Abstract

Strategic planning of information systems on seed producers is an action that needs to be taken in order to maintain and make the business grow faster. However, such information system usually been created through the system development life cycle (SDLC) or other methods that appropriate for business. This study used Anita Cassidy method for strategic planning of rice seed producer’s information systems in XYZ Ltd., as case study. The following stages has been done, i.e. visioning, analysis, direction, and recommendations. The final results of the stages carried out recommend business applications that can be implemented, namely: Rice seed certification information systems, E-Commerce of Rice Seeds, Rice Type Determination Applications, Irrigation Control Applications, Paddy Pest Resolution Applications, Rice Growth Monitoring Applications, Personnel Information Systems, Payroll Information System, Procurement Information System, Financial Information System. Abstract

Sulitnya mencapai ketahanan pangan dikarenakan alur pangan dari hulu ke hilir serta proses pendukungnya merupakan persoalan yang cukup komplek. Peran Instalasi Pengawasan Sertifikasi Benih Tanaman Pangan dan Hortikultura (PSBTPH) sebagai salah satu instansi yang mempunyai fungsi pengawasan dalam hal informasi produk benih sangatlah vital, terutama terkait dengan informasi ketersediaan benih dengan kualitas dan kuantitas yang baik. Salah satu permasalahan yang muncul dan berdampak cukup besar pada keberhasilan fungsi PSBTPH adalah luasnya area kerja (dua kabupaten) yang perlu diawasi dengan keterbatasan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang dimiliki. Penelitian dilakukan untuk mencari peluang dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan keterbatasan peran dan fungsi PSBTPH. Salah satu peluang yang dapat digunakan adalah dengan mengadaptasi dan memanfaatkan keberadaan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) ke dalam fungsi dan peran pengawasan dari PSBTPH. Sebagai langkah awal adalah dengan membangun disain Sistem Informasi yang tepat dari fungsi pengawasan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan di lapangan dalam bentuk Sistem Informasi Monitoring dan Evaluasi Benih Padi (SIMONEV BENIH PADI). Disain dibangun dengan menggunakan pendekatan object oriented analysis and design yaitu dengan menggunakan metode Unified Process. Pemilihan metode yang digunakan adalah dalam rangka menghasilkan rancangan Sistem Informasi berbasis teknologi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan Instalasi PSBTPH dalam fungsi dan perannya sebagai pengawas benih yang bersertifikasi. Mengacu pada penelitian yang dilakukan pada instalasi PSBTPH khususnya di Kabupaten Subang, dihasilkan sebuah perancangan sistem yang bisa dijadikan pegangan bagi instalasi berupa sistem terkomputerisasi dari proses bisnis sertifikasi benih.

Abstract

Pemutusan pemberian kredit pada Koperasi harus memperhitungkan resiko yang dapat mempengaruhi anggota dalam membayar angsuran, karena jika 4 dari 10 anggota mengalami keterlambatan, maka akan berdampak kepada keuangan koperasi, karena piutang yang dihutangkan kurang lancar liquiditasnya dan berdampak kepada tidak tertutupnya target kredit bulanan. Metode untuk penentu kelayakan kredit, dapat diselesaikan dengan Fuzzy AHP, dengan metode ini, hasil dari penilaian kredit bukan hanya memberikan dua jawaban “layak” atau “tidak layak”, tetapi mengukur seberapa besar derajat kelayakan suatu penilaian. Hal tersebutlah yang menjadikan kelebihan dari metode Fuzzy AHP, karena dengan begitu hasil studi kelayakan dapat diranking. Penerapan metode FAHP pada sistem pendukung keputusan pemberian kredit menjadikan penilaian mempunyai dua sisi, yaitu pada sisi kualitatif adalah pada saat sekretaris memberikan studi kelayakan pelanggan, sedangkan pada sisi kuantitatif adalah pada saat Logika matematika Fuzzy membandingkan nilai ke-15 bobot kriteria dibandingkan dengan bobot yang lainnya, sehingga diperoleh suatu angka dengan skala 0–1.

Abstract

Success in the process of teaching and learning activities can be influenced by human resources from both educators and students, besides that success needs to be supported also by the existence of media that can assist the role of educators in delivering teaching materials and helping students to receive teaching materials, so that more interesting and interactive so that it can increase interest in learning. The media used is a multimedia-based learning system using the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) methodology, with this methodology can build a system as expected by users in the teaching and learning process, the results of this study are a multimedia-based learning system that contains interactive media there are 6 (six) buttons to lead to the display of lesson plans, materials, exercises and evaluations, additionally added buttons to load the previous and subsequent views so as to make it easier for educators and students.

Abstract

Outbound Call Center PT. Infomedia, consumer profiling service PT. Telkom during the pandemic period divided its agents into 80% WFH agents (Work at Home) and 20% agents WFO (Work from Office). For the division of the working mechanism, it is necessary to measure its performance. In the discussion of this paper, we will discuss the measurement with the application of data mining using the K-Means method, so it is hoped that it will provide an overview, how the cluster of each WFH or WFO agent in terms of performance. The results of this discussion indicate that there is a significant difference between the performance of WFH and WFO Agents.

Abstract

The information system is defined as the process of delivering messages to one another, Disdukcapil of Subang district has problems in delivering messages, this study sees the urgency of development This research uses the RUP (Rational Unified Process) development method used when identifying a running system and describing the design. the system to be built with the aim of getting a system that is right for BPSB. The development analysis uses the RUP (Rational Unified Process) method as a tool in order to model the required business processes (business modeling) and define the system requirements to be created. In addition, this study uses the UML (Unified Modeling Language) tool. This study uses a case study as a method for data collection and retrieval where the research process begins by identifying a case to find a solution in the form of system development. Based on the results of the analysis, the running system still uses conventional methods, which results in the process of delivering information to consumers not optimal. Therefore, it is urgent to use the RUP method at Disdukcapil to make it easier for the public to control reports, KTP status and to be able to display data so that information delivery can run optimally. which resulted in the process of delivering information to consumers not optimal. Abstract

Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah memiliki peranan yang sangat penting dalam peningkatan pendapatan ekonomi masyarakat, desa Buniara memiliki beberapa UMKM yang memiliki keingingan adanya peningkatan penjualan yang lebih baik terkait produk-produk yang ada, untuk memfasilitasi hal tersebut maka pelu dilakukan penerapan teknologi informasi berupa media sosial instagram sebagai media promosi yang di buat dengan mengunggah photo-photo dan video dari produk yang ada serta penerapan marketplace shopee sebagai media interaksi antar penjual dan pembeli sehingga dapat meningkatkan penjualan produk, selain dua media diatas juga dibuat stiker branding produk sehingga lebih menambah ketertarikan konsumen dalam membeli produk-produk UMKM.

Abstract

Desa Sindanglaya merupakan desa yang berada pada dataran tinggi daerah Subang selatan yang terdapat berbagai macam sumber ekonomi yang memiliki potensi untuk bisa lebih ditingkatkan pendapatannya, salah satu nya produk-produk Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah, melalui Badan Usaha Milik Desa Bangkit Jaya Desa Sindanglaya-Tanjungsiang. Dalam penerapan nya ada tiga tahapan yaitu Melihat Potensi Desa, Identifikasi Peluang dan Solusi, dan Mengaplikasikan solusi. Impelementasi e-commerce sebagai konsep jual beli secara online dan berinteraksi nya penjual dan pembli bisa di wujudkan melalui market place Shopee dan Media Sosial Fanspage Facebook merupakan strategi yang paling tepat untuk melakukan promosi dan penjualan yang dapat dilakukan lebih luas lagi.

Abstract

The case study in this research is the export goods data report at Willbess Global Inc. The purpose of this research is to design an information system for managing data on export goods based on a website at Willbess Global Inc.. This can help the process of inputting export goods data. Willbess Global Inc. always strives to improve its business process services, especially in the field of exporting goods with more systematic data processing. The research method used is the Rational Unified Process (RUP) which is a software engineering method developed by collecting various best practices in the software development industry. RUP uses an object oriented concept, with activities that focus on model development using the Unified Model Language (UML). This research has produced information system functions contained in each process of functional requirements such as managing, deleting, and changing information data on export goods data, data on types of transportation equipment used and data for export goods travel documents.
