Abstract

Museums are permanent, non-profit institutions, serving public needs, with an open nature, utilizing collecting, conserving, researching, communicating and exhibiting real objects to the public for the needs of the study, education and pleasure. The Human Anatomy Museum is a museum tourist building that contains the science of human anatomy and the like. This museum is a science museum. The museum will be created with the application of modern architecture by the lifestyle of modern society in South Jakarta City, DKI Jakarta. Modern architecture by prioritizing simplicity and removing some monotonous ornaments can be applied to increase the interest of museum visitors and change people's views about the old museum building, but it does not eliminate the provisions of the museum building. This is because the development of modern architecture emphasizes the simplicity of a design by adhering to form follows function (form follows function) and less is more (a little "ornament" is good).

Abstract

ABSTRACT As time passes by people are more depending on technology also leaving behind traditional culture and legacy from Indonesia traditional culture, especially the art of traditional dance and other kind of dance that exist in Indonesia, demand upon the art of dance has also decreased within the times. To solve this problem a dance academy will be designed with high technology concept in bandung to keep up with the times and also increase the demand for Indonesia’s traditional dances, the dance academy design is facilitated with high technology based system as a supporting system such as infographic board, academy access, voice recognition command, touch screen dance hall to attract demand for non local civilian so the dance academy will be much more interesting and people can learn the art of dance each other. Abstract

The development of the era affects the development of fashion from time to time. Fashion is synonymous with a person's lifestyle, because fashion is a style that refers to a way of dressing that is trending or popular in society. The development of Muslim fashion is currently growing very rapidly, it can be seen from the increasing number of Muslim women who wear the hijab. Nowadays hijab is increasingly recognized and loved by various age groups, this is what makes Muslim fashion continue to grow. South Jakarta has the potential as a business center, especially in the fashion sector. The Muslim Fashion Center is designed as a place for work, entertainment, and shopping for designers and Muslim fashion enthusiasts to express their creativity and increase knowledge about the Muslim fashion world. In this design using Metaphoric Architecture, to create a harmonious and attractive building that makes the building more expressive and characterized by the function of the building as a Muslim Fashion Center.

Abstract

The special education school C and E is a formal school education facility specifically for mentally disabled and unsociable children who require special attention in education and character control with an adapted curriculum. With the application of behavioral architecture, it is expected to create educational facilities that could adapt to behavior of the children with special needs. Ki Hajar Dewantara street, Surakarta City, Central Java was chosen to be the location of the site used in design. Considering that the area is an educational area, it makes the surrounding environment very conducive for the school activity.

Abstract

Indonesia khususnya di Ibu Kota Jakarta mempunyai tingkat jumlah penduduk yang termasuk sangat padat. Jumlah penduduk di DKI Jakarta ini akan menentukan kebutuhan akan rumah di provinsi tersebut. Seiring perkembangan zaman, model hunian sudah mulai memerhatikan masalah-masalah yang timbul pada permukiman. Salah satu model hunian yang muncul karena adanya permasalahan dalam merencanakan permukiman adalah Co- housing. Co-housing adalah konsep dimana sebuah grup/komunitas merencanakan dan membangun rumah mereka secara bersama-sama di suatu lahan yang sama dan memiliki ruang-ruang komunal di dalamnya. Arsitektur berkelanjutan adalah arsitektur yang berusaha untuk meminimalkan dampak negatif lingkungan bangunan dengan efisiensi dan moderasi dalam penggunaan bahan, energi, dan ruang pengembangan dan ekosistem secara luas. Arsitektur berkelanjutan menggunakan pendekatan sadar untuk konservasi energi dan ekologis dalam desain lingkungan binaan atau teori, sains dan gaya bangunan yang dirancang dan dibangun sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip ramah lingkungan. Pada permukiman co-housing kali ini terdiri dari fasilitas fasilitas seperti unit hunian, kantor pengelola, clubhouse, tempat ibadah, fasilitas pendidikan, ruko, lapangan, dan ruang servis. Dan juga fasilitas komunal seperti dapur komunal, tempat makan komunal, area parkir bersama, kebun bersama. Penerapan arsitektur berkelanjutan pada permukiman Co-Housing kali ini diterapkan pada penggunaan material yang ramah lingkungan, pemanfaatan cahaya matahari, pemanfaatan udara alami, pengelolaan limbah, pengelolaan air hujan.

Abstract

This case study is how to see the application of traditional Javanese architecture in the design of hotels and resorts in the Drini beach area, Gunung Kidul Regency, Yogyakarta. This research focuses on observing several hotels and resorts in the Gunung Kidul Regency area of ​​Yogyakarta in order to get an idea related to the design of hotels and resorts. From the results of observations of several hotel and resort objects, it can be concluded that almost all buildings use a typical Javanese traditional roof, namely the joglo roof or the pyramid roof. Traditional Javanese building wall materials use a lot of bamboo which is woven or wood and are grouped into closed buildings, and in this resort building the use of a roof truss design with a high ridge and roofing materials from natural materials is one of the things that makes Joglo's house feel cold and cool. . The distance at this resort is very good because the distance between buildings will create and bring air circulation in the environment naturally so that it will cause cool air and wind, very suitable because in the design of this resort using a compound type of building. The opening in question is in the form of a hole that is able to bring in winds for fresh air circulation and wind, which is not directly exposed to the path of the sun.

Abstract

Planning area of maritime tourism in Peucang Island, Ujung Kulon National Park, Banten. Designed with the aim of developing tourism in the surrounding area and providing opportunities for people living around the Ujung Kulon National Park, to increase economic income through tourism development. In tourism development activities, the community does not only play a role as beneficiaries, but must be able to become actors who encourage the success of tourism development on Peucang Island. The use of the tropical concept on the building because the location was in the beach area, so that buildings must be adapting to the environment having tropical climate. The applications of the concept of tropical on the building of the use of existing natural material around the location to make the building look in harmony with the surrounding environment

Abstract

The Creative Industry is one of the world's economic sectors that is growing rapidly at this time, and Indonesia is no exception. With the diversity of ethnic groups in Indonesia, making several creative products in Indonesia are very diverse in number and can compete in domestic and international markets. South Tangerang City is a city located in a strategic position close to the capital city of Jakarta. South Tangerang has a number of demographics that are dominated by the younger generation. With a dominating youth population, South Tangerang City needs more facilities to advance its young generation to actively contribute to the Creative Industry sector. One of the facilities needed is a Creative Center that functions as a gathering place for Creative Industry players to collaborate, produce, train and hone the potential that exists in the younger generation in Indonesia so that they can actively contribute to the Creative Economy sector in Indonesia. The concept of Contemporary buildings is considered capable of representing the characteristics of young people who are active, dynamic and like new things. Abstract

Kota Bekasi memiliki peran penting sebagai kota penyangga ibukota Indonesia, Jakarta. Kota ini mengalami masalah klasik yaitu tingkat eskalasi warga per tahun tidak diimbangi oleh pembangunan infrastruktur yang melayani kebutuhan masyarakat. Masalah ini terkait dengan pembangunan infrastruktur transportasi di Bekasi seperti Terminal Bus. Kota Bekasi sebagai kota dengan intensitas warga yang tinggi, juga sebagai kota industri membutuhkan infrastruktur transportasi seperti Terminal Bus yang lebih layak, aman dan nyaman. Saat ini Bekasi memiliki terminal utama berskala kecil dengan kapasitas yang tidak dapat memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat, seperti kinerja dan fasilitas yang tidak memadai lagi, masalah ini telah menyebabkan keluhan dari masyarakat terhadap infrastruktur di kota Bekasi. , terutama terminal bus. Badan Perencanaan dan Pengembangan Kota Bekasi telah merencanakan dan menetapkan Kecamatan Jatiasih sebagai lokasi yang akan dibangun Terminal Tipe A, khususnya di jalan Kebantenan yang berdekatan dengan Jalan Tol Lingkar Luar Jakarta. Dengan tersedianya Terminal Jatiasih Tipe A, semoga dapat memberikan dan memfasilitasi transportasi yang lebih layak yang memiliki fasilitas utama dan pendukung yang lebih baik dibandingkan dengan terminal yang ada. Semoga terminal ini akan membantu lebih atau menyederhanakan pergerakan masyarakat. Bekasi yang lebih nyaman dan aman sebagai fungsi terminal tipe A.

Abstract

Tourism has an important role for the economic growth of a region. One of the tourist destinations that are currently in great demand by tourists when enjoying holidays is nature tourism. There is an area that has natural beauty typical of mountainous areas, namely Guci Nature Tourism. The tourist attraction is located in Guci Village, Bumijawa District, Tegal Regency. However, there are no resort hotel accommodation facilities in the Guci Tegal Tourism Object area to support the completeness of lodging in the Tegal Tourism Object Area. Given the high number of visitors to this tegal urn tour every year and the potential for its natural beauty. Therefore, the purpose of building a resort hotel in this area is to attract more tourists visiting these tourist attractions so that they can make the Guci Tegal Tourism Object better known by local and foreign tourists and provide comfort and safety for visiting tourists..
