Abstract

Literasi adalah kemampuan individu untuk menggunakan segenap potensi (skill) untuk menerima, memahami dan mengelola informasi saat melakukan proses membaca dan menulis. Memilliki literasi yang baik artinya memiliki kemampuan untuk mengalisis, mengevaluasi data dan informasi yang diterima dengan baik. Memiliki pengetahuan dalam membaca berbagai informasi bermanfaat, mengambil kesimpulan dari informasi yang dibaca, memberikan penilaian kritis terhadap informasi tersebut. Pada era industri 4.0 mau atau tidak mau, waktu mengharuskan setiap individu untuk belajar dan mengasah kemampuan literasi agar mampu beradaptasi dan mengikuti perkembangan teknologi. Namun faktanya Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) pada tahun 2019 meliris informasi berdasarkan survei yang dilakukan Program for International Student Assessment (PISA), Indonesia merupakan 10 negara terbawah yang memiliki tingkat literasi rendah dengan menempati peringkat ke 62 dari 70 negara. Tidak terkecuali pada pelajar yang berada di daerah Kabupaten Tapanuli Utara. Data menunjukan bahwa minat baca pelajar di daerah ini masih sangat rendah. Dalam PKM ini tim memfokuskan pada tiga tingkatan literasi yaitu digital, bahasa dan keuangan. Dimana ketiga hal ini sangat dibutuhkan apalagi untuk tingkatan pelajar yang ada di Sekolah Menegah Kejuruan (SMK) yang diharapkan setelah tamat sekolah bisa langsung terjun ke dunia pekerjaan. Sehingga berdasarkan data tersebut, tim melaksanakan pelatihan peningkatan kompetensi di SMK Negeri 1 Siborongborong di kelas XII-1 kelas TKJ dengan jumlah 40 orang. Pelatihan dilaksanakan di laboratorium komputer dengan jumlah PC dan Laptop sebanyak 40 Unit memenuhi jumlah siswa. Dalam literasi bahasa inggris peserta didik dilatih untuk membuat lamaran, curriculum vitae dan bagaimana memperkenakan diri dalam bahasa inggris yang benar. Dalam literasi keuangan peserta didik dilatih untuk mengelola keuangan dengan menggunakan metode TATAP dan membuat perencanaan keuangan yang sederhana. Dalam literasi digital siswa dilatih untuk membuat personal website (blog) untuk wadah bagi peserta didik dalam mengepresikan diri dalam berbagai karya, tugas sekolah atau hobby lainnya sehingga mereka mampu menggunakan teknologi untuk hal yang lebih bermanfaat. Hasil yang diperoleh dari pengabdian ini adalah terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman siswa tentang literasi digital, bahasa dan keuangan. Hal itu terlihat bahwa siswa sudah mampu membuat lamaran pekerjaan, mimiliki perencanaan keuangan sederhana dan sudah memiliki akun blog dengan beberapa konten tulisan mereka sendiri.Kata Kunci: literasi bahasa, literasi digital, literasi keuangan

Abstract

This research aims to understand financial management accountability at the Abdi Sabda College of Theology (STT) Medan in 2023. By using a phenomenological approach in qualitative methods, this study reveals the meaning of financial management accountability at this private educational institution. Data was obtained through interviews and observation. The research results show that the financial management of STT Abdi Sabda Medan has met applicable accounting standards, as evidenced by the availability of financial reports as a form of accountability to the Trustees of the STT Abdi Sabda Medan Foundation.

Abstract

This research examines the importance of Christian Leadership in internship campuses such as at STT ABDI SABDA Deli Serdang Regency, that effective leadership is a sustainable factor such as internal and external factors, a Christian leader must be based on the vision and faith of God. Christian vision is a gift from God that is depicted in the inner self of a leader to carry out His eternal work. A living faith based on the living and eternal word of God is the basis for the vision and ethics of Christian leadership. Effective Christian leadership must be based on the characteristics of God and have holiness of life and a spirit of fear of God. A good Christian leader must have absolute truth as a basic principle for achieving success. The vision and ethics of Christian leadership must be centered on God through the living and eternal word of God, and become the basis for the vision and ethics. Method: Using a literature research approach and a descriptive qualitative methodology, data is gathered from journals, books, interviews, and documents that are relevant to the subject of study. Findings: First, what sort of Christian leadership is it possible for STT ABDI SABDA to adopt?. Second, the factors that influence a Christian leader. Third, ways to develop faith and vision of God for a Christian leader. Fourth, characteristics of an effective leader. Fifth, faith and vision of God which can help effective Christian leadership. Conclusion: With the existence of Christian Leadership, we know that not everyone has an important role in carrying out the spirit of discipline as stated in the Results and discussion chapter

Abstract

As providers of educational services, lecturers play a crucial role in tertiary institutions' operations. If lecturers possess legal competencies, tertiary institutions can perform well. This study aims to map the competence of lecturers in the XYZ study program, identify obstacles to developing lecturers' competence, and then offer suggestions for improving lecturers' competence. This study utilizes successive logical blended techniques (blend strategies consecutive illustrative). 72 students who were taught by lecturers (subjects) participated in the survey. Subjects, specifically three XYZ concentrate on program speakers, were then led to top-to-bottom meetings to have the option to recognize hindrances in the advancement of teacher abilities. The review and interview results were broken down to acquire research information. The consequences of the review show that the planning of speaker capabilities in the XYZ Study Program shows that the typical teacher skill is 67.07 where this worth is in the medium class. competence in education, with an average score of 59.92. Competence in the workplace, with an average score of 63.17. With an average score of 62.01, social competence is 61.07 social competence This leads us to the conclusion that, out of the four competencies, professional competence has the highest average, and pedagogical competence has the lowest average. Speakers face different impediments in creating academic, expert, character, and social abilities. These different deterrents come from inside the teachers, understudies, and the foundation.
