Abstract

The aims of the research is to describe the thinking process at SMK students to solve matematic problems viewed from personality type phlegmatic. The research was a descriptive qualitative. The subjects of the research was students of class XI SMK Negeri 3 Metro. Technique analyzing of the data were: (1) classifying the, (2) presenting the data, and (3) concluding the data in each categories. The results of the research showed that thinking process for phlegmatic student: (a) understanding information and question, (b) devising solution, connecting the first equation with the planned solution (c) only using one way solution

Abstract

The aims of the research is to describe the thinking process at senior high school students in solving the application problems of the derivative function viewedfrom personality type choleric. The research was a descriptive qualitative. The subjects of the research were students of class XII Senior High School 1 Surakarta, who has personality type choleric. The results of the research showed that thinking process students in solving the application problems of the derivative function for choleric student: (a) reading the problem and creating an image, understanding who is known to convert information into mathematical form, and looking the problem able to know the things in question, (b) devising the planning well, connecting the first equation with the planned solution, solving problem according to the planned solution but only using one way solution, (c) substituting the answers into the first equation and determining maximum value of the function

Abstract

The research was a descriptive qualitative. The prosedure of selecting the subjects used purposive sampling. The data of the research was collected by using think aloud method. The validity of the data used was triangulation. The results of the research showed that problem solving of personality type phlegmatic: (a) understanding the information  by looking at the questions, then making a picture, had no difficulty in turning information into mathematical form and looking back at the questions to find the things in questions, (b) solving the problems by planning a solution that is started from the specified requirements in the matter, experiencing difficulty to change the equation initial information to be used in the calculation, and was not able to find the other formula which was different from the derivative function; (c)  convincing the answer by looking back at the existing calculation, adjusting the obtained solution that was based on actual event and re-adjusting it to the problem in question

Abstract

ABSTRAK  Tujuan kegiatan kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk  memberikan pelatihan tentang cara pembuatan pupuk organik cair (POC) dan tata cara penggunaannya pada tanaman aglaonema.  Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh mitra pengabdian yakni para petani aglaonema di Desa Sidodadi yang berjumlah 12 orang.  Kegiatan  pelatihan pembuatan POC dilakukan di Desa Sidodadi Kecamatan Pekalongan, Kabupaten Lampung Timur.  Metode pelaksanan yang digunakan meliputi  metode demonstrasi yakni  melakukan praktek cara pembuatan POC, metode diskusi dan tanya jawab, serta metode angket yakni untuk mengukur tingkat pemahaman peserta pelatihan terhadap materi yang diberikan.   Berdasarkan hasil  yang diperoleh disimpulkan bahwa  91,67 % peserta pelatihan memiliki pemahaman tentang  bagaimana cara pembuatan pupuk organic cair (POC) dan memahami  cara penggunaan POC untuk tanaman aglaonema.Kata kunci : aglaonema, pupuk organic cair (POC)ABSTRACT The purpose of this activity for the community is to provide training on how to make liquid organic fertilizer and how to use it on aglaonema plants. This activity was attended by community service partners, namely 12 aglaonema farmers in Sidodadi Village. The training activity for making liquid organic fertilizer was carried out in Sidodadi Village, Pekalongan District, East Lampung Regency. The implementation method used includes the demonstration method, namely practicing how to make liquid organic fertilizer, the discussion and question and answer method, and the questionnaire method, which is to measure the level of understanding of the training participants of the material provided. Based on the results obtained, it is concluded  that 91,67 % of training participants have an understanding of how to make liquid organic fertilizer and understand how to use it for aglaonema plants. Keywords: aglaonema, liquid organic fertilizer

Abstract

This study discusses the Semiotic Analysis of Moral Values in the Novel Dia Adalah Kakakku by Tere Liye and its Use as a Learning Module for Interpretation of Novel Text Meanings in SMA/SMK/MA. The purpose of this study is to describe the moral values contained in Tere Liye novel Dia Adalah Kakakku and to describe the use of moral values in Tere Liye's novel Dia Adalah Kakakku as a learning module for interpreting the meaning of novel texts in SMK/MA/SMA.  This research is a qualitative research using a semiotic approach. The data collection technique used in this study is the listening and note-taking technique. The subject of this research is the novel Dia Adalah Kakakku by Tere Liye. The instrument used in this research is a data card. The validity of the data was obtained through triangulation of theories, methods, and data sources. The problem in this study is that at this time the morals of the nation's children tend to be not good. The results of the study reveal that in the novel Dia Adalah Kakakku by Tere Liye there are four types of moral values, namely the human relationship with God consisting of morals towards God and knowing God, the relationship between humans and themselves consists of fighting power and diligence, human relationships with other humans consist of  kinship, help, mutual cooperation, courtesy, keeping promises, and forgiving and human relations with nature consist of taking out trash and caring for plants.  With regard to learning literature in schools, the results of this analysis can be used as material or learning materials in SMA/SMK/MA and these moral values can be used as examples in schools.Key word: Moral values, Dia Adalah Kakakku novel, Literature learning.

Abstract

Berbagai macam tumbuhan obat telah lama digunakan oleh para pengobat tradisional (battra) di beberapa etnis di Sulawesi Selatan untuk mengobati berbagai penyakit termasuk kanker. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk memberikan bukti ilmiah penggunaan tumbuhan obat yang biasa terdapat dalam ramuan obat tradisional untuk pengobatan kanker pada etnis di Sulawesi Selatan. Tahap awal penelitian dilakukan melalui pengujian mutu simplisia dan skrining aktivitas sitotoksik dari 11 tumbuhan obat terpilih yaitu Bambang epa (Cleome viscosa), Barrang-barrang (Drynaria quercifolia (L) J.Sm), Sereh dapur (Andropogun citratus L), Bu’ne (Antidesma bunius L.), Caleo (Jatropa curcas L.), Cambarinono, Korrong-korrong (Borreria ocymoides (Burm.F).CD), Minceng (Tithonia grandiflora (Hemsl.) A.Gay), Pelleng (Aleurites moluccanus L.), Pucuk Merah (Euphatorium triplinerve L) dan Porrok tongko menggunakan cell line kanker payudara yaitu MCF-7 dan T47D dengan metode MTT. Hasil skrining sitotoksik menunjukkan bahwa ekstrak daun minceng yang paling aktif dengan nilai IC50 sebesar 59,622 µg/ml untuk MCF-7 dan 35,313 µg/ml untuk T47D. Ekstrak Etanol daun Minceng kemudian dipartisi dengan etil asetat dan diuji kembali aktivitas sitotoksiknya. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa fraksi yang larut etil asetat lebih aktif dibanding fraksi yang tidak larut etil asetat dengan nilai IC50 sebesar 13,474 µg/ml pada MCF-7 dan 7,203 µg/ml pada T47D. Isolasi komponen kimia fraksi larut etil asetat dengan metode kromatografi cair vakum (KCV) diperoleh 7 fraksi, yaitu fraksi A, B, C, D, E, F dan G, dimana fraksi D yang paling aktif dengan nilai IC50sebesar 3,636 µg/ml pada MCF-7 dan 2,103 µg/ml pada T47D. Hasil identifikasi komponen kimia secara kromatografi lapis tipis menunjukkan bahwa fraksi D mengandung senyawa terpenoid. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut maka diduga senyawa aktif terhadap cell line MCF-7 dan T47D dari  daun minceng adalah senyawa golongan terpenoid.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the increase in students' mathematics learning outcomes through a project based learning in Statistics of Class VIII-A of SMP Negeri 29 Samarinda at 2021/2022. The research method applied was classroom action research with 28 students as research subjects. A total of 22 students were analyzed because 6 students did not participate in full learning. Data collection techniques used documents in the form of basic scores (student UTS scores), individual assignments (Individual LKS), group assignments (Group LKS), Project Progress Tables, Activity Observation Sheets (Students and Teachers), and End of Cycle Tests. The results of students' mathematics learning were seen from the increase in the average value of student learning outcomes from basic values to cycle I, namely 48.64 to 63.74. In cycle II the average value increased to 72.76. In cycle III the average value increased to 85.04. The activities of teachers and students in learning in cycle I were still classified as sufficient and very insufficient. In cycle II, teacher and student activities reached the good and sufficient categories. In cycle III there had been an increase and achieved very good results for teacher and student activities. The project was successfully completed as a group according to the LKS guidelines with an average final assignment score of 85.99. The project based learning model was successfully implemented and can improve student learning outcomes in statistics of class VIII-A of SMP Negeri 29 Samarinda at 2021/2022.

Abstract

This journal analyzes stocks as investment securities. In the modern era, stocks have become a popular investment choice due to their high potential returns and ease of access through digital platforms. However, stock investments also carry significant risks, such as sharp price fluctuations. This study aims to provide a deeper understanding of the advantages of stocks compared to other investment instruments, factors influencing public interest in stock investments, and the development of stock investments in Indonesia after the enactment of Law No. 11 of 2020 on Job Creation. The research method used is normative and juridical approaches, by examining legislation and related literature. The expected outcome of this study is to enhance financial literacy among the public and assist in making smarter and wiser investment decisions.

Abstract

The child's growth and development process is influenced by internal and external factors. Giving gadgets to children is an external factor that is supported by socio-economics and parental parenting. Gadgets have a direct impact on children's spoken language development and social independence. (Deddy et.al, 2020). A gadget is a small electronic device that has a special function. Fromdaytodaygadgets always appear to provide the latest technology that makes human life more practical. Technology clearly influences children's development. Because a technological device is averyeffective learning medium. Gadgets have various interesting, varied, interactive and flexible features and applications that add to the appeal for everyone, both among the elderly, young, teenagers and even children. Gadgets have many benefits in human life if they are used properly and correctly, but gadged also has a negative impact on humans, especially for the development of children if used without supervision and direction from parents. Knowledge about the dangers of using devices is very important for parents. The mother's attitude towards using gadgets is one of the factors that can influence behavior. A good attitude towards using gadgets does not guarantee a good attitude in giving gadgets to children (Warsiyah, 2020). Parents' lack of understanding in giving gadgets to early childhood has a big impact on their social-emotional behavior. The purpose of this study is to visualize the impact of gadget use on children's behavior and find out the types of aggressive behaviorthat arise in early childhood due to excessive gadget use.   Abstrak Proses tumbuh kembang anak di pengaruhi oleh factor internal dan ekternal. Penggunan gawai merupakan salah satu factor eksternal yang di dukung oleh social ekonomi dan pola asuh orang tua. Gedget mempunyai dampak langsung terhadap lisan dan kemandirian social anak ( deddy et.al,2020). Gadget adalah sebuah perangkat elektronik kecil yang memiliki fungsi khusus dari hari ke hari gadget selalu muncul dengan menyajikan teknologi terbaru yang membuat hidup manusia menjadi lebih praktis. teknologi jelas mempengaruhi perkembangan anak. Karena sebuah perangkat teknologi merupakan media pembelajaran yang sangat efektif. Gadget memiliki berbagai fitur dan aplikasi menarik, bervariasi, interaktif dan fleksibel sehingga menambah daya  tarik  bagi setiap  orang,  baik dari kalangan lansia, muda, remaja bahkan anak – anak. Gadget memiliki banyak manfaat dalam kehidupan manusia jika digunakan dengan baik dan tepat, tetapi gadget juga memberikan dampak negative bagi manusia khususnya bagi perkembangan anak jika digunakan tanpa pengawasan dan pengarahan dari orang tua. Pengetahuan tentang bahaya penggunaan gadget sangat penting bagi orang tua, adapun sikap ibu terhadap pengunaan gadget adalah salah satu factor yang mempengaruhi perilaku. Sikap yang baik terhadap penggunaan gadget tidak menjamin mempunyai sikap yang baik dalam memberikan gadget terhadap anak.Kurangnya  pemahaman  orang  tua  dalam  pemberian gadget kepada  anak  usia  dini  memberikan dampak  besar  dalam  sosial-emosionalnya.  Tujuan  dari  penelitian  ini  adalah  memvisualisasikan dampak  dari  penggunaan gadget terhadap  perilaku  anak  serta  mengetahui  jenis  perilaku  agresif yang  muncul  pada  anak  usia  dini yaitu  dampak penggunaan gadget yang melampau  batas.
