Abstract

Since the outbreak of a disease called Corona Virus originating from Wuhan, China, otherwise known as COVID19, it has been reported in various aspects at the end of 2019. In this regard, the practice of applied education was still traditional education before COVID-19 reached Indonesia. Some schools have developed a culture of education through IT, especially at the elementary school level, but traditional education is still the main priority. Therefore, bypassing this section, the author wants to dig deeper into educational innovations that are involved in educational practice in the era of the COVID-19 pandemic. This study uses a literature review (books, magazines, determinations, similar to essays). Literature study is the procedure used to collect information or sources related to the subject discussed in the determination. The result of this determination is that a solution is found in the form of an innovation from government policies to education in Indonesia after the pandemic

Abstract

Tujuan dilaksanakannya kegiatan KKN ini adalah untuk penguatan karakter anak agar bisa memperoleh kehidupan yang baik di masa yang akan datang. Hal itu tentunya harus diimbangi dengan pola asuh yang tepat. Kegiatan ini juga dilakukan agar dapat membantu masyarakat di Desa Gajahmekar agar bisa mengetahui bagaimana tumbuh kembang anak yang baik. Sumber data yang diperoleh dari data primer dan sekunder sehingga dapat dipertanggungjawabkan. Metode pelaksanaan KKN ini dilakukan dalam bentuk pendidikan masyarakat, difusi IPTEK/ pengenalan teknologi, dan juga praktek yang melibatkan para ahli dan masyarakat secara langsung. Hasil pelaksanaan program ini dapat berjalan dengan baik dan lancar, serta berperan pada penguatan karakter anak.

Abstract

The era of globalization demands the ability to read quickly as a crucial skill in facing the rapid growth of information. Speed reading is not just about speed, but also maintaining understanding of the reading content. This journal reviews the concept of speed reading, inhibiting factors, benefits, and strategies for increasing reading speed. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a focus on data collection and analysis. The results show that speed reading involves speed without compromising content understanding. Inhibitory factors involve vocalization, lip movements, head movements, finger pointing, regression, and subvocalization. Strategies to overcome inhibition include reducing physical movements, minimizing vocalizations, and strengthening self-confidence. The goals of speed reading involve efficiency in getting a general impression, finding specific information, and saving time. Increasing reading speed can be achieved through applying methods, focusing on relevant aspects, and avoiding inhibiting habits. This journal presents a comprehensive view to help individuals optimize their speed reading skills.

Abstract

The teaching methods that educators can apply in teaching and learning activities are very varied, the aim is so that students do not get bored quickly and can increase activity in class. One teaching method that can be used is project based learning or abbreviated as PjBL, this method is project based which can increase students' critical and active thinking when learning activities take place. The research used a literature review method using 15 articles which aimed to examine how successful the project based learning teaching method was used for learning Indonesian. Based on the results of data analysis and reviewing 15 articles, it can be concluded that the application of the project based learning teaching method for learning Indonesian was successful and had a very positive impact on students when teaching and learning activities took place.

Abstract

The need for soybeans in Indonesia increases along with population growth, with demand reaching 2.7 million tons in 2023. Soybeans are an important raw material in the food industry, especially for processed products such as tempeh. This research aims to analyze the control of soybean supplies in the Bogor Regency Tofu and Tempe Cooperative (KOPTI) using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method. The Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method was chosen because it is able to optimize the costs of ordering and storing raw materials. Primary data was obtained through interviews with KOPTI owners and employees. The analysis results show that the optimal order quantity is 333,371 kg with an order frequency of 4 times per year. In addition, the safety stock required is 82,252 kg, and the reorder point is 85,865 kg. Using the EOQ method can save total inventory costs from IDR 14,332,491.57 to IDR 910,102.39. This research suggests KOPTI to apply the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method to increase cost efficiency and maintain stable raw material supplies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh banyaknya guru yang hanya berperan sebagai pendidik yakni hanya mentransfer ilmu pengetahuan saja tanpa memberikan motivasi dalam rangka membentuk akhlak siswanya menjadi lebih baik. Sehingga sering dijumpai siswa yang malas dalam belajar, akhlak siswa yang kurang baik terhadap guru maupun sesama siswa dalam hal perkataan, perbuatan, dan tingkah laku. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan peran guru pendidikan agama Islam sebagai motivator dalam membentuk akhlak siswa dan menjelaskan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi peran guru pendidikan agama Islam sebagai motivator dalam membentuk akhlak siswa di MA Al- wathoniyah 14 Jakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, dengan subjek penelitian adalah guru pendidikan agama islam, kepala sekolah, dan dua siswi kelas X MA Al-wathoniyah Jakarta. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan menggunakan langkah-langkah analisis yang dilakukan dalam penelitian kualitatif menurut Miles dan Huberman yaitu tahap pengumpulan data (data collection), tahap reduksi d ata (data reduction), tahap penyajian data (data display), tahap penarikan kesimpulan (conclusions: drawing/verifying). Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran guru pendidikan agama islam di MA Al-wathoniyah 14 Jakarta sudah berjalan mestinya. Terbukti dengan adanya peran guru sebagai motivator dapat menciptakan sekolah yang kondusif serta membentuk akhlak siswa. Dengan adanya program-program yang dilaksanakan di sekolah tersebut dapat mendorong atau merubah akhlak siswa. Di antaranya seperti program Tahsin, tahfidz, sholat dhuha berjamaah embiasakan berperilaku sopan santun, menghargai dan menghormati orang lain, faktor yang mempengaruhi pembentukan akhlak siswa dari faktor internal meliputi kebiasaan dan keinginan atau kemauan keras serta faktor eksternal yaitu dari lingkungan sekolah yang dapat mempengaruhi dalam pembentukan akhlak
