Abstract

The paper discusses Sarak opat. Sarak opat is a leadership perform in the Gayo people. Sarak opat is a leadership behavior and practice. The approach of the research is ethnography. Research techniques with special involvement when a leader giving a speech. The analysis review field notes in the cultural symbols attached to traditional forms. The study shows that the leadership of the Gayo people does not have a lower hierarchy and has a unique rectangular shape. Behavioral leaders must have communication intelligence. The leader's expression characterizes accuracy, analogy, and kindness. Leaders are advanced, religious, fair, wise, honest, consistent, and frugal. The leader in Gayo local wisdom is the main decision maker (lantak uluh), administrator (tetah tentu), mentoring (jege perala), and honorable (layak laku).

Abstract

Education as a system is an organization that aims to create graduates who have multi-intelligence so can manifest themselves as part of civil society.To achieve the goals of education above, Communication within organizations is an important element of that form and allows an organization to work. The fact in the field of attention of madrasa to communication is very low. This research will discuss the Model and Application of Islamic Educational Organization Communication (A Research on MAN I Takengon, Central Aceh, Aceh). This study aims to descriptives of the model and application of organizational communication. This study used a qualitative approach, data collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documents about various communication models used, then analyzed data, by describing qualitatively using the concept of miles and huberman. The research results shows that the communication model used varies, no ones model of communication is superior. Communication tools both internal and external relatively the same, the use of information powerless computing or ICT has not been maximized. It is not significant obstacles were found in establishing internal and external communications, although the committee and parents were not proactive in establishing communication with the madrasa.

Abstract

The aim of this paper is to discover the principles or patterns of empowerment and enrichment in the philosophy of Pucuk Rebung (bamboo shoots) in the motives of Kerawang Gayo. The method of this research is ethnographic method with interview data collection techniques, and study of the kerawang gayo text. Respondents of the research were the chairman of the Gayo customary assembly, traditional leaders, and community leaders. The method used is an ethnographic domain analysis. The research results shows that there are 7 principles of empowerment and enrichment based on local wisdom of openwork gayo motives, namely enlargment and betterment, sustainable leading, professional assistance, competency rechargement, professional employee strategic placement, consistency strengthening and improvement maintenance. Abstract

A phenomenon that has been seen during the fact that most teachers do not carry out their obligations as they should due to having different educational backgrounds, the ability of children who are lacking with a background low socioeconomics and demands on the fulfilment of administrative completeness as a teacher receiving a professional certification. This activity aims to strengthen the responsibility of teachers as a profession, especially religious teachers.  This method of service activity uses a   Participation Action Research (PAR) approach through socialization, training and mentoring to teachers, especially in aspects of faith, morals, physical, and intellectual improvement of students,  student psychology and society. The target of this activity is the total number of teachers who teach Ibtidaiyah Madrasah at The Kasih Sayang Foundation, which is  20 teachers.  The instrument in this activity uses a pre and post-test questionnaire while the difference test uses a Wilcoxon test with p = 0.001. There is a change in the   responsibility  of teachers of Islamic religious education after this activity ends

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi adanya pelarangan seorang syarifah menikah dengan laki-laki yang bukan sayyid, dikarenakan nasab yang mulia yang ada pada syarifah itu sendiri akan terputus apabila syarifah itu menikah dengan yang bukan sayyid Penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan (file reserch) yang bersifat kualitatif yang diuraikan secara deskrftif kualitatif. Setelah peneliti melakukan pengumpulan data mengenai Persepsi Syarifah di Hidayatullah Balikpapa tentang pernikahan syarifah dengan laki-laki non sayyid, terbagi menjadi dua persepsi. Persepsi pertama mengatakan bahwa syarifah boleh menikah dengan non sayyid dengan alasan pernikahan tersebut tidak ada pelarangannya dalam al-Qur’an dan as-Sunnah dan lebih mengutamakan ketaqwaannya, adapun persepsi kedua berpendapat tidak setuju dengan pernikahan antara syarifah dengan non sayyid karena akan memutuskan nasab yang dimiliki oleh syarifah tersebut, bahwa syarifah yang ingin menikah hendaknya mengutamakan nasab mulianya, apabila ditinjau dari sisi kafa’ah maka yang diutamakan adalah agama, karena kafa’ah merupakan syarat lazim bukan syarat sah.
