. Hasl of this study is to facilitate data collection, retrieval, transactions, leasing and land returned cash Wonokarto village. Keywords: Development Information System, Land Rental Cash, Wonokarto Vilage Abstrak: Pemerintah Desa Wonokarto dalam menyelenggarakan dan melaksanakan pemerintahan, pembangunan dan kemasyarakatan membutuhkan ketersediaan dana melalui Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Desa (APBD). Salah satu pendapatan yang diperoleh adalah dari penyewaan tanah kas desa. Tanah kas Desa Wonokarto adalah tanah yang dikuasai oleh Pemerintah Desa yang hasilnya menjadi sumber pendapatan desa. Untuk itu tanah kas desa harus dikelola dan didayagunakan desa sebaik-baiknya sesuai dengan Peraturan Kepala Desa Wonokarto Nomor 11 Tahun 2010 tentang pengelolaan tanah kas desa bahwa pemanfaatan tanah kas Desa Wonokarto dapat dilaksanakan melalui sewa-menyewa, pinjam pakai, kerjasama pemanfaatan. Pengelolaan Tanah Kas Desa Wonokarto masih menggunakan cara yang konvensional, yakni mencatat data penyewaan tanah kas tersebut kedalam sebuah pembukuan. Berdasarkan hasil observasi penulis pada Pemerintah Desa Wonokarto yaitu dengan mengajukan pertanyaan secara langsung kepada sekretaris desa, mengalami kesulitan dalam proses pengolahan data seperti ketika mencari data penyewaan dalam pembukuan, selain itu petugas juga kesulitan dalam mengolah data keuangan penyewaan tanah kas desa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah pembuatan sistem informasi yang dapat digunakan untuk pengolahan data transaksi penyewaan tanah kas Desa Wonokato. Metode yang diambil penulis yaitu dengan melakukan observasi, studi pustaka, perancangan sistem dilanjutkan dengan pembangunan sistem informasi, dilanjutkan dengan membangun sistem informasi dan melakukan uji coba. Hasl dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memudahkan pendataan, pencarian, transaksi, penyewaan dan pengembalian tanah kas Desa Wonokarto. Abstract

Abstrak : Perkembangan Komputer dan aplikasinya pada saat ini makin berkembang pesat, penulis mencoba satu aplikasi yang mana dapat memberikan suatu alternatif cara belajar yang lebih Fresh dan menyenangkan. Dengan adanya model pembelajaran yang interaktif berbasis multimedia ini diharapkan dapat mempermudah siswa dalam memahami pelajaran ini dan menarik minat belajar sehingga mendapatkan hasil yang maksimal. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah merancang dan membangun sebuah media pembelajaran interaktif yang dapat digunakan untuk media pembelajaran siswa. Perancangan ini diharapkan agar memberikan kemudahan siswa dalam pelaksanaan belajar. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan observasi, wawancara, analisis, perencanaan, perancangan, uji coba. Abstract

ABSTRAK   Kepadatan penduduk yang tinggi menimbulkan dampak negatif terhadap kelestarian lingkungan hidup. Kecamatan Kartasura merupakan suatu daerah perkotaan dengan kepadatan penduduk dan aktivitas yang tinggi, hal ini yang memperkuat munculnya dampak pencemaran di kecamatan tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adanya kandungan logam berat Pb, Cd, Cu, dan Zn pada ikan Sapu-sapu (Hypostomus plecostomus) di sungai Pabelan Kartasura tahun 2012 dan untuk mengetahui apakah Sungai tersebut tercemar oleh logam berat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang dilakukan dengan cara mengidentifikasi logam berat menggunakan metode ekstraksi dengan larutan larutan Na2S 10% b/v dan ditizon 0,005% b/v pada pH yang berbeda pada daging Ikan Sapu-sapu dari Sungai Pabelan. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan menggunakan sistem purposive sampling pada 3 lokasi sampling yaitu pada area batas awal Sungai, area tengah Sungai, dan area batas akhir Sungai. Hasil reaksi dengan Na2S 10% untuk mengetahui kandungan logam pada sampel menunjukkan hasil positif yang ditunjukkan dengan mengeruhnya larutan sampel. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut kemudian dilakukan identifikasi kandungan jenis logam menggunakan larutan ditizon 0,005%. Hasil rata-rata identifikasi menunjukkan nilai positif untuk logam Pb (pH 8,5) terjadi perubahan warna menjadi merah tua, Cd (pH 6,5) terjadi perubahan warna menjadi merah muda, Zn (pH 7,0) terjadi perubahan warna menjadi merah, sedangkan hasil negatif ditunjukkan pada identifikasi logam Cu (pH 3,5) tidak terjadi perubahan warna. Identifikasi logam Cu bernilai positif apabila dalam reaksi menggunakan ditizon 0,005% terjadi perubahan warna menjadi warna ungu. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa ikan Sapu-sapu (Hypostomus plecostomus) di sungai Pabelan Kartasura pada tahun 2012 positif mengandung logam berat jenis Pb, Cd, dan Zn dan air Sungai Pabelan Kartasura tidak aman untuk digunakan dalam menunjang kehidupan masyarakat.   Kata kunci:  ikan sapu-sapu, logam berat, identifikasi kualitatif

Abstract

The low understanding of students in learning can be caused by a lack of concentration in students' learning in the learning process. this is evidenced by the fact that he met at SD 2 Hadipolo. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the behavioristik approach and the concentration of students' learning in the learning process. The method in this research is quantitative correlation with instrument validation using two variable indicators, namely the behavioristik approach including readiness, training, as well as the influence and concentration of learning including cognitive behavior, affective behavior, and psychomotor behavior. The results of this study indicate that the behavioristik approach has a strong relationship with the concentration of student learning in grade III SD 2 Hadipolo Kudus. The statement was obtained from the results of the Pearson Correlation hypothesis test on the SPSS version 26 application with a significance value of 0.000. The conclusion of this study is that the behavioristik approach has a strong relationship with the concentration of student learning in class III SD 2 Hadipolo Kudus with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 which means that it is correlated with the findings in the learning process of students who initially did not dare to express what they felt to be dare to express something, students who initially lacked confidence in conveying the answers to the teacher's questions, became confident to convey the questions given by the teacher. In line with what Lawson said in (Mulyadi, 2016), the approach is a learning strategy used by students to increase effectiveness in the learning process.

Abstract

The research problem is the process of evaluating learning PJOK for public elementary schools has not been identified in Kertek District. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the evaluation process of attitudes, knowledge, and skills of public elementary schools in Kertek District, Wonosobo Regency. The method used is descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The results of the study of 24 physical education teachers at the State Elementary School in Kertek District found that the attitude assessment process was 83.33% (20 teachers) in the very good category, 16.67% (4 teachers) in the good category, then the knowledge assessment process was 29.17% ( 7 teachers) in the very good category, 70.83% (17 teachers) in the good category and the skills assessment process there were 8% (2 teachers) in the very good category, 87.5% (21 teachers) in the good category, 4, 17% (1 teacher) in the sufficient category. The conclusion is that the evaluation process for learning PJOK in SD Negeri in Kertek District which includes the attitude assessment process, knowledge assessment, and skills assessment as a whole can be said to have been carried out well because seen from the results the average teacher is in the good category, namely the interval of 62.49%- 81.24%.

Tiktok is one of the most popular social media platforms. Tiktok offers its users to create short 15-second videos accompanied by music, filters and several other creative features. Tiktok in Indonesia is widely used for creativity and business by users. Lately, the widespread use of social media in the form of the TikTok application. The TikTok application is an application for creating and sharing various short videos in a vertical format, which are played by simply scrolling up or down on the screen. In Indonesia, the community is very interested in the TikTok application, and not a few Indonesians have even become TikTok celebrities. Currently, TikTok users in Indonesia have reached 92.2 million users, as of July 2021 this number has increased. Abstract

This research aims to analyze, design, and develop a web-based information system to calculate the cost of electrical installation for simple residential homes using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. The research background is the need for a system that can facilitate users in planning and estimating electrical installation costs based on technical specifications and power requirements. The system is designed to provide accurate cost estimates, including the cost of installing electrical points, sockets, lights, and other electrical components, enabling users to make more informed decisions. The RAD method is employed to accelerate the development process and ensure the system meets user needs through rapid iterations and prototyping. The results indicate that the system can deliver precise and user-friendly cost calculations, making it an effective tool for planning electrical installations in simple residential homes.

Abstract

Organizations are not formed because of letters or approval documents, but organizations exist from the interactions or specific communications among people that indicate they are organizing. An important aspect of an organization is human resources, which are the people who actively play a role in planning, executing, and controlling to achieve the organization's goals. Human resources are considered the key to success in an organization, because almost every activity carried out uses human resources as labor and an important component in the organization. Effective internal communication is the key to organizational success. However, most academic research on internal communication focuses on large and established companies; however, there are interesting differences in research that looks at newly developing companies. This research will specifically focus on internal communication from the perspective of employees in a developing organization. Research methodology used a systematic literature review with a qualitative approach. The results show that the perspective of organizational internal communication development leading to employee engagement (e.g. employee satisfaction, performance improvement, etc.) is covered in 10 articles. Meanwhile, there are 4 articles that do not clearly depict employees' perspectives on organizational internal communication. Meanwhile, 1 article do not directly discuss how employees perceive internal communication; instead, they explain perspectives towards fellow organization members. The conclusion of study is that the perspective on internal communication, especially among employees in developing organizations, can be linked to performance, satisfaction, and other employees’ engagement. Suggestion for future research could involve using other qualitative methods, especially in startup companies.

Abstract

PT. Pesta Pora Abadi or Mie Gacoan is an Indonesian company within the Food and Beverages industry that produces food using noodles. Mie Gacoan is currently thriving with hype and sales, and with those momentum supporting them, they want to take advantage of this moment to expand their business by analysing their customer to market more their products, but they still don’t know Segmentasi is a process of knowing customer characteristics to get profitable customers for the company. Segmentasi will be done by grouping the customers into x categories. This study aims to combine K-means clustering and RFM to analyze the customer segmentation of Mie Gacoan. This customer characteristics will help Mie Gacoan in decision making to prioritize their energy and resources to potential customers or profitable customers.
