Abstract

The success of education is marked by outputs that lead to the realization of morality and character formation in real life. Religious knowledge is part of the process of internalizing the character of students. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Aims to describe, and analyze the planning, implementation, and internationalization model of character values through learning Ta'lim Al Muta'alim at Madrasah Nurul Muttaqin Bojonegoro. As primary data sources are the head of the madrasah, waka curriculum, and teachers, data collection through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis through data collection, condensation, data display, and data verification. The results of this study are as follows: (1) The planning includes; a) material, b) objectives, c) learning methods, and d) needs analysis in learning. (2) The process of internalizing character values through learning the book of Ta'lim Al-Mut'allim uses three stages: 1) Value transformation. At this stage, the focus is on understanding the value material in the Ta'lim Al-Mut'allim book. 2) Value transaction occurs two-way reciprocal interaction between students and teachers actively. 3) Character trans-internalization stage. At this stage, the teacher and students begin to correlate the character values in the Kitab Ta'lim Al-Mut'allim, which can be implemented in real life. (3) The internalization model of character values through learning the book of Ta'lim Al-Mut'allim using the Tadzkiroh model, (2) Istiqomah Model, (3) Iqra-Fikir-Dhikr Model.

Abstract

The more study describes the implementation of learning management in SMA Al Muhammad Cepu, the approach used is descriptive qualitative through case study research. Where the researcher is directly involved in extracting information from a phenomenal event regarding learning in the location. The principal, Deputy Principal for Curriculum, and teachers of SMA Al Muhammad Cepu as subjects in the current study. It was found that learning management: learning management abilities of SMA Al Muhammad Cepu teachers in planning aspects were carried out through an IHT review of lesson planning, increasing reading literacy from various reading sources in the library, attending training, seminars, and upgrading. At the same time, the teacher organizing section performs five learning steps: literacy activities, critical thinking, fulfilling adequate educational facilities and having relevance to learning needs, providing space and awards for outstanding teachers, by holding exceptional teachers, teacher creativity competitions, and promotions.

Abstract

In the era of digitalization, education has a very important role, bringing changes in people's lives as well as bringing positive and negative effects. The negative impact of the emergence of a decrease in the moral behavior of students requires a genuinely effective educational strategy. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach, which aims to describe and analyze the strategies of Islamic religious education teachers in improving Islamic character in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Siman Sekaran Lamongan, as primary data sources are the principal, vice-principal for curriculum, and teachers. The data collection techniques used participatory observation, unstructured interviews, and documentation. While the data analysis is used, data collection, condensation, presentation, and conclusion. The results of the strategy of Islamic religious education teachers in improving Islamic character at MTs Salafiyah Siman Sekaran are as follows: 1) Education strategies with habituation through prayer reading asmaul husna, istighosah and following congregational duhur prayers, and dhuha prayers 2) Educational strategies by good strategies or uswah can make students imitate or do good things that we teachers do, so we as teachers must already have good role models for students to emulate. 3) Educational strategies with advice through religious activities, Isra Mi'raj, Maulud Nabi, Nuzuul Quran, and flag ceremonies 4) Strategies by giving rewards to students will also foster competition in learning and achievement of both academic and non-academic achievements.
