Abstract

In September 2021, the Ministry of Education and Culture released the results of an internal survey, the survey results explained that there were 1,303 schools that became Covid-19 clusters. Of these figures, there were 7,287 teachers and 15,456 students exposed to the corona virus in Indonesia. So based on these conditions, an evaluation of school readiness will be carried out in implementing face-to-face learning programs during the Covid-19 pandemic. The evaluation will be carried out using the type of gap evaluation, where the evaluator will only measure the difference (gap) between what should be implemented (based on indicators of readiness for face-to-face learning during the Covid-19 pandemic) and the reality of the implementation being carried out. The evaluation method to be used is descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and document studies. The subjects in this evaluation were elementary and junior high schools in Kab. Sumbawa, and the object of evaluation are 7 indicators (requirements for limited face-to-face learning provided by the RI SATGAS Covid-19) readiness to implement limited face-to-face learning programs during the Covid-19 pandemic. The results of the evaluation of 84 primary school level and 8 junior high school level schools are in accordance with the results of observations, interviews and studies of supporting documents, in general it shows that the schools evaluated are ready to carry out face-to-face learning but a number of schools are still continuing to improve readiness in accordance with the required indicators both according to the PTM guidelines agreed upon by four ministers and the conditions given by the RI Covid-19 Task Force for 2021.

Abstract

Penilaian berbasis HOTS, merupakan penilaian yang menuntut sesorang untuk memiliki kemampuan berpikir yang didasarkan pada kemampuan; menganalisa, mengevaluasi, dan mencipta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi Penilaian Berbasis HOTS yang telah diintegrasikan dengan kurikulum 2013 revisi 2018. Evaluasi ini dilakukan dengan model evaluasi CIPP (Context, input, process, product) dan dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumen. Data hasil wawancara diperoleh dari warga SMA Labschool Kebayoran, Jakarta Selatan, meliputi; Wakil Kepala Sekolah, Guru, dan Siswa. Dan untuk data dokumen berupa, dokumen Visi dan Misi, Profile Sekolah, dan paket soal HOTS buatan Guru. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa pada; Komponen context, Visi dan Misi mengarah pada peningkatan kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi siswa. Komponen input; 1) Tidak terdapat perencanaan seacara khusus, 2) Tidak terdapat Alokasi anggaran, 3) Secara umum kompetensi guru Bahasa Indonesia memenuhi standar indikator input, 4) Kurikulum dan penilaian HOTS dilaksanakan sebagai satu kesatuan. Komponen process; 1) Penilaian HOTS diterapkan pada proses pembelajaran, dan dalam proses evaluasi hasil belajar. Komponen product terdiri dari; 1) Paket soal kelas X terdiri dari 10 butir soal, 9 soal termasuk kategori soal dengan setandar penilaian HOTS, dan 1 soal tidak termasuk. 2) Paket soal kelas XI, terdiri dari 18 butir soal, 1 soal terkategori LOTS pada dimensi mengingat, dan 17 soal terkategori HOTS. Pada paket soal kelas X, berdasarkan taksonomi bloom, rata-rata masih berada pada level C4/ menganalisa. Setelah mempertimbangkan sejumlah indikator dalam evaluasi, serta berdasarkan keempat komponen dalam evaluasi dengan model CIPP (Conteks, Input, Proses, Product).Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan program penilaian berbasis HOTS pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di SMA Labschool Kebayoran, Jakarta Selatan berjalan dengan sangat baik, walaupun beberapa poin seperti ketersediaan anggaran khusus serta persiapan pelaksanaan tidak tersedia dan tidak dilakukan   HOTS-based assessment, is an assessment that requires a person to have the ability to think based on ability; analyze, evaluate, and create. This study aims to evaluate the HOTS-Based Assessment which has been integrated with the 2013 revised 2018 curriculum. This evaluation was carried out using the CIPP evaluation model (Context, input, process, product) and with a qualitative approach. Data collection uses the method of observation, interviews, and document study. Interview data were obtained from residents of SMA Labschool Kebayoran, South Jakarta, including; Vice Principal, Teachers, and Students. And for document data in the form of Vision and Mission documents, School Profiles, and HOTS question packages made by the Teacher. The evaluation results show that on; The context, vision and mission components lead to an increase in students' higher order thinking skills. input components; 1) There is no specific planning, 2) There is no budget allocation, 3) In general, the competence of Indonesian language teachers meets input indicator standards, 4) The curriculum and HOTS assessment are carried out as one unit. process component; 1) HOTS assessment is applied to the learning process, and in the process of evaluating learning outcomes. Product components consist of; 1) The class X question package consists of 10 questions, 9 questions are included in the HOTS assessment category, and 1 item is not included. 2) Question packages for class XI, consisting of 18 questions, 1 question in the LOTS category on the remembering dimension, and 17 questions in the HOTS category. In class X question packages, based on Bloom's taxonomy, the average is still at C4/analyzing level. After considering a number of indicators in the evaluation, as well as based on the four components in the evaluation with the CIPP model (Context, Input, Process, Product). It can be concluded that the implementation of the HOTS-based assessment program in the Indonesian language subject at Labschool Kebayoran High School, South Jakarta is going very well , even though several points such as the availability of a special budget and preparation for implementation were not available and were not carried out

Abstract

Pada Pendidikan anak usia dini, penilaian yang dilakukan untuk mengukur pencapaian perkembangan anak usia dini adalah menggunakan penilaian autentik.dengan melakukan pengamatan terhadap tingkat pencapaian perkembangan masing-masing individu dan dapat merancang pembelajaran sesuai kebutuhan. Dengan demikian, guru harus mencatat setiap perkembangan yang dapat diamati setiap hari. Kegiatan PKM ini bertujuan meningkatkan kompetensi guru-guru di Gugus 3 dan Gugus 4 PKG PAUD Kecamatan Cimanggis Kota Depok dalam memanfaatkan kemajuan tehnologi khususnya dalam merancang instrumen dan mengimplementasikan Penilaian Perkembangan Anak Usia Dini Berbasis G-Form sehingga memberikan kemudahan dalam melakukan penilaian dan merekap penilaian menjadi laporan perkembangan akhir semester. Pelaksanaan Kegiatan PKM ini dirancang dalam 3 sesi pertemuan. Pada sesi pertama diisi dengan pembekalan tentang prinsip penilaian Anak Usia Dini. Pada sesi 2, peserta mendapat materi tentang bagaimana membuat instrument penilaian dari kompetensi dasar yang akan dicapai oleh anak usia dini. Sedangkan pada sesi ke 3, para peserta mengikuti kegiatan Workshop/ mengkolaborasikan instrumen ke dalam G-form dengan praktek langsung.

Abstract

Kondisi kesehatan masyarakat saat ini mengharuskan seluruh pihak terkait untuk meningkatkan kinerja dalam memastikan masyarakat tetap sehat. GERMAS sejak 2017 hingga saat ini masih menjadi solusi utama dalam peningkatan kualitas hidup sehat masyarakat, olehkarenanya, pelaksanaan sosialsisasi GERMAS harus terus dilakukan, terutama pada lingkungan sekolah yang merupakan tempat berlangsungnya proses belajar mengajar sehingga diharapkan upaya meningkatkan derajat kesehatan akan lebih mudah dilakukan. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut Dosen STIKES Griya Husada Sumbawa di bawah Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian Masyarakat (LPPM) melaksanakan Pengabdian Masyarakat berupa sosialisasi GERMAS di seluruh SMP se-Kabupaten Sumbawa secara online. Sasaran kegiatan tersebut adalah petugas UKS dan telah diikuti oleh 68 Sekolah yang masing-masing sekolah diwakili oleh 4 peserta termasuk Pembina UKS. Pada sesi sosialisasi, penyampaian materi dilakukan oleh N.K.A. Aristyawati, S.KM., M.PH. selaku administrator Kesehatan Ahli Muda pada bidang kesehatan masyarakat Dinas Kesehatan Kab. Sumbawa. Kegiatan ini juga merupakan kegiatan kolaborator antara STIKES Griya Husada Sumbawa dengan Dinas Kesehatan Kab. Sumbawa dan Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kab. Sumbawa. Kegiatan ini diharapkan mampu memperbaiki perilaku masyarakat khsusnya siswa. Selain itu juga diharapkan dengan terus diselenggarakannya kegiatan serupa perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat membudaya di masyarakat.

Abstract

Personal Hygiene Education merupakan suatu kegiatan pemberian pendidikan kesehatan tentang upaya memelihara kesehatan diri terutama saat menstruasi. Edukasi berisi tentang personal hygiene organ reproduksi, memberikan pengetahuan tentang cara membersihkan organ reproduksi yang benar ketika menstruasi sehingga dapat berperilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS). Personal hygiene saat menstruasi yang buruk dapat disebabkan karena pengetahuan yang kurang tentang pentingnya menjaga kesehatan organ reproduksi saat menstruasi. Personal hygiene saat menstruasi adalah tindakan untuk memelihara kesehatan dan kebersihan pada daerah kewanitaan pada saat menstruasi (Sulistyo, 2012). Bila saat menstruasi tidak menjaga hygienitas yang baik akan berisiko mengalami infeksi alat reproduksi. Hal ini disebabkan oleh peristiwa menstruasi yang mengeluarkan darah kotor Pada saat menstruasi, pembuluh darah dalam rahim sangat mudah terkena infeksi karena darah dan keringat keluar serta menempel pada vulva dapat menyebabkan daerah genetalia menjadi lembab Jika pada saat itu tidak menjaga kebersihan genetalia dengan benar, maka dalam keadaan lembab, jamur dan bakteri yang berada di daerah genetalia akan tumbuh subur sehingga menyebabkan rasa gatal dan infeksi pada daerah tersebut. Sasaran kegiatan ini yaitu seluruh siswi SMP di SMP4 Sumbawa Besar. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini yaitu metode ceramah dan diskusi dan yang didasari oleh evaluasi awal sebagai landasan untuk menentukan Bagaimana Perilaku Personal Hygiene Pada Saat Menstruasi di siswi SMP SMP Negeri 4 Sumbawa Tahun 2022.

Abstract

Porsentase kasus stunting di Kabupaten sumbawa tahun 2022 berada pada angka 8,11% (menurun), namun penurunan tersebut cenderung melambat dibandingkan tahun 2021. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan desain studi kasus. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 2 orang anak dengan kasus stunting, masing-masing berusia 29 bulan dan 39 bulan. 1 subjek bersal dari wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kecamatan Sumbawa Unit 1 (an “R.P”) dan 1 subjek berasal dari wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kecamatan Labuhan Badas Unit 1 (an “R”). Sementara instrumen dalam penelitian ini adalah peneliti sendiri dengan instrumen tambahan berupa drap wawancara, catatan observasi dan sejumlah dokumen. Untuk Analisa data, peneliti menggunakan Teknik Analisa data yang dikembangkan oleh Miles dan Huberman (1992). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan pola penangan terhadap kasus stunting terhadap kedua subjek penelitian. Pada subjek “R.P” tidak terdapat proses bahkan perencanaan penanganan terhadap kejadian stunting yang dialami, sedangkan pada subjek “R” telah dilakukan serangkaian upaya penanganan dimulai dari perencanaan tindakan sampai dengan pelaksanaan dan evaluasi Tindakan. Namun sampai dengan proses penelitian diakhiri, kondisi kedua subjek masih dalam status stunting. Oleh karena itu, disarankan kepada pihak terkait agar melakukan evaluasi mendalam terhadap pola penanganan, serta diperlukan inovasi yang dapat disesuaikan dengan kondisi subjek,baik dari segi sosial, ekonomi bahkan geografis.

Abstract

Assessment of learning outcomes is an important component in the learning process to measure student learning achievements and assist teachers in determining appropriate learning strategies. This study aims to evaluate the quality of test items and student ability levels in Science, Indonesian Language, and Mathematics subjects using the Rasch model. The evaluation includes item reliability, person reliability, and the overall fit of the test items to the model. The research was conducted with 187 students from four public elementary schools in West Jakarta, using a quantitative method with a descriptive design. Data collection involved administering tests to the students, which consisted of 12 items in Science, eight items in Indonesian Language, and 10 items in Mathematics. The data were analyzed using the Quest software to provide comprehensive Rasch analysis results. The findings revealed that the consistency of student responses was weak, but the quality of the test items was good, as evidenced by high item reliability and low person reliability. In terms of model fit, all Science items met the Rasch model criteria, while in the Indonesian Language, one item (item 19) did not fit, and in Mathematics, three items (items 21, 27, and 28) failed to meet the criteria. The analysis of item difficulty levels showed a predominance of medium difficulty. The validity results indicated that 26 items were valid, and four items (1 in Indonesian Language and 3 in Mathematics) were invalid. Most students fell into the medium ability category across all subjects, indicating the need for further tutoring and personalized learning strategies to improve student performance.

Abstract

A number of regions in Indonesia still have a fairly high percentage of stunting cases, including NTB being one of the 5 provinces with the highest percentage of stunting cases in Indonesia in 2022. Since 2019 until now, Labuhan Bajo Village, Utan District in Sumbawa Regency has been one of The stunting locus village in NTB province has a long record as a stunting locus area. The results of the Stunting Case Audit Evaluation Meeting Phase I in 2024, the Sumbawa Regency Stunting Acceleration Handling Team, led by the Regional Secretary of Sumbawa Regency, stated that there are at least around 200 families in Utan District at risk of stunting. These include prospective brides (catin), young women, pregnant women, postpartum mothers and others. Such conditions are of course not only the responsibility of the government, but more broadly, the community should also be part of the group responsible for the conditions that occur. Therefore, the role of the community in ensuring stunting prevention and reduction programs must be truly ensured. This service is carried out with the aim of optimizing the role of the community in implementing stunting prevention and reduction programs. This service is carried out using counseling methods and discussions with the community to enlighten the community about the importance of preventing and handling stunting. It is hoped that the results of this activity will make the community more aware of the risks and incidents of stunting, that stunting incidents can be reduced or even eliminated.

Abstract

Nutritional problems, especially stunting, cannot only be intervened in in the first thousand days of life (1000 HPK). Therefore, various efforts need to be made to prevent this nutritional problem from being overcome. One effort that can be made is nutritional education for parents and children in the community. This educational activity is part of community service activities which aim to increase the knowledge and attitudes of mothers and children in implementing the consumption of balanced nutritious food in children from an early age. This is an effort to prevent and overcome ongoing stunting at school age in the Working Area of ​​the Labuan Badas Community Health Center, Labuan Badas Village, Sumbawa. The intervention method used to achieve this goal was by holding interactive education using the counseling method which was carried out door to door for 39 participants.

Abstract

Communication in health services is a supporting factor for health workers in expressing their roles and functions professionally. One of the competencies that must be possessed by medical personnel, whether doctors, nurses, midwives or other medical personnel, is the ability to communicate effectively and be easy to understand. Communication skills will underlie efforts to solve patient problems to facilitate the provision of assistance, both in medical and psychological services. These communication skills cannot simply be acquired without training. Therefore, this communication seminar in health services was carried out. This activity was attended by 271 students from various universities in Indonesia. The outcome of this seminar is to improve communication skills, especially for students, to become better. The activity which took place on January 25 2024 went very well. This was reflected in the enthusiasm of the participants in the discussion session. In the presentation session, the material was delivered by a practitioner and lecturer at the STIKES Griya Husada Sumbawa Nursing Study Program, Mr. Nikodimus Margo Rinenggantyas, S.Kep, Ns., M.Kep.
