Abstract

Garcinia mangostana L. is a species tropical forest that has many benefit. The benefit mangosteen for human life makes it worth as commodity in International market. This aimed to find out the influence of coconut water, tauge extract, and yeast for mangosteen explants growth. The research took place in Sylviculture Laboratory at Tanjungpura University for 2 month. The data analyzed to use Non Parametric Statistics. The are four treatments given those are T0 = Control, T1 = Coconut water 15%, T2 = Tauge extract 15% and T3 = Yeast 8% with 7 repplications so there are 28 explants. For the whole, the parameters observed were the first times callus and sproud appear, the counts of explants had callus, sproud, browning or constant and the percentation of explants growth. Kruskal Wallis showed that the treatments didnt influence the growth of mangosteen explants. But, Chi-Square analysis showed that it gave influence for the value of mangosteen sproud explants. Yeast had 4 explants which make mangosteen explant sprouted. Its high and low value of sproud are 4 and 10. Base on it, yeast give a good influence for the mangosteen explants in vitro. Abstract

This research aims to analyze commissive speech acts in Putu Wijaya's democracy monologue. Commissive speech act is a speech act that binds the speaker to carry out what is mentioned in the speech. This research uses descriptive qualitative method which is a research that describes the phenomenon or situation that is observed objectively. The subject of this research is the video monologue "Democracy" by Putu Wijaya by students of SMAN 5 Surakarta. This research uses data collection techniques, namely listening and note-taking techniques. The listening technique is done repeatedly to get precise and accurate data. Furthermore, the results of listening to the data were collected by recording. The data analysis used is data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that the use of commissive speech acts in Putu Wijaya's “Democracy” monologue shows how speech functions to express the speaker's commitment to the spoken statement. Such as intending, promising, swearing, realizing, bargaining, and refusing.

Abstract

merupakan gabungan dari bahan kacang kedelai, jagung, kacang hijau, kacang merah, dan beras merah. Tujuan penelitian ini, yaitu menganalisis kadar gula dan protein pada minuman fungsional nabati berbahan dasar kedelai dan jagung dengan variasi penambahan bahan berupa kacang hijau, kacang merah, dan beras merah. Pendekatan yang dilakukan, yaitu secara eksperimental dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok dua faktor perlakuan, yakni jenis bahan tambahan dan waktu pemasakan (20, 25 dan 30 menit) pada suhu 70°C. Analisis kadar gula dengan metode refraktometer brix, sementara kadar protein metode kjeldahl. Hasil analisis kadar gula menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi bahan dan waktu pemasakan tidak memberikan perbedaan yang signifikan terhadap kadar gula. Perlakuan terbaik terdapat pada kombinasi kacang hijau, waktu 20 menit dengan kadar gula terendah 14,77%. Hasil analisis kadar protein menunjukkan adanya perbedaan signifikan, baik dari segi jenis bahan maupun waktu pemasakan. Perlakuan terbaik diperoleh pada kombinasi kacang hijau, waktu 25 menit dengan kadar protein tertinggi sebesar 7,32%. Kesimpulannya adalah kadar gula tidak memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap jenis bahan dan waktu pemasakan serta belum memenuhi standar Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan yang berkisar antara 5-7%. Kadar protein memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap jenis bahan dan waktu pemasakan serta telah memenuhi standar Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan karena minimal 2,5% kadar protein dalam minuman nabati.

Abstract

This research aims to design an effective and targeted training program to uncover the skill and knowledge needs of Culinary SMEs in Batam City. The study adopts a qualitative descriptive research approach, with Culinary SMEs in Batam City serving as the informants. The research was conducted from August to November 2023, involving Bizhub Polibatam, Faculty Members, and Project Based Learning students from Department of Business Management. The research findings will be utilized as a reference by Bizhub Polibatam in developing relevant training programs to enhance the competitiveness of Culinary SMEs in Batam, thereby contributing positively to local economic growth. The pressing training needs identified for Culinary SMEs in Batam include Marketing and Digitalization Training, as well as Financial Management, preferably conducted in-person through seminars or workshops with a duration of 1-3 days.

Abstract

Currently, 80% of the national garlic demand is filled by imports. The aims of this research are: 1) To analyze the forecasting/ projection of garlic production in 2023-2032; 2) Analyze forecasting/projection of garlic consumption in Indonesia in 2022-2032. The type of data used in this research is secondary data which is quantitative. The quantitative data used is time-series data from 1996-2022 for garlic production and data from 1996-2020 for garlic consumption in Indonesia. The forecasting method used in this study is the ARIMA method and the Trend Analysis method. The results of this study indicate that forecasting garlic production in Indonesia during the 2023-2032 period tends to decrease with an average growth in forecasting the amount of Indonesian garlic consumption during the 2022-2031 period of -5.48% per year. Forecasting of garlic consumption in Indonesia during the 2022-2031 period tends to increase with an average growth in forecasting the amount of Indonesian garlic consumption of 1.69% per year. Keywords: forecasting; garlic production; consumption; ARIMA; Trend Analysis   ABSTRAK Pemenuhan kebutuhan bawang putih nasional untuk saat ini sebesar 80% berasal dari impor. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: 1) Menganalisis peramalan/proyeksi jumlah produksi bawang putih tahun 2023-2032; 2) Menganalisis peramalan/proyeksi jumlah konsumsi bawang putih di Indonesia tahun 2022-2032. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu data sekunder yang bersifat kuantitatif. Data kuantitatif yang digunakan yaitu data time-series dari tahun 1996-2022 untuk produksi bawang putih dan data tahun 1996-2020 untuk konsumsi bawang putih di Indonesia. Metode peramalan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode ARIMA dan metode Proyeksi Trend. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peramalan produksi bawang putih di Indonesia selama periode 2023-2032 cenderung mengalami penurunan dengan rata-rata pertumbuhan pada peramalan jumlah konsumsi bawang putih Indonesia selama periode 2022-2031 adalah sebesar -5,48% per tahun. Peramalan konsumsi bawang putih di Indonesia selama periode 2022-2031 cenderung mengalami peningkatan dengan rata-rata pertumbuhan pada peramalan jumlah konsumsi bawang putih Indonesia adalah sebesar 1,69% per tahun. Kata Kunci: peramalan; produksi bawang putih; konsumsi; ARIMA; Analisis Tren

Abstract

Pendidikan memiliki peran yang sangat vital dalam perkembangan manusia, dan teknologi pendidikan kini menjadi faktor penting dalam proses belajar mengajar, khususnya dalam pembelajaran jarak jauh (PJJ). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali pandangan serta pengalaman guru dan siswa mengenai penerapan teknologi dalam PJJ, beserta tantangan dan peluang yang mereka temui. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam dan diskusi kelompok terarah (FGD). Temuan dari penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa penggunaan teknologi dalam PJJ memberikan sejumlah keuntungan, seperti fleksibilitas, kemudahan dalam mengakses materi, dan kesempatan bagi siswa untuk belajar secara mandiri. Meskipun demikian, terdapat tantangan besar yang dihadapi, terutama terkait dengan keterbatasan keterampilan digital guru, serta masalah akses perangkat dan jaringan internet yang belum merata di kalangan siswa. Selain itu, terbatasnya interaksi sosial dalam pembelajaran daring juga menjadi perhatian utama. Berdasarkan temuan ini, penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar pelatihan teknologi untuk guru diperkuat, akses perangkat dan internet ditingkatkan, serta pengembangan platform pembelajaran yang lebih user-friendly. Dengan kolaborasi yang solid antara pemerintah, sekolah, dan masyarakat, teknologi pendidikan berpotensi menjadi alat yang efektif untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di era digital ini.

Abstract

The purpose of this writing is to find out how regional government programs help Small and Medium Industrial businesses and the impact of government programs on the development of the Small and Medium Industry of Sanjai Crackers in Bukittinggi City. The analytical method used in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach technique. This research shows that the small and medium industry of sanjai crackers in Bukittinggi City, in running its business as workers and business actors, requires assistance/guidance from the government to assist them in terms of processing methods, income assistance and product marketing. From the results of observations made, the government has not been able to provide guidance/assistance evenly to Small and Medium Industry (IKM) business actors in Bukittinggi City. Therefore, it is important for local governments to provide training and guidance equally to SMEs so that this sector can develop and become a source of pride for the City of Bukittinggi and West Sumatra Province.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of teacher teaching creativity and interactional communication on student learning achievement. This research uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The results of this research are that teachers must have learning methods in teaching science. In the communication process between teachers and students, it can be seen that this gives rise to an interactional communication model. This interactional communication model is a communication model that is often used in everyday life and can build children's creativity. Education is a very important thing for someone to gain knowledge and improve one's self-quality. With the aim of this education, it can determine whether a person is successful or not based on the results they have achieved. There are several things that influence student learning achievement, in this case teaching creativity and communication between teachers and students are factors in achieving learning achievement
