Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the difference between the healtf of banks of the Bank with the Government of National Private Bank listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data used in this research is secondary data such as financial ratios derived from the financial statements of banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in the period from 2005 to 2014. While the variables used are the performance financial measured by CAMEL consisting of the CAR, NPL, NIM, ROA, ROE, and LDR. The population in this research are all banking companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange with sample 3 government banks and 5 national private banks. The results of this research indicate that there is no difference in the health of banks of government banks and national private banks listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange on indicators CAR, NPL, NIM. While indicators ROA, ROE, and LDR indicate there are differences in the health of banks of state banks and national private banks listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The implications of this research are expected to be used as notes or corrections to maintain and improve the health of banks of both government banking and private banking

Abstract

Abstract

Fire safety in healthcare facilities is a crucial aspect of risk management, especially in hospitals that have a high level of complexity in patient evacuation and medical asset protection. Therefore, an evaluation of fire emergency response readiness is needed to ensure the effectiveness of the mitigation system implemented. This study used the Fire Emergency Response Readiness Assessment Tools (FERRAT) form to assess the readiness of fire safety management in hospitals. Data was collected through direct observation methods, in-depth interviews with fire safety teams, and analysis of policy documents and emergency response procedures. The study showed that the overall fire safety readiness of the elements that had reached an average of <90% with an overall value of 91.28%. This achievement indicates that risks in hospital operational activities have been managed safely, so that mitigation of patient safety in fire emergency conditions can be carried out optimally. Although several aspects still require significant improvement. The main weaknesses were identified in the frequency of staff training, the maintenance of fire protection systems, and the effectiveness of coordination between units in dealing with emergency situations. this study may support hospitals in independently evaluating in conducting independent evaluations and immediately implementing improvements related to risk-based system design, adequacy according to potential fire risks, and ensuring that emergency response equipment is always in a ready and optimal condition for operation.

Abstract

Oil is the energy source that people demand and use the most right now. Recent years have seen a lot of interest in polymer flooding as a cutting-edge chemical-based enhanced oil recovery (EOR) solution. Field X Minyak Cekungan Sumatera is acceptable for chemical EOR (Polymer) testing with a success range of up to 70%. The polymer solution will follow the channel that the water has created, and because of its high viscosity, it tends to "block" this area of the reservoir, allowing previously immobilized oil to start flowing. This can improve sweep efficiency. In this study, four polymers will undertake screening tests on the basis of compatibility, concentration, viscosity vs. shear rate, filtration, screen factor, and thermal stability. The best results is polymer 2 after polymer screening included passing the compatibility test, producing the best viscosity compared to the other three polymers at the same concentration, FR 1.2, having the best screen factor value compared to the other three polymers, and passing the thermal stability test.
