Abstract

Pendidikan anak berkebutuhan khusus adalah pendidikan yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan fisik, intelektual, emosional, dan sosial anak. Penelitian ini mengevaluasi implementasi Kurikulum K-13 yang Beradaptasi dengan Kurikulum Merdeka pada Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus di SLB-A PRPCN Palembang, dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kemajuan yang baik, tetapi masih ada kendala seperti kurangnya guru berkualitas dan fasilitas pembelajaran yang memadai. Untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan anak berkebutuhan khusus, diperlukan upaya berkelanjutan dalam pengorganisasian, motivasi, dan koordinasi. Faktor pendukung meliputi kualifikasi guru yang sesuai dan kerjasama dengan sekolah lain, sementara faktor penghambat termasuk kualifikasi guru yang kurang memadai dan kekurangan media pembelajaran. Dalam kesimpulannya, penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya upaya berkelanjutan dalam mengatasi tantangan dalam implementasi Kurikulum untuk pendidikan anak berkebutuhan khusus. Ini dapat dicapai dengan meningkatkan kualifikasi guru, fasilitas pembelajaran, dan mempertimbangkan faktor pendukung dan penghambat. Upaya ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan mutu pendidikan anak berkebutuhan khusus di SLB-A PRPCN Palembang

Abstract

Special needs education is education tailored to the physical, intellectual, emotional, and social needs of children. This research aims to investigate the implementation of the K-13 curriculum and its adaptation to the Merdeka Curriculum for Children with Special Needs at SLB-A PRPCN Palembang. The method employed is qualitative, involving data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis techniques consist of data collection, data presentation, verification, and drawing conclusions. The data analysis results indicate that the school principal has successfully organized, provided guidance, motivation, and coordinated effectively with all educational stakeholders at SLB-A PRPCN, including teachers, staff, students, and parents as partners in the educational process. In this process, continuous efforts are necessary to enhance the implementation of the K-13 curriculum that has been adapted to the Merdeka curriculum for children with special needs. These efforts encompass improving teacher qualifications, enhancing learning facilities, and identifying and addressing factors that support or hinder curriculum implementation. It is expected that these actions will have a significant positive impact on the quality of education for children with special needs at SLB-A PRPCN Palembang

This research aims to explore how to develop a PAI curriculum that is adaptive to the development of digital technology. This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method that utilizes previous writings such as books, journals, and articles. Content analysis and descriptive analysis are the basis for this research. Propositions and concepts are supported by a comprehensive and critical literature analysis from a variety of sources. The results of the analysis show that the development of an Islamic Religious Education curriculum that is adaptive to the development of digital technology involves the use of digital technology in learning such as interactive multimedia, e-learning platforms, mobile applications, virtual reality, and augmented reality to increase students' interest, motivation, and learning experience. This curriculum also includes the development of quality digital teaching materials such as interactive e-books, learning videos, and the use of e-learning platforms. In addition, training is needed for PAI teachers in integrating digital technology into learning, including the use of digital devices, the development of digital teaching materials, the use of e-learning platforms, digital learning strategies, and the ethics and safety of technology use

Abstract

Education for children with special needs is education that is adapted to the child's physical, intellectual, emotional and social needs. This research evaluates the implementation of the K-13 Curriculum Adapted to the Independent Curriculum for Children with Special Needs at SLB-A PRPCN Palembang, using a qualitative case study method. Research results show good progress, but there are still obstacles such as a lack of qualified teachers and adequate learning facilities. To improve the quality of education for children with special needs, continuous efforts are needed in organization, motivation and coordination. Supporting factors include appropriate teacher qualifications and collaboration with other schools, while inhibiting factors include inadequate teacher qualifications and a lack of learning media. In its conclusion, this research emphasizes the importance of continued efforts in overcoming challenges in implementing the curriculum for the education of children with special needs. This can be achieved by improving teacher qualifications, learning facilities, and considering supporting and inhibiting factors. It is hoped that this effort can improve the quality of education for children with special needs at SLB-A PRPCN Palembang.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) merupakan salah satu kegiatan inti yang dilakukan oleh Mahasiswa Pascasarjana UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. Kegiatan ini tujuan utamanya adalah mensosialisasikan serta menambah wawasan terkait manajemen kepada masyarakat yang merupakan lembaga pendidikan sebagai bentuk pengabdian yang lebih meluas. Setiap mahasiswa dituntut untuk bisa mengatur dan mengendalikan waktu yang dimiliki untuk menghadapi tugas-tugas kuliah ataupun aktivitas-aktivitas diluar kampus. Karena itu mahasiswa harus belajar untuk memanajemen waktunya, mengatur prioritas, serta membuat jadwal agar semua kegiatan dapat di kendalikan dengan baik. Beranjak dari permasalahan tersebut maka tim pengabdi melakukan pengenalan dan sosialisasi dengan pimpinan, pendidik, serta tenaga kependidikan yang ada di STIT Muara Enim. Metode yang dilakukan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini meliputi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Dari kegiatan pengabdian ini, terungkap bahwa para peserta, termasuk pimpinan, pendidik, dan tenaga kependidikan, memperoleh manfaat dari pelatihan yang disampaikan oleh narasumber yang ahli di bidangnya. Antusiasme yang cukup tinggi terlihat melalui diskusi antara pengabdi dan peserta, yang memperluas wawasan mereka dan memberikan dampak positif terhadap penerapan strategi manajemen waktu yang tepat di STIT Muara Enim.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of educational service marketing at SMP Plus Islam Al-Fahd Jakabaring and SMP IT Syajarul Qur'an Gelumbang and identify supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation. The study used a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of educational service marketing is carried out through four main indicators: direction, communication, motivation, and coordination. SMP Plus Islam Al-Fahd excels in utilizing digital media and superior programs, while SMP IT Syajarul Qur'an faces challenges in reaching a wider market. Supporting factors include strong leadership and active participation of human resources, while inhibiting factors include limited human resources and less than optimal promotional strategies. This study contributes to the development of Islamic educational marketing theory and provides practical recommendations for similar educational institutions.
