Abstract

The banking industry is currently competing to provide convenience in meeting the needs of a growing community. One of them is the community's need for lifestyle changes that are increasingly modern, which is one of the banking opportunities to help, namely through fundraising called Savings. BPRS Daya Artha Mentari KC Gempol as a pioneer of Islamic banking in Indonesia has also created products to help its customers obtain fundraising services with various types of programs, one of which is the iB TaaT Savings. In this study, using a descriptive method. The data collection method that the author uses is literature study, observation, recording, and interviews. Based on the research conducted by the author, the author can conclude that this study is entitled Analysis of the Mechanism of Calculation of Profit Sharing for Mudharabah Contracts on TaaT iB Savings Products at BPRS Daya Artha Mentari KC Gempol according to an Islamic Economics review. TaaT iB Savings is a savings product with the mudharabah principle. Therefore, the authors are interested in further researching how exactly the iB TaaT Savings is, and how the function of the Education Savings is for both the bank and the customer and how the Islamic economy reviews the iB TaaT Savings.

Abstract

The rapid growth of generations, science and technology raises a variety of new problems that are not only solved by the source of the law of the Koran and hadith. Istiḥsān is a way of finding Islamic law which is used as a postulate infiqh Hanafi, although its existence is still being debated among fiqh scholars. This paper aims to examine the roleIstiḥsānas a method for discovering Islamic law, particularly in the field of sharia economics. The research approach uses qualitative research with the type of document or text study research, namely, a series of activities related to gathering information relevant to the topic of rolesistiḥsān, read, record and process research materials. The research findings in this paper show thatIstiḥsān is an important option in determining sharia economic law, such as buying and selling contractsSalam, al-istiṣnāʿ, muʿatāh, online shop and vending machine which can currently be solved by methodIstiḥsān,Besides that legal provisions that apply with a basic purposeIstiḥsānis eliminatingmadhorot and reach maṣlāḥa.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of organizational commitment, work motivation, and job satisfaction on human resource performance. This research is quantitative using a survey type and data analysis techniques using SPSS 25. The respondents for this research were 67 employees of PT. Karya Maju Sejahtera, Gudang B. The results of this research show that organizational commitment partially has no effect on human resource performance. Meanwhile, simultaneously these variables have no effect on the performance of PT. Karya Maju Sejahtera Bersama.

Abstract

This article discusses the importance of implementing sharia principles in the hotel industry, especially in the context of sharia dalwa hotels, with a focus on aspects of customer loyalty. Sharia principles provide a framework that is in accordance with Islamic values, such as justice, transparency and shared prosperity. This research identifies whether there is an influence between customer loyalty at Dalwa Syariah hotels on sharia principles and trust. Through analysis of primary and secondary data, the findings show that consistent application of sharia principles increases customer trust and satisfaction, which in turn strengthens their loyalty.

Abstract

Abstract

The objective of this study is to classify and identify scientific article publications and conduct a systematic analysis of the current literature to develop a comprehensive understanding and provide deeper knowledge insights regarding the study of competitive advantages and halal industry performance in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The research methodology employs the Systematic Literature Review approach, utilizing a review process based on the PRISMA protocol. The study selected 17 articles from Scopus, Google Scholar, PubMed, and Semantic Scholar database sources that met the specified criteria. The data were categorized based on the number of article publications, research methods, research subjects, research focus, and research locus. The findings of the literature review study identify factors that influence the competitive advantage of the halal industry in MSMEs, including social capital, innovation, human resource competence, marketing strategies, sharia funding innovations, public-private partnerships, and compliance with halal standardization. Furthermore, the performance of the halal industry in MSMEs can be evaluated through financial statements, marketing performance, working capital or funding, information technology capabilities, organizational learning, and self-efficacy. This study contributes to the existing literature by systematically identifying and analyzing factors that affect the competitive advantage and measurement of halal industry performance in MSMEs.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of productive zakat distribution on the economic behavior of mustahik through financial literacy as a mediating variable among productive zakat beneficiaries of LAZ Sidogiri. The study employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 50 productive zakat beneficiaries selected using purposive sampling techniques. Data analysis was conducted using the Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method with the assistance of SmartPLS 4 software. The results indicate that productive zakat distribution has a positive and significant effect on financial literacy and productive behavior of mustahik. However, productive zakat distribution does not have a significant effect on consumptive behavior. The findings also reveal that financial literacy significantly influences the economic behavior of mustahik and mediates the relationship between productive zakat distribution and both productive and consumptive behavior. These results suggest that the success of productive zakat programs depends not only on the amount of assistance provided but also on the beneficiaries’ ability to manage and utilize funds effectively. Therefore, productive zakat programs should be accompanied by continuous financial literacy education and business assistance to enhance the effectiveness of economic empowerment initiatives. This study contributes to the development of Islamic economics literature, particularly regarding the role of productive zakat and financial literacy in shaping the economic behavior of mustahik.
