Abstract

This study aims to explain how to manage waste for the community to emphasize the large amount of waste in Indonesia. As for the background of this writing, Indonesia is the second largest contributor to plastic waste in the world, reaching 187.2 million tons. This is because the management of plastic waste in Indonesia is not optimal and because of the low level of awareness the public will care about the environment. Even though the government has implemented rules about the prohibition of littering, it turns out that this has not been able to overcome the problem of garbage in Indonesia, especially in the city of Palembang. The amount of waste in Palembang reaches 500 to 1000 tons per day and continues to accumulate in landfills. Therefore, to overcome this problem the author took the initiative to make a research about the use of android-based iGoGreen application that has been applied at Muhammadiyah 1 Vocational School Palembang. This practical application makes it easy for users to distribute plastic waste to iGoGreen partners for further recycling. This research is a qualitative research. The results of the utilization of this application show that the amount of plastic waste in Muhammadiyah 1 Vocational School is reduced, the level of awareness of the residents of Palembang 1 Muhammadiyah Vocational School towards environmental hygiene has increased and provided an additional income fund of an average of Rp. 58,000 for every week.

Abstract

Penerapan Model PBL (Problem Based Learning) Berbantu Media Powerpoint Terhadap Hasil Belajar Pada Pembelajaran IPA Kelas IV SDN Tenggaro Rumuasan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah Bagaimanakah penerapan model problem based learning berbantu media powerpoint terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran IPA. tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat bagaimana penerapan model PBL (Problem Based Learning) berbasis media powerpont terhadap hasil belajar pada pembelajaran IPA siswa kelas IV SD. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu peserta didik kelas IV SDN Tenggaro dengan sampel penelitian kelas IV dengan jumlah 14 orang peserta didik diberi perlakuan menggunakan model PBL berbantu media powerpoint pada pembelajaran IPA. Metode yang digunakan eksperimen (fre eksperimental desain dengan jenis one-group pretest-posttest . Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan Tes. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini diperoleh uji Normalitas diketahui pretest x² hitung 6,489 ˂ x² tabel 9,487 dan posttest x² hitung 4,595 ˂ x² tabel 7,814 disimpulkan datanya berdistribusi normal. Uji t diketahui t hitung 5,014 ˃ t tabel 2,178. Hal tersebut diartikan Ha: diterima dan Ho: di tolak, sehingga hipotesisnya menyatakan ada peningkatan dalam penerapan model PBL (Problem Based Learning) berbantu media powerpoint terhadap hasil belajar pada pembelajaran IPA kelas IV, peningkatan penerapan model PBL (Problem Based Learning) berbantu media powerpoint pada pembelajaran IPA sebesar 21,15%.

Abstract

Independent learning is an active way of learning for students, students who have a high will when learning, and students who have the initiative to learn on their own without being told by others. This study aims to determine the effect of student learning independence on the results of learning mathematics in fraction material. This research used in this study is a correlational study using the product moment formula. The sample used was students of class III.B SD Negeri 5 Rambutan. In this study, before using the hypothesis test, a prerequisite test was carried out first, namely the normality test and it was declared to be normally distributed. Then do a correlation test and get the results rxy = 0.830. Test the hypothesis using the t-test. The results of testing the hypothesis obtained significant values in questionnaires and tests, namely 5,953 where ttable = 2.120 with df = n-2 where n = 18 so df = 16 with level α = 0.05, so it can be concluded tcount = 5,953 ≥ ttable = 2.210 then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, or there is an influence of student learning independence on the mathematics learning outcomes of fractional material for third grade students at SD Negeri 5 Rambutan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze: (1) The influence of the principal's managerial ability on teacher performance; (2) The influence of the principal's motivation on teacher performance; (3) The influence of the principal's managerial ability and motivation together on teacher performance. This study is a quantitative study with a correlation method. This study was conducted at an elementary school in Rambutan District with 42 teachers as respondents. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The validity test used the product moment formula while the reliability test used Cronbach's Alpha. The analysis prerequisite test used the normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, and the data was analyzed using multiple regression analysis techniques. The results of the study showed that: (1) there was an influence between the principal's managerial ability on teacher performance of 10.5%; (2) there was an influence between the principal's motivation on teacher performance of 48.8%; (3) there was an influence between the principal's managerial ability and motivation on teacher performance of 46.1%.
