Abstract

Boarding houses have become a fairly important need for many people, especially for students studying outside the area who choose boarding houses as temporary housing, and students whose homes may be quite far from the campus where they study by renting boarding houses near their campus so as not to spend a lot of energy and time traveling. The boarding house route search information system has benefits for users who will search for the nearest boarding house from various features such as finding boarding house routes and viewing detailed boarding house information. ease of boarding house owners to manage data allows information to be continuously updated. This study aims to create an android-based boarding house location information system. The research stage starts from the design of a system that has been built using a Use Case Diagram that has three actors including admin, boarding house owner, and tenant/user. Each of these actors has different roles and access rights. At the implementation stage of the system creation process using the android studio application, then the system is tested using the BlackBox method. Based on the results of system tests that have been carried out obtaining good results or in other words the system can run as expected.

Abstract

This research aims at: (1) finding out the learning conditions in Introduction to Technology of Information and Communication course of Electrical Engineering Education Department at Makassar State University; (2) finding out the developmental phases of learning media based on web learning in Introduction to Technology of Information and Communication course of Electrical Engineering Education at Makassar State University; and (3) finding out the validity level of learning media based on material and media experts' assessment. This research employed a developmental research using ADDIE which is modified in three phases that is Analyze, Design, and Develop. The research is conducted at Electrical Engineering Education Department at Makassar State University. The informants were chosen from material and media experts. In line with that, the data was obtained through observation and questionnaires, while technique of data analysis through descriptive analysis. The results of this study show three developmental phases of learning media based on web learning in Introduction to Technology of Information and Communication course of Electrical Engineering Education Department at Universitas Negeri Makassar as follows: (1) analyze phase; (2) design phase; and (3) develop phase. The results of the validator (1) validation by material experts achieving the feasibility of 82.81%, (2) by the design experts who reached 89.58% from the results of the study of learning media in Introduction to Technology of Information and Communication that are developing Electronics so as to produce excellent results for this company. The conclusion is that this research uses Research and Development (R&D).

Abstract

This study aims to (1) determine the learning process using the google meeting application in the Electronic Measuring Instruments and Measurement Systems course with the NHT type cooperative model, (2) determine the level of effectiveness of student learning outcomes using the google meeting application in the Measuring Instruments and Measurement Systems course Electronics with NHT type cooperative models. This type of research is PTK (Classroom Action Research) Participants. The subjects in this study were students majoring in Electronic Engineering Education (S1) Class 02, Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Negeri Makassar with 32 respondents. Data analysis techniques used in descriptive analysis research. The results of the study reveal that distance learning using the Google meeting application is effective and improves student learning outcomes. The pretest in cycle 1 obtained an average N gain in learning outcomes of 0.31, which means that no student reached the minimum standard of completeness (KKM), while in the posttest stage, 15 students met the minimum standard of completeness. Furthermore, classically obtained a posttest value of 46% in cycle 1 and there was an increase in cycle 2 with an average value of N learning gain of 0.70. In cycle 2, 6 students obtained pretest scores reaching KKM and 29 students achieving KKM on the posttest with a classical completeness percentage of 90%.

Abstract

Since the COVID-19 pandemic, many learning methods have been developed so that the teaching and learning process continues, including Self-Directed Learning. Self-Directed Learning is a learning model used by teaching staff to develop student skills because it emphasizes responsibility for managing learning objectives independently. Self-directed learning gives learners the freedom and autonomy to decide what, why, how and where they want to learn. The pupose od this study is to see the quality of the Self-Directed Learning learning model reviewed through a literature review.A Literature review are the process of collecting relevant articles from 2010-present. From the tens of articles obtained, we have selection and data extraction that fit the purposes of this reseaech. In the finalization of the article are based on the object and the approach.Based on the findigs of this research project, elf-Directed Learning is widely used to assess students' level of competence and initiative in learning and to enhance teachers' creativity in presenting learning materials. The results of this study suggest that the learning method can improve student learning outcomes, as be proven by results above the average pass threshold, and is highly adaptable to improve student competence on independent learning.The contribution of this study is to provide guidance to educators and researchers on self-directed learning methods of learning that are appropriately applied to enhance student learning, especially in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. Also, when learning, there is also a view that focusing only on the learning object can be directed to the learning subject.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses pembelajaran dan tingkat efektivitas hasil belajar mahasiswa menggunakan aplikasi google meeting pada mata kuliah Sistem Alat Ukur dan Pengukuran Elektronika dengan menggunakan model kooperatif tipe NHT. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis PTK (Penelitian Tindakan Kelas). Subjek penelitian adalah mahasiswa jurusan Pendidikan Teknik Elektronika (S1) Kelas 02 FT-UNM dengan jumlah 32 orang. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan adanya peningkatan efektivitas dan hasil belajar mahasiswa pada pembelajaran jarak jauh MK Sistem Alat Ukur dan Pengukuran Elektronika menggunakan Google Meet dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT (Number Head Together). Hal ini dapat dilihat dari rata-rata N gain pada siklus 1 adalah 0,31. Pada siklus 1 pretest tidak ada mahasiswa yang tuntas mencapai CP, kemudian pada posttest sebanyak 15 mahasiswa yang tuntas mencapai CP. Selanjutnya pada post test persentase klasikal yang diperoleh pada siklus 1 adalah 46 %. Kemudian hasil belajar rata-rata N gain mengalami peningkatan pada siklus 2 adalah 0,70. Diketahui pada siklus 2 terdapat 6 mahasiswa yang tuntas memperoleh nilai pretest mencapai CP dan posttest sebanyak 29 mahasiswa yang mencapai CP . Sedangkan pada post test persentase ketuntasan klasikal yang diperoleh adalah 90%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berguna untuk: 1) mengetahui identifikasi kebutuhan dari alat pengering rumput laut berbasis Arduino uno. 2) membuat desain rancangan dari alat pengering rumput laut berbasis Arduino uno. 3) mengetahui hasil pengujian kelayakan alat pengering rumput laut berbasis Arduino uno ditinjau dari aspek functionality dan usability. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian rancang bangun dan desain yang bertujuan menghasilkan sebuah produk dalam bentuk alat yang dapat diaplikasikan pada petani rumput laut. Penelitian ini menggunakan model perancangan Prototype yang memiliki beberapa tahapan yaitu: analisis kebutuhan, perakitan alat, evaluasi dan revisi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu kuesioner. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terdiri dari pengujian functionality dinilai baik tanpa adanya revisi dengan persentase masing-masing uji sebesar 100%, dan pengujian usability diperoleh hasil persentase rata-rata dari 4 kategori uji usability sebesar 90,96% dan masuk kedalam kategori “sangat layak” untuk digunakan, Dari hasil pengujian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa alat ini sangat layak untuk digunakan dalam proses pengeringan rumput laut.

Abstract

Penelitian ini telah berhasil merancang dan membangun alat automatic foot drying yang menggunakan infrared obstacle avoidance berbasis microcontroller. Alat ini dirancang untuk membersihkan kaki secara otomatis dengan menghindari hambatan menggunakan sensor infrared. Penggunaan microcontroller memungkinkan pengendalian dan kontrol yang akurat dalam proses pembersihan, penelitian ini menggunakan model penelitian yang bernama model Waterfall. Model Waterfall adalah suatu model penelitian sistem yang mengikuti alur secara berurutan dari tahap awal hingga tahap akhir, pada penelitian ini akan dilakukan 4 tahapan yaitu Observasi, desain, pengkodean, dan pengujian. Hasil dari proses pengujian ini adalah: 1) Alat pembersih kaki otomatis ini dapat dijalankan oleh semua kalangan. 2) Pengujian pada alat ini melewati 5 pengujian yaitu functionality, performance efficiency, compatibility, usability, dan security. Pada semua pengujian ini didapatkan hasil pengujian dari masing-masing aspek menunjukkan bahwa semua aspek telah mencapai tingkat layak digunakan

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan persepsi mahasiswa dan dosen terhadapPengembangan bahan ajar Sistem Rekayasa TV berbasis digital Modul, serta membandingkanpersepsi antara mahasiswa dan dosen terhadap Pengembangan bahan ajar Sistem Rekayasa TVberbasis digital Modul. Jenis penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian expos facto dimana penelitimelakukan pengumpulkan data secara langsung kepada responden melalui instrumentpengumpulan data. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara, angket, dan observasi. Teknik analisisdata dilakukan dengan cara deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa mahasiswapada kategori sangat membutuhkan sebanyak 14 orang atau 35%, Dibutuhkan 13 orang (32.5%)dan pada kategori cukup juga sebanyak 13 orang (32.5%) sedangkan Dosen pada kategori sangatdibutuhkan sebanyak 2 orang atau 10%, Dibutuhkan 12 orang (60%) dan pada kategori cukupsebanyak 6 orang (30%). Hasil uji hipotesis ditemukan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan pandanganantara mahasiswa dengan pandangan dosen terkait kebutuhan perangkat pembelajaran bahanajar Sistem Rekayasa TV Berbasis E Mudol bahwa sama-sama sepakat bahwa memang sangatdibutuhkan.
