Abstract

Because the city of Solo has great business potential, stable economic growth, the number of tourism that continues to increase and successful city branding, the development in the city of Solo continues to grow. One of the developments planned by the government is MICE development in the city of Solo. MICE stands for "Meeting, Incentive, Convention, and Exhibition". In Indonesian means meetings, incentives, conventions and exhibitions. In the tourism industry or exhibition, MICE is a type of tourism activity in which a large group, usually planned carefully, departs together for a particular purpose. Thus the convention and exhibition buildings will be designed in the city of Solo. With the existence of Convention and Exhibition buildings in Solo, the people of Solo and surrounding areas have a place to conduct convention and exhibition activities.

Abstract

Until now, waste is a significant problem in this country. Especially in big cities with a population that exceeds the limit. Therefore it is necessary to make slum prevention efforts, one of which is to maintain environmental quality because the impact that occurs from the influence of environmental quality will also follow the quality of life of the urban community. Waste itself is the most significant problem because it is generally not managed as well as possible, and there is a lack of public awareness and awareness in preserving the environment. Waste that was previously a problem as filth, dirty, smells, causes disease also environmental pollution can become goods that can be utilized and have high economic value. Recycling is one of the methods used to minimize the amount of waste available so that it can increase its economic value into useful items. Waste tourism is a program in which tourists visit a tourist location with the main aim of obtaining direct learning experiences in these tourism objects, in this case, the problem that observes is waste to increase awareness and motivate people's behaviour to care about the environment.

Abstract

Application of Tropical Architecture to the Design of an International Standard Badminton Training and Education Center in South Tangerang is designed with the aim of providing a place or place for teenagers to be able to channel their talents to badminton with education and training in accordance with international standards. which will later produce talented young athletes who are able to compete on the world stage. This Badminton Education and Training has facilities that are so complete in accordance with the BWf International Standard, in terms of training that provides training places that are in accordance with international standards. Like the badminton rug that complies with the BWF standard used in International Tournaments, there are also other facilities such as educational facilities that are used as complementary facilities of badminton technique training, participant dormitories, places of worship, multipurpose rooms, dining rooms, clinics and international standard fields. The building design used for International standard Badminton Education and Training uses the concept of tropical architecture, the use of tropical architectural concepts is expected to be able to help the training well and can maximize multiple openings, to utilize natural lighting and lighting so that it can use sunlight on daytime. Abstract

Perancangan hotel resort di pantai Sine Tulungagung merupakan pengembangan pariwisata di pantai Sine Tulungagung sebagai sarana rekreasi dan edukasi yang dilengkapi dengan beberapa fasilitas penunjang bangunan hotel dan resort di dalamnya, pengembangan pariwisata pantai diharapkan mampu untuk menumbuhkan perekonomian masyarakat dalam industri pariwisata dan memperkenalkan kekayaan alam pantainya kepada wisatawan domestik maupun mancanegara, hal ini sejalan dengan PERDA nomor 16 Tahun 2019 Tulungagung bagian empat (Ekonomi kreatif di bidang pariwisata). Pantai Sine sebagai lokasi yang dipilih merupakan kawasan wisata yang memiliki potensi alam dan budaya yang unik. Kawasan ini terletak di Desa Kalibatur, Kecamatan Kalidawir, atau sekitar 35 km ke arah selatan kota. Pantai Sine merupakan pantai bebas dengan ombak yang besar selain itu Pantai Sine merupakan pantai alami berbentuk teluk di pesisir selatan Kabupaten Tulungagung. Di sebelah utara terdapat tebing dengan pancuran alami yang airnya berasal dari mata air di atasnya dan di sebelah selatan Pantai Sine terdapat hutan yang masih terjaga kelestariannya. Karya desain arsitektur dengan penerapan konsep Tropical merupakan konsep yang menyesuaikan dengan kondisi iklim tropis. Letak geografis Indonesia yang berada di garis khatulistiwa membuat Indonesia memiliki dua iklim yaitu kering dan hujan. Pada musim kemarau suhu udara sangat tinggi dan matahari bersinar sangat terik. Di iklim yang panas ini, muncul ide untuk menyesuaikannya dengan arsitektur bangunan atau rumah yang dapat memberikan kenyamanan bagi penghuninya. Abstract

Abstract

The need for facilities that can support education and office activities in the city of South Tangerang is increasing. Public facilities are needed such as libraries to support public knowledge and Co-Working Space to facilitate office workers. With the construction of Co-Library Space in South Tangerang which has the necessary facilities, it is expected to increase the productivity of the community in learning and working activities. To be able to increase public interest, this Co-Library Space building uses the concept of Expressionist Architecture. The use of this concept in the design of Co-Library Space aims to describe the nature of perseverance and steadfast and provide freedom of expression and explore new things for everyone who comes to visit.

Abstract

Garden Walk Shopping Mall Design With a Biophilic Architectural Concept is a building whose main function is as a means of entertainment and recreation to facilitate modern shopping activities. A shopping mall is a space that can be used as a shopping and recreation center consisting of several shopping complexes in which buying and selling activities occur as well as the exchange of goods and services as well as a gathering place. By applying Biophilic principles such as Nature in space and Natural analogues so that this Shopping mall building can maintain the psychological and psychological health of its visitors. such as the shape of the avoid leaf plant, through this form a biophilic pattern will be achieved. This underlies the reason for applying the concept of biophilic architecture which has a positive relationship with nature. Abstract

Mental Hospital is a place to fulfill the healing of mental disorders with a promotive, preventive, curative, and rehabilitative approach that is held thoroughly, integrated, and continuously and can restore a person's condition so that they can carry out daily activities and social activities normally again. With the design of the Mental Hospital building in the city of Tangerang, it is hoped that it can support to meet the needs in restoring one's mental condition. The concept of contemporary architecture applied to the façade of the building is expected to reduce the negative stigma and discrimination that families or patients get when visiting a mental hospital.

Abstract

Games are increasingly evolving in the present, from the start only in form of entertainment are now also evolved as electronic sports called Esports. Since the 2020 pandemic, game enthusiasts have increased significantly throughout the world and all circles. Likewise in Indonesia, since the pandemic game enthusiasts, especially competitive games, have increased rapidly, this has also made the Esports gaming industry more widely known to the general public. With great enthusiasm from the local community, Esports competitions are now starting to organize competitions both regionally, nationally and internationally. Unfortunately, this sport is relatively new, so the recruitment of Esports athletes is done manually. With the Esports Athlete Training Center in Cisauk Tangerang, it is expected that there will be more professional training place of prospective athletes by having complete data and player performance and making it easier for potential athletes to be recruited to big Esports teams. Besides being a training ground, this area also serves to provide further knowledge for the community about the profession of professional Esports athletes and develop local Esports games. This training area applies modern architecture that adapts to the site and climate in the Cisauk Tangerang area for the convenience of athletes, visitors and management.

Abstract

Perancangan Mixed Use Building Dengan Konsep Arsitektur Hijau merupakan bangunan dengan fungsiutamanya sebagai sarana tempat tinggal dan kantor. Mixed Use merupakan suatu ruang yang dapat digunakansebagai tempat hunian dan tempat bisnis yang terdiri dari beberapa unit kompleks apartemen dan kantor dimanadidalamnya memiliki kriteria kelas rendah, sedang, dan tinggi serta sebagai tempat berkumpul. Denganmenerapkan prinsip-prinsip Hijau seperti Reuse wate, Conserving Energy, Working Climate, dan Respect for Sitesehingga bangunan Mixed Use ini dapat menjaga kesehatan psikologis penghuninya. Dengan menggunakanbentuk massa bangunan yang digabungkan adanya podium dan skylobby dengan bentuk secara dinamis sertaditambahkan overstack pada bagian sisi bangunan, yang ditanami tumbuh-tumbuhan mengikuti bentuk polaoverstack tersebut. Hal tersebut mendasari alasan menerapkan konsep arsitektur Hijau yang memiliki hubunganpositif dengan alam. Berlokasi di Pantai Indah Kapuk, Jakarta yang terkenal dengan potensi padat penduduk danpusat area bisnis diharapkan mampu menjadi sarana untuk memenuhi kebutuhan tempat tinggal dan tempat untukbekerja dengan gaya modern yang mempu menjadi sarana untuk merespon hubungan positif dengan alam melaluifasilitas Mixed Use dengan menerapkan prinsip-prinsip Hijau sehingga mampu merespon baik hubungan antaramanusia dengan alam.
