Abstract

The banking industry is currently competing to provide convenience in meeting the needs of a growing community. One of them is the community's need for lifestyle changes that are increasingly modern, which is one of the banking opportunities to help, namely through fundraising called Savings. BPRS Daya Artha Mentari KC Gempol as a pioneer of Islamic banking in Indonesia has also created products to help its customers obtain fundraising services with various types of programs, one of which is the iB TaaT Savings. In this study, using a descriptive method. The data collection method that the author uses is literature study, observation, recording, and interviews. Based on the research conducted by the author, the author can conclude that this study is entitled Analysis of the Mechanism of Calculation of Profit Sharing for Mudharabah Contracts on TaaT iB Savings Products at BPRS Daya Artha Mentari KC Gempol according to an Islamic Economics review. TaaT iB Savings is a savings product with the mudharabah principle. Therefore, the authors are interested in further researching how exactly the iB TaaT Savings is, and how the function of the Education Savings is for both the bank and the customer and how the Islamic economy reviews the iB TaaT Savings.

Abstract

The rapid growth of generations, science and technology raises a variety of new problems that are not only solved by the source of the law of the Koran and hadith. Istiḥsān is a way of finding Islamic law which is used as a postulate infiqh Hanafi, although its existence is still being debated among fiqh scholars. This paper aims to examine the roleIstiḥsānas a method for discovering Islamic law, particularly in the field of sharia economics. The research approach uses qualitative research with the type of document or text study research, namely, a series of activities related to gathering information relevant to the topic of rolesistiḥsān, read, record and process research materials. The research findings in this paper show thatIstiḥsān is an important option in determining sharia economic law, such as buying and selling contractsSalam, al-istiṣnāʿ, muʿatāh, online shop and vending machine which can currently be solved by methodIstiḥsān,Besides that legal provisions that apply with a basic purposeIstiḥsānis eliminatingmadhorot and reach maṣlāḥa.

Abstract

Halal menjadi aspek penting penduduk muslim dalam menjalankan kehidupanya. Mengkonsumsi produk halal tentu menjadi kewajiban bagi semua umat muslim di dunia. Salah satu bentuk produk halal ialah adanya sertifikat dan logo halal pada suatu produk, yang mana produk halal tidak hanya sebatas tampak bersih namun juga perlu mengetahui proses penerapan halal supply chain management sepanjang proses produksi, mulai dari proses penyediaan bahan baku, pemrosesan, pengemasan, dan pendistribusian yang dilakukan selama proses rantai pasok untuk menciptakan ukuran halal suatu produk. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses manajemen rantai pasok halal yang dilakukan di rumah makan D'kreezpee. Pelaksanaan halal supply chain management pada rumah makan D'kreezpee terdiri dari empat kegiatan: pertama, proses persiapan produksi, kedua, proses produksi, ketiga, proses distribusi, dan terahir, kegiatan konsumsi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of the agricultural sector, rice production, and harvested area on economic growth in Pasuruan Regency during the period from 2018 to 2023. Using secondary data from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) and applying multiple linear regression analysis, this study evaluates the relationship between these variables and the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) of the agricultural sector. The analysis results show that the p-value for the three independent variables—agricultural sector, rice production, and harvested area—is 0.413, 0.572, and 0.256, respectively. These values are greater than 0.05, indicating that there is no significant effect of the agricultural sector on economic growth in Pasuruan Regency. These findings suggest that, although the agricultural sector plays an important role, economic growth in this area is more influenced by other sectors, such as manufacturing, trade, and mining. The study also highlights that the manufacturing sector is the dominant contributor, accounting for 60.42 percent of Pasuruan Regency's GRDP in 2023. This suggests that to achieve sustainable economic growth, management of the agricultural sector needs improvement to contribute more significantly to the local economy. The implications of this study provide insights for policymakers and stakeholders to formulate a more integrated development strategy, with a focus on strengthening the industrial sector and increasing agricultural productivity. In this way, it is hoped that more equitable welfare can be created for the people of Pasuruan Regency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan studi kasus yang menganalisis pengaruh etos kerja Islam terhadap peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat Kampung Nelayan di Kelurahan Ngemplakrejo, Kecamatan Panggungrejo, Kota Pasuruan. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah pentingnya penerapan nilai-nilai Islam dalam kehidupan kerja masyarakat nelayan untuk mendorong produktivitas dan kesejahteraan ekonomi. Masyarakat di wilayah ini sebagian besar bekerja sebagai nelayan dan pengolah hasil laut, sehingga diperlukan kajian terhadap etos kerja mereka dalam perspektif Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji penerapan nilai-nilai etos kerja Islam seperti kejujuran, tanggung jawab, kedisiplinan, dan kerja keras, serta menganalisis pengaruhnya terhadap peningkatan pendapatan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei dan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 100 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan etos kerja Islam memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif terhadap pendapatan masyarakat nelayan.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of organizational commitment, work motivation, and job satisfaction on human resource performance. This research is quantitative using a survey type and data analysis techniques using SPSS 25. The respondents for this research were 67 employees of PT. Karya Maju Sejahtera, Gudang B. The results of this research show that organizational commitment partially has no effect on human resource performance. Meanwhile, simultaneously these variables have no effect on the performance of PT. Karya Maju Sejahtera Bersama.

Abstract

This article discusses the importance of implementing sharia principles in the hotel industry, especially in the context of sharia dalwa hotels, with a focus on aspects of customer loyalty. Sharia principles provide a framework that is in accordance with Islamic values, such as justice, transparency and shared prosperity. This research identifies whether there is an influence between customer loyalty at Dalwa Syariah hotels on sharia principles and trust. Through analysis of primary and secondary data, the findings show that consistent application of sharia principles increases customer trust and satisfaction, which in turn strengthens their loyalty.

Abstract

Since the enactment of the Halal Product Guarantee Law on Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), the number of MSMEs that are halal-certified in Pasuruan Regency has experienced a rapid increase. This situation indicates that the halal certification of MSME products has an important position in society. The purpose of this study was to find out Halal Certification for Strengthening Product Branding of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Pasuruan Regency. The research method used is qualitative research with an instrumental case study approach because you want to understand or emphasize an understanding of an issue or reformulate a theoretical explanation. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. The analysis in this study uses qualitative data analysis, and the results of this study emphasize meaning rather than generalization. The stages in this research were first, formulating the problem as the focus of research, second, collecting data in the field, third, analyzing data, and fourth formulating the results of a study on Halal Certification for Strengthening MSME Product Branding in Pasuruan Regency. The results showed that the halal certification of MSME products in Pasuruan Regency did not yet have the power of branding from consumer perceptions, due to several indicators, namely brand awareness, brand associations, perceived quality and consumer brand loyalty. MSME products that are halal certified are still low. The low level of these indicators is due to differences in education levels, environmental conditions, and low knowledge of halal certification.
