Abstract

The long-term goal of this research is the implementation of the development of service guidelines to increase student learning commitment so that they are able to support the optimal development and learning process, and are ready to face various challenges in the life process in the future. The specific objective of this research is to get a real picture of the profile of the development of learning commitment of high school students in the Indihiang District of Tasikmalaya District and the effectiveness of experiential based counseling services to increase student learning commitment. This study uses a quantitative-qualitative approach and uses the quasi-experimental method with pretest-posttest design. Data collection using questionnaires revealed the achievement of student learning commitment which was analyzed by inferential statistical analysis techniques. The results of the study showed an increase of 5.28% commitment to study high school students after participating in the unit of experiential learning activities.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the picture of resilience in class XI SMK Mitrabatik, based on gender, family integrity and planning a program to increase student resilience. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method to reveal a picture of student resilience, the population in this study is class XI SMK Mitrabatik, amounting to 350 students, the technique in this study uses saturated sampling by making the population members a sample. The results of this study in general the resilience of class XI students at SMK Mitrabatik are in the category of resilience quite 49% (172 people), the highest aspect is the optimism aspect and the lowest aspect is the emotional regulation aspect. Based on gender and family integrity did not have a significant difference. The shortcomings of this study sample is still limited so it does not yet represent all students in SMK Mitrabatik.

Abstract

. This research is motivated by a phenomenon that develops among students related to discipline in the learning process. The results showed that the discipline of learning had an effect both directly and indirectly on the success of the learning process, affecting the improvement of learning achievement, learning outcomes, and motivation to learn so that there was an interest to be developed. Guidance and counseling have an important role both in anticipating and healing for students who have low learning discipline. One way to improve learning discipline is by applying self management training. The general objective of this study was to obtain an empirical picture of the effectiveness of self management training in improving student learning discipline in Class XI of SMA Negeri 2 Tasikmalaya in the 2018/2019 Academic Year, totaling 218 students. The study was conducted with a non equivalent control group design research design. The instrument used was a learning discipline questionnaire. The data analysis technique used the t-test formula and the SPSS 16.00 for windows program to measure the two-pair difference test. The results showed that in general the discipline of student learning in Class XI of SMA Negeri 2 Tasikmalaya was in the moderate category. Self management training is effective in improving student learning discipline.

Abstract

Penelitian dilatarbelakangi oleh minimnya program layanan bimbingan di sekolah dasar, terutama dalam upaya peningkatan kecerdasan spiritual. Penelitian ditujukan untuk menguji keefektifan layanan bimbingan dan konseling aktualisasi diri untuk meningkatkan kecerdasan spiritual siswa sekolah dasar, menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode quasi experiment dengan disain non-equivalent pretest-posttest control group design. Penelitian dilaksanakan melalui empat tahapan sebagai berikut : studi pendahuluan, uji rasional layanan, pelaksanaan layanan, dan pengungkapan akhir untuk melihat keefektifan pemberian layanan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan 1) kecerdasan spiritual siswa secara umum berada pada kategori cukup cakap, 2) rumusan layanan bimbingan dan konseling aktualisasi diri cukup mewakili untuk diujicobakan dalam rangka meningkatkan kecerdasan spiritual, 3) layanan bimbingan dan konseling aktualisasi diri efektif untuk meningkatkan kecerdasan spiritual siswa. Layanan bimbingan dan konseling aktualisasi diri direkomendasikan untuk dipertimbangkan sebagai salah satu kerangka kerja dalam pengembangan dan pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan dan konseling untuk meningkatkan kecerdasan spiritual siswa sekolah dasar

Abstract

Kesejahteraan spiritual secara jelas merupakan hal pertama yang diamanatkan dalam Undang-Undang Sistem Pendidikan Nasional No.20 tahun 2003, dimana salah satu tujuan diselenggarakannya pendidikan adalah harapan bahwa setiap peserta didik memiliki kekuatan spiritual keagamaan, sebagai fondasi pribadi-pribadi tangguh generasi penerus bangsa. Kajian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kajian pustaka yaitu penelaahan secara mendalam pelbagai rujukan yang relevan untuk memperkokoh pemahaman dan kerangka fikir mengenai topik perkembangan kesejahteraan spiritual peserta didik.Dimensi spiritual merupakan salah satu ciri kemanusiaan, dan kesejahteraan spiritual merupakan dimensi psikologis individu yang merefleksikan kesehatan spiritual individu
