Abstract

The purpose of this research is to see the effect of the current ratio, managerial ownership, asset growth, and the company size on the funding policy.The population of this research are all companies include in the group of Real Eatate & Property which go public on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012as many as 51 companies. The companies that fulfill the critera and be the sample are 32 companies. The research analysis which is used was multiple linear regression equation with yhe help of SPSS software ( Statistical Product and Service Solution ).The results showed that the current ratio was proven to affect the funding policy on the Real Estate & Property Company. It can be seen from the t-test (3.360)> -table (1.980)and p-value (0.001)< α (0.05), meaning that the greater value of the current ratiogive and inpact on funding policies value of the companies concerned. Managerial Ownership showed that it has no effect on funding policies on Real Estate & Property Company. It can be seen from the t-test(2.756)> t-table (1.980) and p value (0.007)< α (0.05), meaning that the changes in managerial ownership will not give an effect on funding policy value on company concerned. Asset growth proved that there is no effect on the funding policy of the real estate & property company. It can be seen from t-test (-1.661) <t-table (1.980) and p value(0.099)> α (0.05), meaning that changes in growth asset will not affect the value of the policy round of funding in the company concerned. But it was showed that the size of the company affect of the funding policy of the real estate financing and property company. It can be seen from the t-test (4.909)> t-table (1.980) and p value (0.000)< α (0.05), meaning that changes in the value of the size of the company will have an impact on the value of the funding policies of the companies concerned. The coefficient of determination is 0.208 which showed that the influence of the independent variables used in the model of funding research on policy as the dependent variable of 20.8%.Keywords : Current Ratio, Managerial Ownership, Asset Growth , Company Size, Funding Policy.

Abstract

Abstract: “This research is entitled "Implementation of Character Education in Forming Responsible Character at SMP IT Raudhatul Ulum Sakatiga Ogan Ilir". The reason the researcher took this title is because the researcher sees that there is still responsibility character education that is not yet running in accordance with the goals of character education in the school environment, where there are still students who are not used to responsibility in the school environment. The main problem in this research is how to implement character education in forming responsible character and what are the supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing character education in forming responsible character at SMP IT Raudhatul Ulum Sakatiga Ogan Ilir.This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The main informant in this research is the principal of SMP IT Raudhatul Ulum, while the supporting informants are the Head of Student Affairs who doubles as a teacher, as well as class IX students. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The data obtained was then analyzed descriptively using interactive analysis techniques which included data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and data validity.From the research results obtained as follows: First, the implementation of character education in forming responsible character can run with the existence of policies made by schools to form responsible character in students, not only through regulations but through activities that motivate them to have a sense of responsibility. Second, the environment also has an important role in implementing responsible character education. Third, supporting and inhibiting factors that are the reasons for implementing or not implementing responsible character education”.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas Pendidikan dimadrasah dan menjadikan madrasah lebih relevan dengan perkembangan zaman. Inovasi dalam perencanaan pengembangan madrasah di era digital merupakan hal yang mendesak untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dan relevansi lembaga pendidikan Islam dengan perkembangan zaman. Dalam konteks era digital yang terus berkembang, madrasah perlu mengadopsi strategi inovatif dalam merancang perencanaan pengembangan yang memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi secara efektif. penelitian ini membahas konsep inovatif dalam perencanaan pengembangan madrasah di era digital, termasuk penerapan teknologi dalam proses pembelajaran, pengembangan kurikulum berbasis teknologi, dan integrasi sistem informasi untuk manajemen sekolah yang lebih efisien. Adapun manfaat Dengan memanfaatkan inovasi dalam perencanaan pengembangan, madrasah dapat memperkuat posisinya sebagai lembaga pendidikan yang relevan, modern, dan mampu memberikan pendidikan berkualitas di tengah dinamika era digital yang terus berubah. Kegiatan ini mengkaji kritis pemikiran tokoh-tokoh dan literatur buku, jurnal, dan yang berkaitan lainnya yang memang sesuai dengan materi yang akan disajikan.
