Abstract

This article aims to investigate the influence of Human Resources, Capital And pemasaranTerhadap Small and Medium Enterprise Performance apple chips. And knowing how much influence Human Resources, Marketing Performance Against Capital and the Small and Medium apple chips. The population in this article are the Small and Medium Enterprises chips Apples are in the subdistrict Speech, while samples were used that as many as 20 people consisting of owners of Small and Medium Business Owners apple chips and analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The data used in this article are the primary and secondary data.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis manfaat produk tabungan mudharabah dalam meningkatkan jumlah nasabah koperasi BMT Maslahah cabang Grati. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif naratif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan kajian pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produk tabungan mudharabah memiliki beberapa keunggulan yang dapat menarik minat nasabah. Pertama, menabung mudharabah memberikan kesempatan kepada nasabah untuk mendapatkan keuntungan berdasarkan bagi hasil yang diperoleh melalui investasi yang dilakukan oleh koperasi BMT Maslahah. Hal ini menjadi daya tarik bagi nasabah yang ingin meningkatkan nilai simpanan tabungannya dengan potensi penghasilan yang lebih tinggi. Kedua, produk tabungan mudharabah memperkenalkan prinsip kesetaraan dalam pembagian keuntungan antara nasabah dengan koperasi BMT Maslahah. Klien memiliki kemampuan untuk membagikan hasil berdasarkan bagian investasi mereka. Kejelasan mekanisme bagi hasil ini telah membangun kepercayaan nasabah terhadap koperasi BMT Maslahah. Ketiga, Koperasi BMT Maslahah memiliki reputasi yang baik dalam mengelola dana nasabah dan investasi yang dilakukan. Hal ini semakin memberikan kepercayaan kepada calon nasabah yang ingin membuka rekening tabungan mudharabah. Selain itu, koperasi memberikan informasi yang transparan mengenai kinerja investasi yang dilakukan sehingga nasabah dapat melihat potensi keuntungan yang dapat diperoleh. Berkat keunggulan tersebut, produk tabungan mudharabah dapat meningkatkan jumlah nasabah Koperasi BMT Maslahah cabang Grati. Riset ini memungkinkan koperasi untuk lebih mengoptimalkan promosi dan layanan terkait produk tabungan mudharabah, serta memperkuat kerjasamanya dengan masyarakat untuk memperluas basis nasabahnya.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the relationship between Islamic religiosity and motivation with employee performance at PT. Dynamics of Megatama Citra. By looking at these factors from a holistic perspective, researchers seek to provide deeper insight into how spiritual and religious values can affect employee productivity levels and performance. This research uses a quantitative approach that involves the use of quantitative instruments and analytical methods. The analysis method used is the path analysis method, which allows researchers to analyze patterns of relationships among the variables under study. The results of testing using smart PLS show that Islamic religiousity has a significant influence and positive relationship with employee performance. So it can be concluded that when employees of PT. The dynamics of Megatama Citra has a high level of Islamic religiosity, which will affect the improvement of employee performance behavior.

Abstract

In this era of globalization, SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises) play a vital role in driving a country's economy. In this context, increasing the productivity of SMEs is an urgent matter to be considered, given the increasingly fierce competition and dynamic changes in market trends. Sales through e-commerce platforms have become an increasingly dominating trend in the world of commerce. With an increasingly digitally connected market, the existence of an online store has become a necessity for SMEs to remain competitive. Ucimop SME in Karang Tengah Village, Purwosari District, Pasuruan Regency, is one example of an SME engaged in the business of household cleaning tools and has utilized an e-commerce platform to expand their market reach. This type of research is qualitative research. The result of this research is that the presence of E-commerce is one of the marketing alternatives used to reach more customers. MSMEs can conduct promotions anywhere and anytime for 24 hours without stopping. This transaction model allows transactions to cross regional boundaries much more easily and cost effectively than traditional trade.

Abstract

This research aims to examine community economic empowerment through the mango business from the perspective of muamalah fiqh in Oro-Oro Ombo Kulon Village, Rembang District, Pasuruan Regency. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, this research identifies the economic potential of the mango business in the village and analyzes the application of muamalah fiqh principles in every aspect of the business. The research results show that Oro-Oro Ombo Kulon Village has great potential in mango cultivation and economic empowerment through this business has had a positive impact on the local community. The application of the principles of muamalah fiqh, such as justice, transparency and honesty, in the mango business also creates an ethical and sustainable business environment. This research provides recommendations for infrastructure development, training, product diversification, collaboration, and marketing strategies that can increase the effectiveness of economic empowerment through the mango business and create a business model that is in accordance with Islamic principles.

Abstract

Abstract

In the working environment, the use of technology today is very beneficial for marketing activities. Companies can sell goods and services through a variety of platforms with good technology. Marketing campaigns use digital technology, or "digital marketing". This research aims to determine the development strategy of digital marketing and personal selling of halal food in Kopi Telu Sawah. View Pandaan Pasuruan and the supportive and inhibiting factors of the strategy of development of digital Marketing and personal sales of halal food at Kopi Telu Sawah. The type of research that researchers use is qualitative research using descriptive approaches. The research tools used by the researchers in this study are observations, interviews, and documentation. From the results of this research, it is explained that the strategy implemented for the development of the halal food business in Coffee Telu is to provide a good service, maintain the quality of products, use social media, and cooperate with influencers. This provides a great opportunity to attract consumers to visit and enjoy the products and facilities provided.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of Islamic financial literacy and consumptive behavior on interest in online loan services at Yudharta University, Pasuruan. This research uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive research type. Data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires using the Google form. Data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results of the research in this study indicate that Islamic financial literacy and consumptive behavior affect interest in online loan services.

Abstract

In Islamic economics, business and ethics are not two conflicting concepts, but rather complementary. Business in Islam is not only a worldly affair but also part of the investment of the afterlife. Therefore, every business activity must be in accordance with moral and ethical principles based on Islamic values. Business ethics in Islam have a major influence on consumer trust and loyalty, as well as the sustainability of the business itself. Imam Al-Ghazali's thoughts on Islamic business ethics emphasize the importance of the principles of justice, honesty, and trust in economic transactions. This study aims to analyze Al-Ghazali's thoughts on Islamic business ethics and their relevance in business transactions in the modern market, especially in Plaza Jember. In the context of modern business, the ethical principles taught by Al-Ghazali are still very relevant, including the prohibition of usury, the distribution of wealth through zakat, and transparency in trade. Although his thoughts originated in the 11th century, the concepts he put forward can still be adapted in the contemporary economic system. The results of this study indicate that Islamic business ethics play an important role in building a fair and sustainable trading system. In modern markets such as Plaza Jember, the application of Islamic business ethics can increase customer trust and create a healthy business environment. By understanding and implementing the concept of Islamic business ethics, business actors can achieve profits not only in the world but also in the hereafter.
