Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji apakah model pembelajaran Group Investigation berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa MAN 6 Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan quasi experimen dengan pre test and post test control group design. Subjek dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari dua kelas, yaitu kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol, yang homogen berdasarkan nilai raport semester 1. Hasilkemampuan berpikir kritis siswa diukur dengan menggunakan soal esai. Skor tes kemampuan berpikir kritis ditentukan berdasarkan hasil skor pretest dan posttest (gainscore). Hasil penelitian menunjukkanbahwa model pembelajaran Group Investigation berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari analisis data nilai t = 3,432 dan signifikansi dua ekor 0,01 lebih kecil dari α =0,05. Hal ini dapat dilihat rata-rata kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa kelas eksperimen adalah 25,64, lebih tinggi dari kelas kontrol 19,88.Kata kunci: Group Investigation, Kemampuan Berpikir Kritis

Abstract

The Gedung Sate Museum is one of the museums in the city of Bandung and is frequently visited by tourists. Digital development through Youtube is one of the media used for social studies learning, one of which is the Journalism Youtube account. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Data collection was carried out by watching videos and studying literature. The purpose of the research conducted by researchers was to analyze the Journalism Youtube channel by exploring the Gedung Sate Museum as a social studies learning tool. The results of the study explained that currently IPS learning is not only presented conventionally. Social studies learning trends have followed developments in the digital era by utilizing the existence of various social media. YouTube videos are a digital product that thrives on social media with various types of content. As a visual display, the video presents historical information which includes social studies in a short, concise and interesting way. This can be an effective social studies learning alternative in the digital era.

Abstract

Numeracy literacy skills are children's abilities to utilize, convey, and apply various numbers, number symbols, graphs, charts, tables, and the like to solve problems in everyday situations. The lack of learning effectiveness in the modern era in children's learning can be caused by several things such as the lack of teacher creativity in teaching, inadequate facilities. The hope of this research is to explore how effective the snakes and ladders method is in improving numeracy literacy in children aged 5-6 years. This research was conducted at the Mutiara Bunda PAUD, Jatisawit Village. The method applied by the author in this study is a qualitative method by taking reference sources from books, articles, journals, and previous research. The findings of this study explain that the use of the snakes and ladders game method can develop the effectiveness of learning for early childhood and can improve literacy skills and numeracy skills in early childhood. Based on the analysis, the snakes and ladders game can help children to be more effective during the learning process and can help children to be more active, and can solve every problem that occurs in the learning process so that children will be more interested and motivated to learn.
