Abstract

Abstract The problem that arises in Cibitung Tengah Village is the lack of educators working in this village. Most of these educators were not coming from early childhood education background. The limited access to the information had caused ECE teachers and tutors to not understand the 2013 ECE curriculum. Limited knowledge about the 2013 ECE curriculum had an impact on the lack of knowledge of teachers and tutors in making learning devices. Learning devices consist of RPPH, media, evaluation and learning assessment and must be made by the educators before conducting and starting learning activities. Learning devices were an important component in organizing learning activities. This aimed to improve the quality of education which is the goal of this nation. The solution was training and awareness and dissemination of THE 2013 ECE curriculum. In addition, improving the quality of ECE teachers and tutors in making learning devices can be improved. The target to be achieved through the Community Service Activities was an increase in the knowledge of ECE teachers and tutors regarding the 2013 ECE curriculum and also how to make the right learning devices for early childhood learning activities. Abstrak Permasalahan yang muncul di Desa Cibitung Tengah ini adalah minimnya tenaga pendidik yang bertugas di Desa ini. Sebagian besar tenaga pendidik ini bukanlah berlatar belakang tentang pendidikan anak usia dini. Keterbatasan akses informasi menyebabkan guru dan tutor PAUD belum memahami mengenai kurikulum PAUD tahun 2013. Keterbatasan pengetahuan mengenai kurikulum PAUD 2013 berdampak pada minimnya pengetahuan guru dan tutor dalam membuat perangkat pembelajaran. Perangkat pembelajaran terdiri dari RPPH, media, evaluasi dan asesmen pembelajaran harus dibuat oleh tenaga pendidik sebelum melakukan dan memulai kegiatan pembelajaran. Perangkat pembelajaran adalah komponen penting dalam menyelenggarakan kegiatan pembelajaran. Hal ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan yang merupakan cita-cita bangsa ini. Solusinya adalah pelatihan dan penyadaran serta sosialisasi mengenai kurikulum PAUD tahun 2013. Selain itu, peningkatan kualitas guru dan tutor PAUD dalam membuat perangkat pembelajaran dapat ditingkatkan. Target yang ingin dicapai melalui Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini adalah adanya peningkatan pengetahuan guru dan tutor PAUD mengenai kurikulum PAUD tahun 2013 dan juga cara pembuatan perangkat pembelajaran yang tepat untuk kegiatan pembelajaran anak usia dini.

Abstract

Research aims to obtain empirical data about parents' perception of 3-to-4-year-old self-feeding children in Tebet Subdistrict, South Jakarta. The sample of this research was parents who have a 3-to-4-year-old child in Tebet Subdistrict, South Jakarta. Cluster random sampling was implemented. The method used in this research was quantitative by surveying. The data analytics technique used was descriptive statistics. The overall result of this research shows that parents' perception of 3-to-4-year-old self-feeding children in Tebet Subdistrict, South Jakarta categorized as good enough. By calculating data obtained from 45 parents shows that 44% of the parents were categorized as good enough. Then, 40% of the parents were categorized as deficient, and 16% remain was categorized as good. The results of this research depicted that parents were quite good in explaining the meaning of self-feeding children aged 3 to 4 years, quite good in understanding the importance of self-feeding children aged 3 to 4 years, quite good in understanding the meaning of self-feeding children aged 3 to 4 years, quite good in interpreting the aspects of self-feeding children aged 3 to 4 years, and quite good in behaving towards self-feeding children aged 3 to 4 years. The results of this research are expected to be used to help parents reaching self-feeding children aged 3 to 4 years so the self-feeding in children could be developed properly. Keywords: Parents' perception, Children's eating independence, Children aged 3-4 years

Abstract

The study aims to determine the relationship between the role of parents with the social skills of children aged 5-6 years during learning activities from home in Urban Village of Jagakarsa, South Jakarta. The sample of this research is parents who have children aged 5-6 years in Urban Village of Jagakarsa, South Jakarta. The sampling technique in this research used the cluster simple random sampling technique. The method used in this research is the correlational method. The data analysis technique uses the product moment correlation test, based on the calculation results of the Pearson product moment correlation test, the results of the Pearson correlation r are  0.769 and  are 0.361 with a significant level = 0.05 and n is 30. From the results of data analysis shows that there is a significant positive relationship between the role of parents with the social skills of children aged 5-6 years during learning activities from home in Urban Village of Jagakarsa, South Jakarta. Keywords: The role of parents, Children’s social skills, Learning activities from home

Abstract

Meningkatnya kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini mendorong tutor PAUD untuk selalu berinovasi dalam proses belajar mengajar, salah satunya dengan menciptakan media-media yang variatif dan menarik. Salah satu media tersebut adalah balok dari bubur kertas yang bermanfaat untuk melatih motorik anak, kemampuan analisis ruang dan kemampuan interpersonal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptrif dengan teknik pengembangan ADDIE (Analisis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation. Populasi dari penelitian ini berasal dari tutor PAUD di wilayah Cipayung, Jakarta Timur serta beberapa anak PAUD di wilayah tersebut. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran berbentuk balok dari bubur kertas efektif dan efisien untuk digunakan di kelas, karena bahan-bahan tersedia di sekolah dan kertasnya sendiri dari kertas tidak terpakai di sekolah, kemudian mudah pembuatannya, relatif cepat dan aman bagi anak.

Abstract

Guru PAUD harus memiliki dukungan lingkungan potensial yang bisa berguna untuk Pembelajaran inkuiri. Hanya saja, guru Paud wilayah Kecamatan Cipayung Jakarta Timur, belum mampu memahami konsep Pembelajaran Inkuiri juga belum mampu memuat konsep Pembelajaran Inkuiri dengan baik dan kesulitan dalam penerapannya. Berdasarkan kondisi ini maka pelaksanaan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (P2M) berupa pelatihan pembelajaran menggunakan Pembelajaran Inkuiri. Kegiatan ini bentuknya pelatihan dengan metode yang digunakan workshop dan praktek dalam kegiatan P2M ini, tutor PAUD diberikan pemahaman, pelatihan dan pendampingan mengenai Pembelajaran Inkuiri. Bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman serta pengaplikasian Pembelajaran Inkuiri dalam pembelajaran. Target luaran yang diharapkan setelah pelatihan ini adanya perubahan yang cukup signifikan terhadap kompetensi pembelajaran dari guru PAUD dengan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman guru mengenai Pembelajaran Inkuiri, serta peningkatan keterampilan dalam pembelajaran yang menggunakan Pembelajaran Inkuiri.

Abstract

Desa Sirnajaya merupakan sebuah Desa Agrowisata Kopi di wilayah Bogor. Mayoritas warga (74%) bekerja di lahan pertanian yang belum mendukung pada arah pembagunan Desa Agrowisata Kopi. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan keterampilan kepada masyarakat sebagai pelaku di industri wisata dengan memproduksi aneka merchandise kopi. Metode kegiatan menggunakan pembelajaran Hyflex. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peserta mampu membuat produk olahan kopi khas Desa Sirnajaya menjadi produk pewangi mobil. Produk ini memiliki nilai jual tinggi dengan biaya produksi rendah. Masa simpan produk lama, pembuatan mudah, dan berasal dari bahan alami. Kemasan produk ramah lingkungan dan memiliki unsur pembelajaran, pengetahuan, dan pengalaman edukatif yang memenuhi konsep eduwisata.

Abstract

This study evaluates the impact of innovative interactive learning media on social-emotional skill development in preschool-aged children. Using a mixed-methods approach, the research compared social-emotional growth between an experimental group that engaged with interactive media and a control group that used traditional storybooks. Six key social-emotional skills were assessed: empathy, emotional regulation, cooperation, communication, conflict resolution, and self-awareness. Results indicated significant improvements in the experimental group across all skill parameters, with the greatest gains in communication and conflict resolution. Independent t-tests revealed that the experimental group’s progress was significantly greater than that of the control group, with large Cohen’s d effect sizes underscoring the practical relevance of these outcomes. Qualitative feedback from educators and parents further supported these findings, emphasizing how interactive media fostered active engagement and offered opportunities for children to practice social skills in real-time scenarios. This study highlights the effectiveness of interactive media as a tool for early childhood social-emotional learning and recommends further exploration of its potential across varied educational settings.
