Abstract

The development of small business is increasing with the presence of global competition. The current industrial ecology demands a continuous evaluation process to be able to survive and strive to improve quality products. Weeka Wedang Uwuh continuously improves its business system by paying attention to suppliers of raw materials. Supplier evaluation is carried out to guarantee sustainable quality and performance. Sustainable performance evaluation can produce good judgment if it is supported by a performance appraisal instrument. Supplier performance assessment will be useful to build a good and sustainable relationship between entrepreneurs and suppliers. The design of supplier performance evaluation is carried out using the QCDFR model approach namely, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Flexibility and Responsibility. The sub-criteria study that forms the QCDFR model is carried out using the interview method. QCDFR and Sub Criteria hereinafter referred to as KPI (Key Performance Indicator). KPI is an indicator of ongoing evaluation of the relationship between suppliers and entrepreneurs. The assessment of suppliers from entrepreneurs is carried out using the AHP approach which is able to show the weight of the entrepreneur's assessment of the ability of suppliers. The results of the Weeka Wedang Uwuh supplier performance evaluation model design results in a formulation to measure KPIs with criteria: quality of raw materials (size and condition of raw materials), ease of service (payment tolerance and information on availability and price changes, experience (average transaction value and average) average number of transactions), speed of response (changes in the amount and change in time and price of raw materials). Evaluation of the supplier's weight assessment for raw materials of ginger, sugar and sapphire resulted in the values of Mr. Sarno 0.501, Sugeng 0.709 and Mbak Wang 0.690. KPI measurement reinforces the results of the evaluation of weight assessment using AHP.

Abstract

Small Medium Enterprise (SME) industry hold significant role in economic development. In order to be competitive in competition, industry is demanded to be able to make optimum production plan for fulfilling the customer needs. UD KOING as one of product made based skin manufacture companies from time to time is demanded to maximize profit production-target volume, formulating model problems and optimization of raw material. The purpose of this research is that the company gets output according to consumer demand which minimizes production costs and maximizes profits. To answer all those challenges, this research applied goal programming method, where this method can achieve more than one goal only. Based on the data processing, the company target can be achieved through the company profit IDR 7,089,620 compared to the realization of IDR 7,052,410. The total production cost is IDR 16,635,380 compared to realized production cost of IDR 16,554,590 by producing wallet with the number 51 pieces, purse 9 pieces, nametag 13 pieces, pouch 15 pieces and necklace 14 pieces.

Abstract

UMKM telah banyak berkembang di wilayah Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta, salah satunya di daerah Kecamatan Krebet Kabupaten Bantul, yaitu sentra industri UMKM kerajinan batik kayu. Permasalahan yang muncul di Sentra Industri UMKM kerajinan batik kayu Krebet adalah belum adanya pengukuran produktivitas. Produktivitas merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam menentukan keberhasilan UMKM dalam persaingan dunia usaha yang semakin ketat serta dapat mewujudkan kesejahteraan UMKM . Peningkatan produktivitas UMKM dapat meningkatan keuntungan, meningkatkan kualitas produk serta meningkatkan upah pekerja. Untuk melakukan pengukuran produktivitas terlebih dahulu harus dibentuk instrumen pengukuran produktivitas. Oleh karena itu pada penelitian ini, peneliti mencoba untuk merancang instrumen pengukuran produktivitas yang meliputi kriteria produktivitas, indikator produktivitas, metode/cara pengukuran produktivitas yang tepat, sistematis dan mudah digunakan. Metode yang digunakan dalam merancang instrumen pengukuran produktivitas ini adalah objective matrix (Omax) dengan tahapan meliputi; penentuan kriteria produktivitas, , penentuan indikator produktivitas, penentuan bobot kepentingan indikator produktivitas, perancangan instrumen pengukuran produktivitas dengan metode Objective Mattix (Omax).Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh tiga kriteria yang digunakan untuk mengukur produktivitas, yaitu krteria efisiensi, efektivitas dan inferensial, Indikator-indikator yang digunakan untuk mengukur produktivitas ada 5 indikator. Instumen pengukuran produktivitas dengan model Omax dapat digunakan untuk mengukur produktivitas. Berdasarkan contoh pengukuran diperoleh nilai total produktivitas pencapaian  sebesar 6 (baik).

Abstract

The creation of a good product PT. DIRGANTARA INDONESIA assisted with production machines, one of which is the machine CNC MACHINE (DOUBLE CINCINNATI Milacron gantry ALUMINIUM TYPE-F), the role of a machine type-f CNC machine itself is very influential in the existing production process at PT. DIRGANTARA INDONESIA. The lack of treatment systems for the repair and replacement of components caused because the machines that is already beyond the age of many techniques, resulting in the production of the company to become unstable.In this study used methods Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and the concept of autonomous maintenance and using Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) to determine analyze potential errors or failures, it is advisable to keep using autonomous maintenance as minor maintenance.            Analysis and discussion of the results obtained OEE decline in 2014 to 2015 is 86.15% to 75.62% drop is due to the low value avalaibility, and get the highest objective value RPN 441 on a 40 point damage to component Servo Off. Abstract

PT. XYZ is a company engaged in aircraft MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Repair) services by providing integrated solutions for all of its customers. Unit Learning Services at PT. XYZ has the task of organizing education and training. In accordance with the plan of PT. XYZ, Learning Services Unit is focused on preparing to spin off to become a subsidiary engaged in the Provider of Training. This study aims to determine what kind of subsidiary business model will be created using the canvas business model and conduct a business feasibility study, whether it is feasible or not. The results of this study are based on the canvas business model which has the following proposition values: (1) Highly qualified instructors with years of experience in aircraft maintenance; (2) Aircraft access for training; (3) Spacious classrooms including ACT instructors for Airbus qualified training classes; (4) Adjustable training for customer needs; and based on aspects that are processed for the establishment of a subsidiary is declared feasible.

Abstract

The current industrial development is required to improve the quality of production by continuing to improve the production process in order to continue to compete in the market, both locally, nationally and internationally. This demand also applies to small and medium industries that have limited capital, labor, land and technology. UKM Karya Manunggal is a small business unit that is engaged in making furniture made from bamboo. Problems of SMEs with available land, most areas are used for placement of work in process and placement of materials that should not be used so that it can disrupt the smooth movement of material movement. Mapping the real conditions of Karya Manunggal UKM by using ProModel software can know the description of material handling, input output from each work station and work in process. The closeness relationship between work stations in the initial conditions compared to using Activity Relationship Chart (ARC), resulted in a distance difference of 90.55 meters or changed by 4.94%. The output of a computer simulation results in a change from one process to another that changes. Initial conditions for raw material operators were 99.4% to 59.2%. The operator of the initial condition pattern was 21.9% to 21.2%. The rattan operator had initial conditions of 7.3% to 4.6%. Operators finish initial conditions 2.7% to 2.3%

Abstract

Giwangan Market as a fruit and vegetable wholesale market needs to be evaluated, organized and improved in the services. Currently, its development has undergone many changes. The hangar, which is the main block for loading and unloading fruits and vegetables, has shifted its function in several places. With the addition of semi-permanent buildings on the sides of hangars, the loading and unloading area are reduced and the entry and exit routes for vehicles are not functioning properly. 86% of vehicles with a tonnage of 2000 - 5000 kg that entered the Giwangan market were in the market for an average of 89.9 minutes. It is because the vehicle is not only loading and unloading but also selling in the market. So that other vehicles cannot load and unload. This study aims to measure the system performance which is estimated from the average actual travel time and the loading and unloading time of vehicles in the system. The alternative of rearranging hangar used is based on the development plan of the Giwangan Market Management Office. The simulation model has been verified and validated. The first rearrangement scenario is that all traders are moved to a new location (slaughterhouse). Second, the flow in and out of the hangar is one-way. Thus, the average vehicle in the system becomes 54.44 minutes and the hangar utility is 16.13% as an indicator that the hangar performance can be improved by increasing the number of vehicles capable of loading and unloading.

Abstract

The problem in this research is that there is no performance measurement in the work unit of the Adisutjipto Institute of Aerospace Technology (ITDA). This study aims to design a performance measurement instrument to measure performance in the ITDA work unit. The method used in designing the performance measurement instrument is the balanced scorecard and Objective Matrix (OMAX) method. The results obtained from this study, there are 7 Performance Indicators (IK), namely, the percentage increase in the budget, the percentage of budget absorption, the user/customer satisfaction index, the number of complaints,, the percentage of the implementation of the work program against the planned work program, percentage of conformity of work carried out with existing job description documents, and job satisfaction index. This research also produces worksheets/performance measurement instruments that can be used to measure the performance of work units in ITDA. Based on the worksheets/performance measurement instruments, it was obtained that IK 1 was good, IK 2 was very good, IK 3 was good, IK 4 was moderate, IK 5 was very good, IK 6 was very good, and IK 7 was good. Overall good performance score.

Abstract

Desa Turunan, Girisuko, Panggang, Gunungkidul, secara swadaya membentuk Kelompok Tani Hutan Wono Asri Handayani, Kelompok Tani tersebut mengawali ide membangun dan mengembangkan desa wisata Stone Park Bukit Pertapan secara gotong royong yang melibatkan warga sekitar. Dengan pemandangannya yang indah banyak pengunjung yang menginap dengan mendirikan tenda karena tidak ingin kehilangan momen menikmati sunset di pagi hari. Permasalahan yang ada adalah kebutuhan air bersih yang sangat minim, untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pengunjung baik yang menginap maupun tidak menginap. Kebutuhan air bersih merupakan syarat wajib yang harus dipenuhi oleh sebuah desa wisata guna menjamin kenyamanan dan kepuasan pengunjung. Dengan luas area wisata yang besar dan terbagi menjadi beberapa spot tempat untuk melihat pemandangan dan gua, hanya memiliki 1(satu) toilet dengan 1 (satu) penampungan air. Berkat adanya pendampingan yang dilaksanakan dari Teknik Industri ITDA telah menambah 1(satu) toilet dan 1 (satu) penampungan air di destinasi wisata Stone Park.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to assist the management of the Bukit Roso Wulan tourist village in implementing website-based online marketing to increase tourist visits. This activity was carried out because the tourism manager did not know how to promote it online. The target to be achieved is that the management of the Evidence Roso Wulan tourism village is able to create website-based online marketing content and understand the implementation of website-based online marketing. The results or outcomes of this community service activity are in the form of the Bukit Roso Wulan website as an online marketing and promotional medium. The achievement of this activity was that the Bukit Roso Wulan tourism manager could create website-based online marketing content and understand the implementation of marketing, especially website-based online promotions.
