Abstract

These researches are for: (1) description of ability and export students in X grades high school 1 Sungai Puar, Agam, (2) description writing argumented students in X grades high school 1 Sungai Puar, Agam, (3) description relation between writing with skills how to write argumented paragraf students in X grades high school 1 Sungai Puar, Agam.            These researches used quantitative approach with descripted metode results of  research are from 2 tried out: objective and performance. Objective tried out used for gathering data, whereas performance used for gathering data of writing skills of argumented paragraf. Are exsampel of these researches are 32 people, we ased propotionat technique random sampling take out 24 % from all of students per class.            Base this research and data analysis, conclated : 1st understand reading students of high school 1 Sungai Puar, Agam resulted in good qualification (74,25), 2nd skiils of writing argumented paragraf resulted enough qualification (70,46), 3nd there were signifant relation between understanding read and skills of writing argumented paragraf, because of improving resulted t sount > t tabel (4,098 > 2,750). 0,60 so that writing and reading have significan relation.

Abstract

Beton SCC (Self Compacting Concrete) merupakan suatu beton yang memiliki sifat kecairan (fluidity) yang tinggi, sehingga mampu mengalir dan mengisi keseluruhan ruang-ruang dalam cetakan akibat berat sendirinya tanpa melalui proses pemadatan. Komposisi SCC hampir sama dengan komposisi yang digunakan dalam pembuatan beton pada umumnya, yaitu menggunakan pasir, kerikil, semen, air dan menambahkan bahan tambah superplasticizer dalam campuran beton. Bahan limbah dalam penelitian ini adalah limbah pecahan keramik dan tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memanfaatkan limbah tersebut, serta mengetahui pengaruh kuat tekan beton dengan penggunaan limbah pecahan keramik. Presentase penambahan limbah pecahan keramik terhadap agregat kasar 0%, 10%, 15% dan 20%. Hasil rata-rata berat jenis beton masuk ke kategori beton normal dengan nilai 2340 kg/m³ - 2381 kg/m³. Hasil kuat tekan rata-rata beton SCC BPK 0% umur 7, 14, 21 dan 28 hari adalah 18,57 MPa, 20,50 MPa, 23,14 MPa dan 26,50 MPa. Beton SCC BPK 10% umur 7, 14, 21 dan 28 hari adalah 18,08 MPa, 19,34 MPa, 21,42 MPa dan 25,19 MPa. Beton SCC BPK 15% umur 7, 14, 21 dan 28 hari adalah 17,74 MPa, 20,42 MPa, 22,78 MPa dan 25,29 MPa. Untuk beton SCC BPK 20% umur 7, 14, 21 dan 28 hari adalah 16,64 MPa, 19,19 MPa, 20,91 MPa dan 23,27 MPa. Penggunaan limbah yang paling optimum pada beton SCC dengan substitusi pecahan keramik sebanyak 15% dengan nilai kuat tekan 25,29 MPa. Abstract

Increased use of social media, including the TikTok platform, has become a significant phenomenon among teenagers. On the other hand, religious education and religious literacy are important aspects in forming students' character and morals. However, there has been no in-depth research regarding how the use of TikTok affects students' religious literacy in the school environment, especially at SMPN 1 Babadan. Therefore, this research aims to find out how the use of social media TikTok affects the religious literation of students at SMPN 1 Babadan. This research method uses a qualitative approach with interviews and observations. The research results show that students at SMPN 1 Babadan use TikTok social media for PAI learning such as creating content and searching for material with guidance and supervision from the teacher. The use of social media TikTok can influence the religious literacy of students at SMPN 1 Babadan. This shows the importance of understanding the influence of social media on religious and educational aspects.

Abstract

Exclusive breastfeeding is one of the indicators of the success of feeding babies aged 0-6 months which is the basis for providing nutrition in the first 1000 years of life. Most provinces still have a percentage of exclusive breastfeeding below the national average, including North Sumatra at 57,83% (BPS, 2021). The conditionof traditional markets in Indonesia, especially in North Sumatra, is very risky for the health of babies during the breastfeeding process (BPS, 2020).To overcome the obstacles and problems during breastfeeding that have been reported, it can be strengthened by carrying out empowerment which aims to obtain sufficient knowledge and skills for traders who breastfeed, comprehensive support such as providing breastfeeding facilitation, as well as guarantees regarding the right quality and quantity of breast milk.

Abstract

Background: Nugget products enhanced with locust flour are being explored as a novel source of functional food due to their high protein content, which plays a vital role in maintaining human health. Locusts, commonly consumed in parts of Africa and Asia, offer a promising alternative protein source. This study investigated the consumer acceptability of nuggets formulated with grasshopper flour as a nutrient-dense, functional food option. Methods: A Completely Randomized Design (CRD) was employed, and data were analyzed using the Friedman Test to assess differences among treatments. If significant differences (p < 0.05) were found, further analysis was performed with the Wilcoxon Test through SPSS version 20. Organoleptic evaluation was carried out by 30 semi-trained panelists. The nugget formulations tested were: P1 (100% tapioca flour, 0% grasshopper flour), P2 (95% tapioca flour, 5% grasshopper flour), and P3 (85% tapioca flour, 15% grasshopper flour). Results: Findings indicated that P1 (without grasshopper flour) received the highest scores in terms of color and aroma. For texture, both P1 and P2 (5% grasshopper flour) were equally preferred. In terms of taste, P1 remained the most favored. Conclusion: Overall, nuggets without any addition of grasshopper flour (P1) achieved the highest level of acceptability across all sensory attributes.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the business communication strategy used by street vendors at Gambir Tembung Market, Percut Sei Tuan District, Deli Serdang Regency in selling their wares. In this case, the authors use field research, which is a research that can retrieve the desired data that will be found directly in the field. This investigation obtains data directly from respondents through observation and interviews arranged according to the research objectives. This research uses (descriptive analysis research), namely research that describes and interprets what is there. The object of this research is street vendors in Gambir Tembung Market, Percut Sei Tuan District, Deli Serdang Regency. Regarding the results of the research that the author obtained from street vendors at Gambir Tembung Market, Percut Sei Tuan District, Deli Serdang Regency, regarding the types of merchandise, namely: Vegetable traders, chili traders and basic food traders.

Abstract

The coverage of Antenatal Care (ANC) visits in Indonesia has not yet reached the national target of 95%. Low awareness among pregnant women regarding the importance of ANC remains a challenge, influenced by factors such as education level, knowledge, family support, and limited access to health information. To address this issue, appropriate and effective educational approaches are needed to increase pregnant women's understanding and adherence to routine ANC visits. One effective educational tool is the flip chart, a visual aid composed of sequential pages containing concise and structured health information, supported by illustrations and diagrams. Flip charts promote two-way communication between healthcare providers and clients, delivering information in a gradual and visually engaging manner. This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to raise pregnant women’s awareness and understanding of ANC through flip chart-based education. The flip chart serves not only as an information medium but also as an interactive tool to support informed health decisions. It is expected that this intervention will enhance knowledge and positively influence pregnant women’s behavior in complying with ANC schedules, ultimately contributing to better maternal and fetal health outcomes.

Abstract

A woman who is in pregnancy from conception to birth is called a pregnant woman. Pregnant women can be at risk of anemia due to the impact of folic acid deficiency. Alternative innovations in healthy snack products for pregnant women include pineapple cakes, which are innovated with broccoli which is rich in folic acid and mango podang. The type of method of this research is experiments using organoleptic tests where researchers measure the level of preference for processed products from broccoli flour 3 treatments P1 (100% wheat flour: 0% broccoli flour), P2 (96.5% wheat flour: 3 broccoli flour, 5%) and P3 (93% wheat flour, 7% broccoli flour).The results showed that the highest acceptability of this product to color was P1 (97%), the highest aroma acceptability was P1 (97%), the highest texture acceptability was P1 (95%), and the highest taste acceptability was P1 (98%). This is because the P1 dough has not been mixed with broccoli flour so that in terms of color, aroma, texture and taste it has superior results, but the difference in the percentage of acceptability with P2 and P3 is not much different.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Gross Profit, Operating Profit, and Net Profit in predicting future cash flows in manufacturing companies within the food and beverage sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2020–2024 period. This sector was chosen due to its crucial role in Indonesia’s economy and its consistent growth, despite challenges such as the COVID-19 pandemic, rising raw material costs, and intense market competition. In business operations, a healthy cash flow is vital to support daily activities, investments, and long-term sustainability. Therefore, the ability to predict future cash flows using financial indicators such as profits becomes essential. This research uses a quantitative approach with secondary data obtained from the financial reports published on the official IDX website. The results of the analysis show that Gross Profit, Operating Profit, and Net Profit all have a significant influence on future cash flows, both simultaneously and partially. These findings reinforce the role of profit metrics as effective predictive tools that management can use for strategic financial decision-making. This study is expected to contribute to the financial accounting literature and provide practical insights for investors, analysts, and company managers.
