Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of DPK, NPF, and Fee Based Income on the Profitability of Syari'ah Banks with financing as an intervening variable. This study uses secondary data from the 2010-2019 period in Islamic banks. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. Tools for processing data using SPSS 20.0. The results showed that DPK had a direct insignificant effect on the profitability variable, while DPK had a significant direct effect on the financing variable. Furthermore, DPK indirectly does not have a significant effect on profitability through financing. And the financing variable cannot mediate the effect of the DPK variable on profitability. NPF directly has a negative and significant effect on NPF Profitability, directly there is an insignificant effect on the financing variable. NPF indirectly has a significant effect on profitability through financing. And the financing variable can mediate the effect of the NPF variable on profitability. Fee Based Income has a negative and significant effect directly on profitability. The direct financing variable does not have a significant effect on profitability.

Abstract

The child's growth and development process is influenced by internal and external factors. Giving gadgets to children is an external factor that is supported by socio-economics and parental parenting. Gadgets have a direct impact on children's spoken language development and social independence. (Deddy et.al, 2020). A gadget is a small electronic device that has a special function. Fromdaytodaygadgets always appear to provide the latest technology that makes human life more practical. Technology clearly influences children's development. Because a technological device is averyeffective learning medium. Gadgets have various interesting, varied, interactive and flexible features and applications that add to the appeal for everyone, both among the elderly, young, teenagers and even children. Gadgets have many benefits in human life if they are used properly and correctly, but gadged also has a negative impact on humans, especially for the development of children if used without supervision and direction from parents. Knowledge about the dangers of using devices is very important for parents. The mother's attitude towards using gadgets is one of the factors that can influence behavior. A good attitude towards using gadgets does not guarantee a good attitude in giving gadgets to children (Warsiyah, 2020). Parents' lack of understanding in giving gadgets to early childhood has a big impact on their social-emotional behavior. The purpose of this study is to visualize the impact of gadget use on children's behavior and find out the types of aggressive behaviorthat arise in early childhood due to excessive gadget use.   Abstrak Proses tumbuh kembang anak di pengaruhi oleh factor internal dan ekternal. Penggunan gawai merupakan salah satu factor eksternal yang di dukung oleh social ekonomi dan pola asuh orang tua. Gedget mempunyai dampak langsung terhadap lisan dan kemandirian social anak ( deddy et.al,2020). Gadget adalah sebuah perangkat elektronik kecil yang memiliki fungsi khusus dari hari ke hari gadget selalu muncul dengan menyajikan teknologi terbaru yang membuat hidup manusia menjadi lebih praktis. teknologi jelas mempengaruhi perkembangan anak. Karena sebuah perangkat teknologi merupakan media pembelajaran yang sangat efektif. Gadget memiliki berbagai fitur dan aplikasi menarik, bervariasi, interaktif dan fleksibel sehingga menambah daya  tarik  bagi setiap  orang,  baik dari kalangan lansia, muda, remaja bahkan anak – anak. Gadget memiliki banyak manfaat dalam kehidupan manusia jika digunakan dengan baik dan tepat, tetapi gadget juga memberikan dampak negative bagi manusia khususnya bagi perkembangan anak jika digunakan tanpa pengawasan dan pengarahan dari orang tua. Pengetahuan tentang bahaya penggunaan gadget sangat penting bagi orang tua, adapun sikap ibu terhadap pengunaan gadget adalah salah satu factor yang mempengaruhi perilaku. Sikap yang baik terhadap penggunaan gadget tidak menjamin mempunyai sikap yang baik dalam memberikan gadget terhadap anak.Kurangnya  pemahaman  orang  tua  dalam  pemberian gadget kepada  anak  usia  dini  memberikan dampak  besar  dalam  sosial-emosionalnya.  Tujuan  dari  penelitian  ini  adalah  memvisualisasikan dampak  dari  penggunaan gadget terhadap  perilaku  anak  serta  mengetahui  jenis  perilaku  agresif yang  muncul  pada  anak  usia  dini yaitu  dampak penggunaan gadget yang melampau  batas.

Abstract

Dysmenorrhea is a common menstrual disorder among adolescent girls that significantly impacts daily activities and quality of life. In Cenang Village, Brebes, most adolescents rely solely on painkillers without knowledge of non-pharmacological alternatives such as acupressure. This community service activity aimed to improve adolescents’ knowledge and skills in managing menstrual pain through acupressure techniques. A pre-experimental design with one group pretest-posttest was used, involving 30 girls aged 10–14 years. The intervention included health education and hands-on training in acupressure on specific points (LI4, SP6, PC6, and LR3). The evaluation showed a significant improvement in knowledge, from 23.3% categorized as good in the pretest to 73.3% in the posttest. The educational session was delivered through participatory and contextual methods aligned with active learning and Notoatmodjo’s theory of health promotion. The program also shifted adolescents' attitudes towards safer pain management and fostered collaboration between local health cadres, midwives, and youth. This activity proved effective and feasible to replicate in other adolescent health services (Posyandu Remaja) to enhance reproductive health literacy and self-management in rural youth communities communities. By empowering adolescents with knowledge and skills related to reproductive health, the programme not only improved their understanding but also encouraged them to take an active role in their health decisions, ultimately contributing to healthier futures for themselves and their peers.   Abstrak Dismenore merupakan salah satu gangguan menstruasi yang umum dialami remaja putri dan berdampak pada aktivitas harian serta kualitas hidup. Di Desa Cenang, Brebes, sebagian besar remaja hanya mengandalkan obat pereda nyeri tanpa pengetahuan alternatif non-farmakologis seperti akupresur. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan remaja dalam mengelola nyeri haid melalui teknik akupresur. Metode yang digunakan adalah pre-eksperimental dengan desain one group pretest-posttest, melibatkan 30 remaja putri usia 10–14 tahun. Intervensi dilakukan melalui edukasi dan pelatihan langsung teknik akupresur pada titik LI4, SP6, PC6, dan LR3. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pengetahuan, dari 23,3% kategori baik pada pretest menjadi 73,3% setelah posttest. Edukasi ini dilakukan secara partisipatif dan kontekstual, sesuai dengan pendekatan pembelajaran aktif dan teori promosi kesehatan menurut Notoatmodjo. Kegiatan juga berdampak pada perubahan sikap remaja terhadap penanganan nyeri haid serta membangun kolaborasi antara kader, bidan, dan remaja. Program ini terbukti efektif, aplikatif, dan layak direplikasi di posyandu remaja lainnya untuk meningkatkan pemberdayaan dan kemandirian remaja putri dalam menjaga kesehatan reproduksinya.
