Abstract

The research intended to develop an ideal learning module using constructive alignment theory on Project Managerial course. It seemed difficult to draw firm conclusions about constructivism due to the various interpretations both pedagogically and epistemically. The mixed-method was used to survey 56 students participating in the Project Managerial course. Moreover, qualitative methods were implemented for deeper analysis. The methods provided an overview of the students’ level of understanding of the material, what they can do at the end of the lesson, as well as learning activities that can help students be actively involved in class. It was also to find out whether students have achieved the expected outcomes. The results prove that students’ understanding of the Project Managerial course is good, with an average score of 59,80 before the test and 85,88 after the test (n = 56). Students’ feedback shows that group assignment remains lacking of students’ participation with an average value of 3,4. In every relationship between the client and the designer, there are more or less the same systematic phases so that the results can be consistent. Different designers may have different terms. The research provides a big picture of the ideal design project management pattern. Whatever term is used later, of course, every successful design project must be managed properly and consistently.

Abstract

This study investigates the structural role of visual communication design in shaping contemporary character-based pop culture ecosystems. While existing research on popular culture has predominantly emphasized media consumption, fandom behavior, and market dynamics, limited attention has been given to how design functions as a strategic mechanism that constructs symbolic meaning, economic value, and identity mediation. Using a qualitative comparative case study of Pop Mart, this research examines how character design systems, visual branding strategies, and blind box distribution formats operate as interconnected cultural infrastructures. The findings reveal that visual communication design extends beyond aesthetic representation and functions as a cultural engine that sustains collectability, reinforces emotional attachment, and enables identity projection within digital consumer culture. The study argues that character-based pop culture should be understood as a designed ecosystem in which visual communication plays a central role in negotiating cultural capital, participatory engagement, and market value in contemporary creative industries.

Abstract

Increasing achievement motivation in children, parents need tools to educate them about co-parenting and how to develop achievement motivation in children. Parents also need a means to discuss their parenting patterns and monitor their children. This research aims to develop a coparenting-based mobile application. This type of research is development research that follows the ADDIE development model. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. The data collection instrument uses a questionnaire sheet. The validation sheet is filled in by psychology, technology, and design experts. 92 parents of elementary school students also tested this application in grades 4-6. The data analysis technique uses qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of the research, namely expert validation, show that the Duet application has content that is very suitable and useful for helping parents improve co-parenting in order to develop children's achievement motivation (96.30%), is very technologically reliable (83.20%), and has very good design effectiveness (93.33% ). The results of trials on parents showed that this application was very well accepted by parents (81.09%). It was concluded that DUET, a co-parenting-based mobile application, can be used as a tool for parents to develop co-parenting to increase children's achievement motivation. The implication of this research is that the coparenting-based mobile application developed can be used by teachers and parents to improve children's achievement.
