Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis apakah ada pengaruh antara Reward, Punishment dan Motivasi terhadap kinerja Karyawan pada PT Barru Barakah Property. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif, data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder yang dihasilkan dari penyebaran kuisioner, wawancara, observasi langsung dan studi kepustakaan. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisa statistika yaitu analisa regresi linier berganda dengan pembuktian hipotesis melalui uji t untuk membuktikan keterkaitan antara variabel independent dengan variabel dependent secara parsial dan uji f untuk membuktikan keterkaitan antara variabel independen dengan variabel dependent secara simultan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mengambil sampel sebanyak 33 responden yang merupakan jumlah seluruh Karyawan PT Barru Barakah Property. Penelitian ini membuktikan terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara variabel Reward, Punishment dan Motivasi secara sendiri-sendiri (parsial) terhadap kinerja . Penelitian ini juga membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara variabel Reward, Punishment dan Motivasi secara bersama-sama (simultan) terhadap kinerja. Abstract

The success and failure of an organization is determined by the organizational culture attached to its members, and how to apply the culture in building the organization. Organizational culture affect how employees behave and work, recognizing their work, in collaboration with project partner and look to the future. Success and failure are determined from cultural organizations and their ability to transform themselves to support the objectives of the organization and maintain its viability. Organizations must be able to enhance human resources and strengthen the culture to carry out its function as a maker of meaning and control in shaping attitudes and behavior of employees (Robbins, 2006). Organizational culture can affect the survival of the organization if it is linked organizations' efforts to anticipate the difficulties in adjusting the various external and internal changes and the integration of the internal forces (Schein, 1992). The level of organizational empowerment with respect to the ability of the system defines the organization and procedures to be followed by his staff. The reference level and individual capabilities with regard to comfort those who are able to highly motivated to take the initiative and act without strict procedures, if people like and be able to handle empowerment, and they are in an organization that empowers them, then the organization can be categorized as an adaptive organization

Abstract

Abstrak Setiap perusahaan harus bisa menjaga, memelihara dan meningkatkan kualitas kinerja SDM yang dimiliki. Penelitian ini bertujuan ingin menguji pengaruh motivasi, kompetensi, kompensasi dan budaya kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini tergolong penelitian tingkat eksplanasi (level of explanation) atau tingkat penjelasan yang bermaksud menjelaskan kedudukan variabel-variabel yang diteliti serta hubungan antara satu variable dengan variable yang lain. Sebagai alat atau instrument untuk mengumpulkan data dalam penelitian ini, digunakan kuisioner yang disebarkan kepada responden. Data yang dihimpun dengan menggunakan daftar pertanyaan (indicator) yang diajukan sebagai alat ukur dengan menggunakan modifikasi skala likert. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai pada Personel Pada Satker Satuan Brimob Polda SulSel yang berjumlah 230 orang personel Brimob. Penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini ditentukan sebesar 25% x 230 populasi maka total sampel adalah 58 orang pegawai. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dapat ditarik kesimpulan berupa : 1) Terdapat pengaruh secara positif dan signifikan motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai Pada Satker Satuan Brimob Polda SulSel.; 2) Terdapat pengaruh secara positif dan signifikan kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai Pada Satker Satuan Brimob Polda SulSel.; 3) terdapat pengaruh kompensasi secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Pada Satker Satuan Brimob Polda SulSel.; 4) budaya kerja berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Pada Satker Satuan Brimob Polda SulSel. Artinya Jika budaya kerja yang diterapkan Satker Satuan Brimob Polda SulSel masih terdapat kekurangan karena masih ada oknum pegawai yang melakukan kecurangan maka akan sulit untuk meningkatkan kinerja kerja pegawai. Kata Kunci: motivasi, kompetensi, kompensasi, budaya kerja, kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

Work motivation, training and job satisfaction towards Employee Work Achievement at Majauleng District Office in Wajo Regency, both partially and simultaneously. This study uses a survey research design model that uses correlational using a quantitative approach. Correlational research discusses explaining that there is no relationship or relationship between various variables based on the size of the coefficient in question. The population in this study were all employees at the Majauleng District Office in Wajo District as many as 72 employees. Sampling of this study was carried out using saturated samples or census techniques, namely all populations were made as samples. Quantitative data analysis techniques obtained from the results of questionnaires using multiple linear regression analysis (multiple regression analysis). The results showed that partially simultaneous, motivation, training and positive job satisfaction were significant and significant for employee work performance at Majauleng District Office, Wajo District.

Abstract

This community engagement project trained students in utilizing dry waste to produce biomass briquettes, equipping them with essential skills for their future community service (KKN) activities. The training, attended by 20 students, covered theoretical and practical aspects, including waste management, biomass briquette concepts, and alternative energy sources. Lectures and presentations by experts provided a comprehensive understanding of biomass briquettes. Practical demonstrations taught students the steps involved in briquette production, from waste collection and processing to mixing and using natural adhesives. The training also included marketing strategies, market analysis, and business model development to equip students with entrepreneurial skills. Results indicated high levels of understanding and skill acquisition, with 90% successfully performing drying and crushing techniques, 85% correctly mixing materials and adhesives, and 80% effectively conducting quality tests on briquettes. The training significantly improved participants' teamwork and communication skills, essential for their upcoming KKN activities. This project contributed to sustainable waste management practices and alternative energy solutions, enhancing students' readiness to implement these practices in their communities.
