Bank was one of the important financial institutions in supporting economic growth, the bank was being an alternative source of capital for farmers to meet the needs of agricultural production facilities. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the attitudes of farmers towards Bank Syariah Mandiri products, analyze the attitudes of farmers toward Bank Syariah Mandiri products, analyze the influence of factors that influence the attitudes of farmers including education, age duration of farming, number of family dependents and income towards Bank Syariah Mandiri products in Grobogan Regency Gubug District. The method used in this study is a survey method. The study was conducted on Juny 14-July 30, 2019 in Trisari Village, Gubug District, Grobogan Regency. Research location was chosen intentionally and the method of determining the number of samples used is purposive sampling with non-probability techniques. The number of respondents is 47 people from the Farmer Group Subur Makmur. Data analyzed with descriptive analysis to analyze the attitudes of farmers, and the factors forming farmers 'attitudes towards Bank Syariah Mandiri Products while the quantitative analysis was used to determine the effect of attitude forming factors with farmers' attitudes towards Bank Syariah Mandiri Products in the Gubug District using multiple linear regression. Farmer's attitude towards Bank Syariah Mandiri Products in the category good/like with a score of 77.78%. Based on the F test shows that simultaneously there is a significant influence between the age of the farmer, the length of farming, the level of education the number of family dependents, and the income of farmers' Attitudes towards Bank Mandiri Syariah Products in Grobogan District. The length of farming, and the number of family dependents partially do not affect the farmers' attitudes towards Bank Syariah Mandiri Products. Based on the t test, the results show that the age of the farmer, the level of education, and income partially influences the attitude of the Farmers towards Bank Syariah Mandiri Products. The advanced farmer group that have many members, did not guarantee that the members of the group has intemacy value. Closed relation farmer members group would be shown by the strength of the farmer group role. The research aim was to identify the farmer groups role and the cohesiveness of organic vegetable farming system. The other research aim was to analyze the role of farmers groups influence on the cohesiveness of Tranggulasi organic vegetables farming system. The research was conducted at Tranggulasi farmer group, Desa Batur on 12-29 Mey 2018. Survey method was used and samples were conducted with 32 people of active members in farmer gtoup. The results showed that the farmer groups roles as learning class was in good category with percentage 53%, coorperation action was 63%, and unit of production was 69%. The cohesiveness of organic vegetable farming was good category with percentage 81%. Multiple linear regression test showed that the learning class, cooperation action, and unit of production, has significant effect on the cohesiveness of organic vegetable farming.

The vegetable farmers need an effort to increase their ability so they can produce the optimal quantiity and quality vegetables for meet an increasing demand. Aspakusa Makmur Boyolali is an agribusssines association that seeks to self farmer so that market demand can be met.This reasearch aims was to analyze the role of the Aspakusa Makmur Boyolali Association in to improve self relience anoy farmers. The role of the Association of Aspakusa Makmur Boyolali in empowerment can be seen through empowerment strategies. The research was conducted on February 2th - March 4th 2019 in Aspakusa Makmur Boyolali Association located in Teras Village, Boyolali Regency. The method used in this study was survey with 35 members of the association. Analytical methodin used descriptive analysis conducted bay multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study were 1) the role of the Aspakusa Makmur Boyolali Association in empowering its members and self relience were categorized as high, 2) there was significant influence betwen relo of associantion in empowering strategies toward self relience anoy the farmers. 3) Partially the variables that influence self relief are counseling and mentoring strategies, and strategies for access to science and technology.

Chrysanthemum farmers had encountered significant issues during the agropolitan program implementation. Their small-scale business, seasonal fluctuation, poor knowledge and innovation contribute as hindrances in running the program. This study aimed to explore the socio-economic impact of the agropolitan program among the farmer. We conducted a study in December 2019 on the Gemah Ripah Farmer Group. Purposive sampling technique was applied to recruit thirty-four farmers from the farmer group as study participants. This was a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. Literature review, interview sessions, and observation were conducted to collect the study data. Data analysis consisted of three steps: 1) data reduction, 2) data display, and 3) conclusion and verification. The data validity was tested by credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability test. Results revealed that the social impact percieved by the farmer was the ease in accessing daily needs and health care, intimate relationship between farmer and local people, development and refinement of cropping tools, and stronger institutional structure of the farmer group. The economic impact observed were improvement of the narrow field utility value, income enhancement, and improvement of employment opportunities. Further studies are required to explore more perspectives to obtain varied information from a different layer of parties involved in the programs.

Vanda Subur Farmer Group is one of the largest rice-producing farmer groups in Semarang City. Pests and diseases are the obstacles faced by Vanda Subur Farmer Group. In handling these obstacles, the farmers referring to seven good farming practices so that Vanda Subur Farmer Group remains the largest rice-producing farmer group in Semarang City. The aims of the study were to: 1) analyze the farmer’s behavior in the application of seven good farming practices; 2) analyze the farmer’s behavior in the application of seven good farming practices toward rice productivity. This research was conducted from 2 February 2020 to 2 March 2020 in Vanda Subur Farmer Group, Semarang City. The method used in the study was a survey. The method of determining respondents was purposive sampling with 32 respondents from Vanda Subur Farmer Group. Data collection techniques were obtained from interviews using questionnaires and observations. Data were analyzed by descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression. The results showed that: 1) the knowledge, attitudes and skill farmers were in high criteria, 2) knowledge variable, attitude, and skill had a significant influence toward rice productivity, knowledge partially was not significant influencetoward rice productivity, meanwhile attitude and skill were not significant influence toward rice productivity. Increased productivity may occur when production increase.
