Abstract

Consultation for PBG approval for a permit to establish a Palm Oil Processing Factory PT. xx, conducted to provide recommendations for the issuance of PBG. The method for consulting on document inspection is a presentation and discussion related to the applicant's technical documents. Consultation community service activities include detailing the required documents for PBG applications and providing suggestions for improving the documents requested. Based on the results of the 1st consultation, it is known that the applicant has not completed the documents according to the applicable regulations, so further consultation is needed after the 1st consultation recommendations are corrected. The 2nd consultation activity resulted in an agreement that the applicant had completed the changes and complied with the technical plan document, and continued with the plenary to determine the recommendation for the issuance of PBG.

Abstract

Kualitas air yang optimal memiliki peran penting dalam budidaya ikan nila di kolam. Tingkat oksigen terlarut menjadi faktor utama yang mempengaruhi pertumbuhan dan kesehatan ikan. Penelitian ini memfokuskan pada desain sistem aerator terintegrasi yang ditenagai surya untuk meningkatkan tingkat oksigenasi air dengan efisiensi energi tinggi. Pendekatan ini bertujuan untuk mengurangi ketergantungan pada sumber daya listrik tradisional, menghasilkan dampak lingkungan yang lebih baik. Evaluasi kinerja aerator surya dan pemantauan kualitas air, seperti suhu, pH, dan tingkat oksigen terlarut, merupakan bagian integral dari penelitian ini. Hasil perancangan menunjukan untuk budidaya ikan nila sebanyak 100 ekor kebutuhan oksigen sebesar 4 gram O2 per jam dengan system aerator tenaga surya dengan kapasitas aerator 4 l/menit sebesar 80 wp dan baterai 12 x 20 ampere, scc 14 ampere inveter 500 watt

Abstract

Air bersih dengan kuantitas dan kualitas yang cukup menjadi penting dalam menuju pembangunan berkelanjutan. Air gambut berwarna coklat tua sampai berwarna kehitaman, memiliki kadar organik yang tinggi dan bersifat asam. Air gambut juga memiliki kandungan logam pencemar didalamnya, seperti Fe dan Mn. Kandungan Fe dan Mn yang terlalu banyak didalam air akan memberikan dampak buruk bagi kesehatan manusia. Beberapa upaya sudah dilakukan untuk menurunkan kadar besi (Fe) dan mangan (Mn) air gambut, salah satunya dengan melakukan metode penyaringan. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan analisis kualitas air gambut terhadap penurunan kadar Fe dan Mn dengan sistem filtrasi. Sistem filtrasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode down flow dengan jumlah media filtrasi adalah multi media filter, dimana media filtrasi yang digunakan adalah kerikil, ijuk, arang kayu, dan pasir kuarsa Hasil penelitian didapat bahwa Metode penyaringan dapat menurunkan kadar Besi dan Kadar Mangan dari kadar Fe sebelum penyaringan adalah 0,739 mg/L setelah dilakukan penyaringan 5 kali menjadi 0,521 mg/L. Dan untuk kadar Mn dari sebelum dilakukan penyaringan kadar Mn adalah 0,042 mg/L menjadi <0,03 mg/L setelah dilakukan penyaringan 5 kali. Dan ini sudah memenuhi syarat kualitas air bersih berdasarkan standart baku mutu kesehatan lingkungan dan persyaratan kesehatan air bersih

Abstract

Community Service through Consultation by the Professional Team of Experts (TPA) regarding the technical and administrative requirements that must be fulfilled to obtain Building Approval (PBG) involves consultation and examination of technical documents by TPA together with the applicant. The purpose of this activity is to ensure the completeness and compliance of PBG application documents, especially in the project of establishing a Mini Palm Oil Processing Plant with a Capacity of 5 Tons/Hour by PT. XX. The results of the first consultation indicate that there are several documents that still need to be revised and provided with additional explanations, such as detailed lightning rod drawings, plumbing details, and illustrations of wastewater treatment ponds. Recommendations provided by TPA must be carefully considered and effectively implemented to ensure that the technical documents meet the applicable standards.The second consultation shows that most of the recommendations from the previous consultations have been implemented. However, there are still some technical aspects that require further explanations and improvements. After all recommendations have been fulfilled, TPA and the applicant agreed to proceed with the PBG application process to the relevant authorities. The consultation and document examination process conducted is expected to provide clear guidance for the applicant and ensure that the project for establishing the Mini Palm Oil Processing Plant with a capacity of 5 Tons/Hour by PT. XX proceeds in accordance with the applicable technical standards and regulations. A strong synergy between TPA, the applicant, and the relevant authorities is expected to create smoothness and success in the licensing and project development process.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve the quality and technical compliance of Building Approval (Persetujuan Bangunan Gedung/PBG) documents through the involvement of a Professional Expert Team (Tim Profesi Ahli/TPA) in the development of a mini soccer field in Rambah Tengah Hilir Village, Rokan Hulu Regency, Riau Province, Indonesia. The activity was conducted as technical and regulatory assistance to PBG applicants to ensure that planning documents comply with applicable regulations and technical standards. The implementation adopted a participatory technical assistance approach, including technical document compliance assessment, regulatory and technical consultation, and collaborative validation through the Building Information Management System (SIMBG). The assessment comprehensively covered general data, architectural aspects, structural design, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, referring to Government Regulation No. 16 of 2021, regulations of the Ministry of Public Works and Housing, and applicable Indonesian National Standards (SNI). The initial evaluation indicated that the documents were administratively complete; however, several technical non-compliances were identified, particularly in the structural and MEP aspects. Through continuous consultation and systematic revisions, all recommendations provided by the TPA were successfully addressed, resulting in full technical compliance and readiness for PBG approval.

Abstract

A B S T R A K Fresh soil merupakan material yang umum digunakan dalam pekerjaan konstruksi, termasuk pada pembangunan wellpad pemboran minyak bumi yang menerima beban statis dan dinamis secara berulang. Karakteristik sifat fisik dan mekanik tanah timbun sangat berpengaruh terhadap kestabilan konstruksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis karakteristik material tanah timbun pada Wellpad Pematang Raba 25 C2. Metode penelitian dilakukan melalui pengujian laboratorium yang meliputi analisis gradasi butiran, batas Atterberg, klasifikasi tanah bersumber pada sistem USCS serta AASHTO, serta pengujian pemadatan untuk memperoleh nilai kepadatan kering maksimum serta kadar air optimum. Hasil penelitian mengunkapkan bahwa tanah timbun tergolong Poorly Graded Silty Sand (SM) dan A-2-4, dengan dominasi fraksi pasir sebesar 68,41% serta plastisitas rendah (PI 7,31%). Nilai kepadatan kering maksimum sebanyak 1,940 g/cm³ dan kadar air optimum 11,70%, sedangkan kadar air alami 17,20% melebihi batas toleransi pemadatan. A B S T R A C T Fresh soil is a material commonly used in construction work, including in the construction of petroleum drilling wellpads that receive repeated static and dynamic loads. The physical and mechanical characteristics of the embankment significantly affect the stability of the construction. This study aims to analyze the characteristics of the embankment material in the Pematang Raba 25 C2 Wellpad. The research method was carried out through laboratory testing which included grain gradation analysis, Atterberg limits, soil classification based on the USCS and AASHTO systems, and compaction testing to obtain maximum dry density and optimum water content. The results revealed that the embankment soil is classified as Poorly Graded Silty Sand (SM) and A-2-4, with a dominant sand fraction of 68.41% and low plasticity (PI 7.31%). The maximum dry density value was 1.940 g/cm³ and the optimum water content was 11.70%, while the natural water content of 17.20% exceeded the compaction tolerance limit. Abstract

Pembangunan infrastruktur jalan yang andal dan efisien merupakan kebutuhan utamauntuk menunjang konektivitas wilayah serta mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi.Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dan membandingkan biaya konstruksi antaraperkerasan lentur (flexible pavement) dan perkerasan kaku (rigid pavement) denganstudi kasus pada proyek peningkatan Jalan Lingkar Dalu-Dalu di Kabupaten RokanHulu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif melaluianalisis data Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) aktual yang diperoleh dari DinasPekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. Hasil analisismenunjukkan bahwa konstruksi jalan aspal sepanjang 500 meter dengan lebar 5 metermemerlukan biaya sebesar Rp. 2.744.629.604,46, sedangkan jalan beton dengandimensi yang sama membutuhkan biaya Rp. 3.117.185.197,77. Dengan demikian,perkerasan lentur lebih ekonomis sebesar Rp. 342.555.593,31 atau 10,99%dibandingkan perkerasan kaku

Abstract

Kualitas tanah dasar sangat menentukan tebal perkerasan yang dibutuhkan. Semakin besar daya dukung tanah, maka tebal perkerasan yang dibutuhkan semakin kecil, dan sebaliknya. Sehingga penelitian terhadap tanah dasar merupakan hal yang penting. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis nilai California Bearing Ratio (CBR) tanah dasar (subgrade) berdasarkan hasil uji Dynamic Cone Penetrometer (DCP) serta menentukan daya dukung tanah (DDT) pada ruas Jalan Bangun Purba Timur Jaya. Data lapangan berupa penetrasi per pukulan DCP diolah menjadi nilai CBR menggunakan persamaan empiris berbentuk eksponensial. Nilai CBR selanjutnya digunakan untuk menghitung DDT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai CBR subgrade segmen sebesar 11,49%, yang ekuivalen dengan daya dukung tanah sekitar 6,39 kg/cm². Kondisi ini menempatkan tanah dasar pada kategori sedang, sehingga diperlukan upaya perkuatan berupa penambahan ketebalan lapisan perkerasan atau stabilisasi tanah dasar.

Abstract

This community service activity aimed to enhance partners' understanding of the technical requirements and regulatory framework governing the Building Approval (Persetujuan Bangunan Gedung/PBG) process for the construction of a 72-meter telecommunication tower in Dusun Pasir Pandak, Kepenuhan Timur Village, Rokan Hulu Regency, Riau Province. The partners involved were PT. XX as the applicant and the Department of Housing and Settlement of Rokan Hulu Regency as the technical authority responsible for evaluating the application documents. The implementation methods included technical consultations, document reviews, technical discussions, and continuous assistance based on the prevailing laws and regulations. The consultation results indicated that several technical documents required improvement, particularly regarding the specifications of the lightning protection and grounding systems, as well as the adjustment of the safety radius to 125% of the proposed tower height in accordance with the recommendations of the Expert Professional Team (Tim Profesi Ahli/TPA). The assistance program successfully improved the partners' understanding of the technical documentation required for Building Approval, strengthened inter-agency coordination, and accelerated the document revision process. This activity is expected to support the issuance of Building Approval that complies with safety standards, structural reliability requirements, and applicable regulations, thereby ensuring that the telecommunication tower construction can be carried out safely, efficiently, and sustainably.
